**Apple's September 9th Event: What We Can Expect**
As we approach Apple's highly anticipated September 9th event, excitement is building among tech enthusiasts and fans of the Cupertino-based company. The event promises to bring several exciting updates, including new iPhones, improved cameras, and enhanced features that will take our mobile experiences to the next level.
**New iPhone 16 Pro: A Powerhouse Upgrade**
One of the most significant upgrades we can expect from Apple's upcoming event is the new iPhone 16 Pro. According to rumors, this flagship device will boast a larger battery capacity than its predecessor, with some estimates suggesting an upgrade of up to 10% in terms of power. This increase in battery life will be particularly noticeable for users who rely on their phones extensively throughout the day. Furthermore, Apple is rumored to have developed a new battery technology that could lead to even longer battery life, potentially reaching 30 hours of usage time. This would be a significant improvement over the current iPhone 16 Pro Max, which already boasts impressive battery life.
**Improved Cameras: A Game-Changer for Photography Enthusiasts**
The camera department is another area where Apple is expected to make significant improvements with its upcoming event. One of the most notable upgrades is the inclusion of a new ultrawide lens on the regular iPhone 16 Pro, which will feature a massive 48-megapixel sensor. This upgrade promises to revolutionize our ability to capture high-quality ultra-wide photos and videos, enabling Pro Raw shooting in that mode. The camera system also expects to receive an f/2.2 aperture for low-light performance, ensuring that even the most challenging light conditions won't hold us back from capturing stunning images.
**Seamless Switching Between Cameras: A Long-Overdue Improvement**
One feature that has long been criticized by photography enthusiasts is the current camera app's inability to seamlessly switch between different lenses. Apple seems to have finally addressed this issue with the new capture button, which will function similarly to a shutter on a DSLR camera. This allows users to half-press the button to focus and also enables swipe gestures for zooming in and out, making it easier to navigate and compose shots. Additionally, the feature will be available via an API for developers to implement in their own camera apps, which promises exciting possibilities for third-party camera software.
**AirPods 3: A Long-Awaited Replacement**
Another significant update we can expect from Apple's September 9th event is the arrival of AirPods 3. Rumors suggest that these new earbuds will come in two flavors: a basic model and a higher-priced version with active noise cancellation. The latter would represent an affordable option for those seeking premium audio quality without breaking the bank. Moreover, Apple seems to be planning to discontinue previous generations of AirPods, potentially due to EU regulations requiring all devices to feature USB-C ports.
**New Siri Animation: A Software Feature**
Finally, we can expect some exciting news regarding Apple's upcoming event, specifically regarding its new Siri animation. This animated introduction aims to reinvigorate the user experience and make Siri feel more engaging. By keeping certain details under wraps, Apple is likely attempting to maintain a level of secrecy around this feature until closer to the event.
Overall, based on these rumors, it seems that Apple's upcoming September 9th event will bring several exciting updates that promise to take our mobile experiences to new heights. With improved cameras, enhanced battery life, and innovative features like seamless camera switching and active noise cancellation, we can expect a significant upgrade in terms of performance and user experience.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: ensound the alarms wake the council say goodbye to Tech drought summer and say hello to Tech te Tech Apple just announced their September iPhone event it's glow time on September 9th at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time I think it's pretty clear that that event invitation is meant to hearken back to Apple intelligence it's that new Siri animation and the main attraction of this event of course is going to be the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro but we're also expecting the new Apple watch series 10 and potentially an update to airpods so over the weekend I gathered every single leak in rumor that I could find about what we're expecting at this event and today we're going to go through the most comprehensive list of leaks and rumors that you've ever seen in your life unless I miss something now in typical Apple fashion when they do these events they like to announce the Apple watch before the iPhone so I suspect that that's what's going to happen this year and the Apple watch 10 has been an interesting device to follow because it was at one point rumored to be a pretty massive upgrade featuring a redesign and an allnew mechanism for attaching bands however that no longer appears to be the case with the design remaining much more similar to the Apple watches that we've already had however that being said reputable leaker Mark German is still maintaining that this year's design will feature a thinner case design this is something