Hello Everybody! It's Emmy Again!
Today, I've got for you those who have requested more Savory snacks. This time, I got this um this is just a a snack pack um this say oh non coal Dy something something key so this is a snack pack UKUK and it cost me 198 Yen so almost 200 yen for a combination of all kinds of snacks so I'll try a little of each um so let's check out ukiuki Lando ukiuki Lando.
First, we have the Shrimp Chips from Calby and Sen. These are popular Japanese snack crackers that smell really strong with a fishy flavor. If you're not into seafood, then you might not like these but give them a chance because they're delicious. They look like this - they've got little ridges on them - they're salty a little bit sweet, and shrimpy, and have a nice crunch. Plenty of MSG for all the MSG lovers out there! I had a lot of these when I was younger; it's amazing how something so simple can be so addictive.
Next up are the candy Peikan called Milky Candy from a Japanese brand called Kukui Candy. The main character is Candy Po, who looks like a cute little elephant. Unfortunately, I've never actually tried any candies from Japan before, but I was curious to see if this would taste similar to my American orange candy. It tastes exactly the same - just as good! I'll definitely be buying more of these.
I'm also excited about the traditional Japanese candies that came with the snack pack. First up is the Kyaku or "tuber" candy, which has a very strong smell. The traditional version comes in different colors like pink and orange and usually contains a jelly-like substance that's meant to be eaten with savory foods. I was curious to try it out and see what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately, it didn't blow me away - it tastes like light, fruity non-fruit specific flavors.
There's also another traditional Japanese candy called "Sor" which is gum. It smells like artificial orange and comes in small balls that you can just crush with your fingers. I was expecting something similar to the American gumballs from my childhood but these ones are softer and more enjoyable to eat. They're only 10 yen so I'll definitely be buying more of those.
Overall, this snack pack has been a delight to try out. From the savory shrimp chips to the traditional candies like Kyaku and Sor, there's something for everyone in here. Thanks again for watching, and I'll see you in my next video!

smells like toasted Ramen flavoring M those are really good all right for you Ramen lovers I got a lot of responses from people that used to break these up and eat them you'll love this this is better because every single piece of ramen is coated with happiness delicious this is better than the other one the other one I have like the tiny little red guy a little bit too salty this is better than shrimp chips is that like sacriligious to say those are those are better than shrimp chips delicious highly recommend baby star um adamen plus she's really cute look at baby style I mean come on what's not to love ah remember this this was also from Savory snack um this is another umai m m a fish R this is going to be like shrimp chip flavored um let's see Tao usually is um kind of orange colored too oh and this is very brightly colored it's orange and has the hole in the middle and it looks like a giant Cheeto so and it smells a little bit tart maybe like um vinegary a little bit let's try it that's awesome that is really really good that's better than the tedak Baga by by far it almost tastes like it doesn't taste fishy at all it tastes like um almost like um barbecue potato chips back home you know like laay barbecue potato chips almost tastes exactly like that with a little less Smokey flavor and again that funion texture kind of like more poofy than crunchy um let's keep on the Savory roll and then we'll finish up with the sweets um so these this is pretty straightforward potato chips chips so smells like potato chips that's fair and the chip size these are pretty big the on Flavor see it's really thin a lot of the chips tend to be like this thin and um not that crispy you know they're good they're just like a normal thin potato chips but nothing surprising there just regular potato is ony ony um SBE so there has two onitis right it's like a Sumo onig gidy he's doing like the Thousand hand slap do you guys remember Street Fighter what was that guy's um eh Honda Honda what Honda he was the Tumo wrestler and he had the Thousand hands slap my brother all know what I'm talking about it hi brother there are differences so you're supposed to find what the differences are I'm not sure how many differences there are but between the two there are several can you see it I'll pause it for a second if you can see the differences they are shaped like ony um and for those of you that don't know onig are check out there's only two cute so look it's a little ony shaped cracker with some naughty pieces on it naughty is a seaweed and it just smells o smells like soy sauce and is crunchy that's what it looks like on the inside this is like that sweet salty soy flavor with a little bit of um nauy it's still better potato chips I'm going to say this is a tie tie I think for me shrimp chips Yan Goan I think okay let's wrap up with some sweets um this is the bottom of the barrel 1 two three four five savories and four sweets so a total of nine nine things so number one so this is candy po I think her name is pekan called milky candy and you see her um on that candy she's really cute I've never actually had that candying Emmy made in Japan I have to taste it but I don't think this is going to be so surprising zosan you see him little elephant oh let tasting it tastes like just like the orange candies that we had back home um like my American orange candy that I tried before exactly the same good though I like it I'll sa that for later okay let's try this I see this a lot with the traditional candies um usually comes in different colors pink and orange no pink blue green and yellow so this is really interesting potato I think it's like a tuber and they use it to make um kyaku which is this kind of H it's a jelly stuff and usually made in eaten with um Savory things and um it doesn't have any it's it's kind of marketed as a diet food because there's hardly any calories and it's filling has a very interesting smell um very strong kind of smell and if you use it in t Foods you pour a boiling water over it to get rid of some of that smell um this is a sweet version um which I've never had before and has a very interesting texture it's very kind of jelly so I just tore off the top I'm going to just squeeze oh my gosh okay check this out kyaku so um Japanese are really into jellies and um goomies as you can probably tell from my um numerous reviews on jelly like substances so this should come to no surprise but jellies are fascinating so um so I ripped off the top and now if you squeeze the bottom it comes up can you see that use the bottom and it comes up now look at that that is amazing so it's got this really wonderful jiggle let's taste it shall we doesn't taste like much actually has a really light fruity nonf fruit specific flavor not bad this is another traditional candy um that I've seen you see at every Market means marriage so I think maybe these are supposed to like predict what you're supposed to do or something I don't know please tell me somebody tell me what the game is and the way you do it is you punch them out so let's try it going to punch it out and try yellow M it's just chocolate great let's let's do some sports sports and green let's have one of those it's the same so they all taste the same um let's do be so be mean play yep and inside there's just a little chocolate ball so they're like candy coated chocolate balls p p Ur So you punch them out and you eat them great delivery system good portion control I get it a thumbs up like that and for my last trick is this oh Sor right gum oranging gum and again super cheap only maybe GN 10n oh it smells great smells like artificial orange um open the little box and inside oh cute are four little four balls they're gumballs four gumballs they smell good oh wow I was expecting gumballs like our gumballs back home I used to have a gumball machine like a penny gumball machine and those ones were Hollow and really hard so you had to bite really hard to break through them these are soft like you can just crush it with your fingers look at that and they're not Hollow it's really smooth in texture awesome all right I'll be buying more of those but gum thanks again for watching and I'll see you again with another video very soon and remember please tell me what you want to see I don't know I can't read your minds so