that we haven't seen before so this is probably the closest to a redesign that we'll get since like the series 4 and accompanying that thinner case design will be larger displays there's some conflicting reports here with some rumor suggesting that they could go up to 45 and 49 mm screen sizes that would mean effectively discontinuing the smaller 41 mm and introducing a larger size more akin to the Apple watch Ultra but there is some conflicting info leaker Sunny Dixon has claimed that the sizes are going to be 42 and 46 mm representing a 1 mm gain by shrinking down the bezels whatever the case may be however we are expected to see better battery life which is a new one for the Apple watch the regular Apple watch has quoted 18 hours of battery life since it launched back in 2015 that's almost 10 years 10 Apple watch editions of just everything having the same battery life we're also expecting a new chip to power this Apple watch specifically to lay down the groundwork for future AI enhancements although curiously the series 10 is not expected to feature Apple intelligence apple is also apparently working on some new health sensors such as sleep apnea and hypertension detection however both of those Technologies are apparently up in the air because they rely on the blood oxygen sensor which Apple watches cannot currently measure due to their legal dispute with masimo so Apple either needs to resolve that dispute or find a way to implement Those sensors without the blood oxygen sensor and they they have 2 weeks to do it so we'll see if that happens so let me know in the comments if you think this is an interesting upgrade for the Apple Watch series 10 I'm definitely curious to see what a thinner case design with larger displays and thinner bezels could look like it might be the closest that we're going to get to an Apple Watch redesign for a while but anyways after the Apple Watch series 10 Apple will next announce the new iPhone 16 and if you're excited for the new iPhones make sure to hit that subscribe button and this year's update is pretty interesting because it seems like at least visually the regular iPhone 16 is getting a bigger update this year Sunny Dixon has posted some images of what we can expect the new design and colors to look like and it seems like the trend this year is forget pastels we're up in the saturation on these bad boys and of course the highlight of the iPhone 16's design is that new camera Arrangement we're going back to a vertically stacked camera bump but for the first time since the iPhone 11 it's not going to be a little square on top this design kind of reminds me of the iPhone 10 and 10s and I have to say I quite like it and of course those cameras will be upgraded one rumor that we've seen is that the ultrawide camera is going to go from an f2.4 to f2.2 aperture which should allow for better lowlight performance but one of the benefits of that design is putting the main camera and the ultra wide in line which should allow the iPhone 16 to shoot spatial videos inheriting that from the 15 Pro but that's not the only thing that the iPhone 16 is inheriting from the 15 Pro we're also expecting the action button to replace the mute switch and rumors suggest that we could be getting macro photography for the first time on the regular iPhone since it was introduced on the iPhone 14 Pro 2 years ago and with the release of Apple intelligence apple is also changing up their chip strategy for the past few Generations Apple has reserved their latest and greatest chip for the pro level iPhones using last year's one on the regular iPhone but this year the rumors are suggesting that the a18 Chip is going to come to all four models of iPhone 16 although I do still wonder if Apple's going to reserve some differences between them maybe an a18 and an a18 Pro or maybe they'll just have an extra GPU or CPU core on the Pro Models it seems likely that they would do that so I'm honestly pretty happy with the iPhone 16 upgrades we're inheriting a lot of great features from the 15 Pro and a lot of those new features seem to make this a pretty well-rounded package and as a pro iPhone user I got to say I'm jealous of the fun colors we're definitely starting to see people choose the regular iPhones if nothing else just because they look more fun and interesting than the pro phones with their muted colors but of course the main event will be the iPhone 16 Pro and we've got a quite long list of features and a ton of camera improvements that I'm actually very excited about so first of all the colorways were expected to retain the black white and natural titanium but the dark blue is expected to be replaced with a bronze color now initially there were rumors suggesting that that could be pink but it seems like maybe that was misinterpreted or something because bronze seems a lot more likely and I've seen this rendered in a couple of different shades and Hues some of them look good some of them kind kind of look like a poop phone so I guess we just got to trust apple and their color designers to make this look good I think it does have some potential let me know what you think in the comments below but as for the design I mean if you've seen an iPhone 15 Pro or 14 pro or 13 Pro or 12 Pro uh yeah it's going to be pretty similar but apple is continuing their trend of reducing bezel sizes we expecting the iPhone 16 Pro to go from 6.1 to 6.3 in well Pro Max goes from 6.7 to 6.9 nice and that increase in display size is going to be thanks in large part to thinner bezels but while the design isn't going to be changing very much internally we can expect some pretty big upgrades and one that I'm extremely excited for is a new battery technology apple is apparently working on new stacked Battery Technology which is apparently going to feature a metal enclosure for heat dissipation and that can be crucial because heat is really bad for battery efficiency see if you leave your phone in the sun and it starts to warm up your battery starts just absolutely evacuating so this could be a pretty major upgrade and it could also make your pockets a little bit more comfortable if you don't have a burning hot iPhone in them all this could add up to a 10% larger battery on the 16 Pro and I've even seen claims of 30h hour battery life on the 16 Pro Max and that is humongous battery life is the single most noticeable and important up for most people and if they can actually pull that off this will be massive and supposedly this battery is going to be an absolute Monster featuring up to 40 W wired charging and 20 W wireless charging which is pretty quick but let's turn our attention to the cameras cameras are a massive part of Apple's focus on the proel iPhones and last year one of their big developments was the tetr prism 5x telephoto lens on the 15 Pro Max well this year we can expect that camera lens to move its way down to the regular iPhone 16 Pro that's something that I know a lot of people are really going to appreciate but one that I'm absolutely stoked for is the new ultrawide lens we're expecting it to receive a 48 megapixel sensor that's going to make your ultrawide photos and videos a lot higher quality and enable Pro raw shooting in that mode it's also expected to feature an f2.2 aperture for low light performance and I have to say I think this might be the the most exciting part of the 16 Pro because I love the ultra wide camera I use it all the time and if it's going to be 48 megapixels oh man I might not even use the main camera anymore but something that no one's talked about is that this could fix that issue since the iPhone 14 pro where when you're taking a picture of something about 8 in away it switches over to the macro camera and crops in on the ultra wide and it looks absolutely terrible with a 48 megap sensor cropping in on that image and switching between those two cameras should be a lot more seamless but let's keep it going with those camera system improvements because one thing that we've heard about for a while now is the new capture button Apple just woke up last year and they were like wait a minute why don't we just add more buttons to this thing we've had the same ones for years and this new capture button is going to function a lot like the shutter on a DSLR you can half press it to focus and we're also hearing more recently that it's going to be multi-touch sensitive so that you can swipe to zoom in in and out and Mark Gman also says that that feature is going to be available via an API for developers to implement in their own camera apps so I'm sure we're going to expect a lot of really cool features now of course the iPhone is the main attraction here at this Apple event but we are also expecting an update to airpods airpods 3 launched almost 3 years ago and it seems finally time for a replacement and the rumors here are a little bit light but we are expecting two new versions apparently there there's going to be a basic airpods 4 or a higher priced model with active noise cancellation so this could be the most affordable pair of airpods yet to offer that feature but the Curious part about this rumor is that apple is also expected to discontinue the previous versions of airpods that they're still selling and one reason for this might be the new EU regulations that say that all devices have to have USBC ports so if Apple announces two new versions of airpods both with USBC that could basically get them through those regulations but there you have it that is Apple's September 9th event it's glow time I think it's pretty clear that that event invitation is meant to hearken back to Apple intelligence it's that new Siri animation so I think we're probably going to learn a couple of new things about that that just don't really get leaked because it's a software feature it's much easier to keep that Under Wraps but I am honestly I'm pretty excited after going through and compiling this list of all of the rumors we're expecting I think this is actually going to be a pretty decent upgrade so I'd love to know what you guys think let me know in the comments down below and of course make sure to subscribe and turn on notifications because I'm going to have coverage for all of this I'll have event coverage the day of I'm going to be live streaming while the event is going on so make sure to get subscribed for that and then of course we're going to have reviews of the new iPhone 16 and 16 Pro so with all of that said I'm going to going to go lay down cuz that was a lot of rumors like comment subscribe I'll see you guys in the next onesound the alarms wake the council say goodbye to Tech drought summer and say hello to Tech te Tech Apple just announced their September iPhone event it's glow time on September 9th at
