He went from making 329 earlier and he's already a 469, with the same psi and it's making 422 pounds of torque. Check out right here, this nice little red line, picked all the way over here, I don't want to go past Brendan here was hot, so I got in his own little turbofan, are you so hard that means he's okay? Okay, can't even give his cap on, I don't know what hit it on there but that phony help now we're making 483 horsepower and 420 pounds of torque. I believe he was flying around with a vvt-i and that managed to squid a lot more noticeably.

Allah whole is above the power curve now, we're talking sin tells me that I started to race a boost now this time he made 539 horsepower on 473 pounds of torque, run number 32, we are making 583 horsepower with 535 foot-pounds of torque, that's also I believe it up to 30 psi pose right now, I am beat. We did 32 poles Chris Froome you see master is so helpful this is the first time I think I've ever had a car on use to be master, that's actually closed loop and kind of just the fuelling usually we just run in an open loop, so I'm excited about that.

The car seems to be really happy there's no weird partial throttle stuff she's literally on the phone with me for over three hours which is insane right, so the real question after all this, all this time was the 3 litre bottom end worth it? What do you guys think based off looking at this graph in a mud show. 2000rpm it has a whole nation unnatural difference and the difference in between like just let's say 1000 RPM don't don't say i didn't show him the graph yet give him a shot good, all right so here's the thing I had to do that last poll in 5th year because all the polls that we did with Darren were in fifth year now.

The car will make a little bit more power that's one gear higher that's correct right like one gear higher would make more power so this isn't exact numbers but what you can see when we're comparing apples to apples now look at this, at 3000 rpm we picked up one hundred foot-pounds of torque over one hundred and about 50 wheel look at this giant chunk right here that we gained in the torque and all this power there's give me the difference between the old car that like felt like it was falling in a boost on every shift and now it should be a lot easier to drive and have more meat even out of boost.

Look at this 35 minute rpm over a hundred extra foot-pounds of torque and almost a hundred horsepower - so this is gonna make a drastic difference in for a drift car, response, and being able to have that meaty low-end is really necessary should be really good especially with the short gearing. Do I think that we should maybe go up to the G 3770 to get this a little flatter up top maybe but I don't know what do you think Alberto I'm just a bigger turbo oh yeah, but you're gonna have lag bro yeah, but you have a real you have a 2j and you'll have higher compression and all that cool stuff so oh I get yeah I get the cool points yeah we'll see but anyway.

I'm super happy with this this is a same-day upload just because things have been crazy and I wanted to have this in the video but I have to give a massive shout out to the guys, it's such a quick turnaround on this, I'm excited to hopefully test it soon osw is closed down because of all the stuff going on so I don't know where I'm gonna test it but as always I'm super appreciative EC masters and all the support I got on getting this car dialed in Daren made it a lot easier when he did that base map on the other car so today we were just able to do some tweaks get it dialed in.

it that's sick Alberto's playing around and gapping some plugs for the Supra so I got the plugs out and I think I found what was resulting in a misfire I guess this is a common thing with stock plugs or aftermarket plugs if you don't torque them correct but the porcelain part on the plug actually like kind of broke it's really hard to film but if you can see it's kind of wiggling around there on the tip so a very common problem I guess with BMW stuff so we're gonna put some new NGK ones in and they're supposed to hold up a little bit better but it's really important that we torque them to the we're going to 17 foot-pounds kinda hard for me to film and do it at the same time but you can just trust me click-click click-click I know visibly it looks like a rat's nest but it's actually an extremely easy car to work on also something I want to mention - I know I've already claimed in a previous video but a lot of people keep on telling me to do what Papa Dawkins is doing with his b-58 but the thing that you guys have to understand that is a race car if I do the same thing my car would be basically rendered useless as a street car I can't go stand alone I want to keep all the factory stuff working in the car and yeah he does have an aftermarket intake manifold that was designed and works but I'd have to switch to a front mount intercooler and cut up the stock bumper to make everything fit it'd become a nightmare where I rather just wait till an aftermarket company comes out with a water to air plenum which I know is coming unfortunately you know we may crack another one in the mean time but that's just kind of one of the things real emitted on I don't want to turn this car into a race car I just want to keep it as simple as I possibly can see if she misfires now no more miss now that we have all this extra quarantine and chill time with the e36 I'm finally focused on trying to make it prettier it's very few and far that I'll have a car that I don't take photos of but I went through my phone to look at photos of the e36 I've taken none just because I'm for lack of a better word appalled how ugly it's been so today I'm gonna lower the rear a little bit I'm swapping and playing around with some Springs I'm gonna lose a little bit of travel but I think the aesthetics will make it worth it I'm gonna put the trim on I know you guys want to see a black but for now at least trim is better than no trim so I'm probably going to just adhesive the one on the door I'm gonna put those in I've got new spring clips and then just hopefully make it look cool again so today Alberto's been finishing up the exhaust as I said before we were gonna reuse that titanium piece from the chaser me know Berto are both a little bit concerned that it might sound a little bit deeper and have some weird sounds because it goes from so this section back here kind of might make some weird resonance but looks way cooler than having no tip and when this thing spits little fireballs now you'll be able to see it honestly I might raise it just a hair so this car doesn't have any sort of adjustments on the spring we're basically just running the height that the spring gives us so I could add these spring pads and that might give us an extra couple mil so that is something I might play around with later we got the new lightweight battery in there now to turn down look sweet you're gonna start our Alberta it's still missing a hanger so you'll see you move around a bit they kind of got a little more punch to it now do you notice that yeah it does have a little bit of deep breath do it now will we take this thing on the dyno I'm gonna take it for a quick limp around the block just to make sure everything's okay drivetrain wise just with super light throttle I can feel a huge difference with a three litre bottom end the turtle finally has a response that I wanted in the first place where its spooling at 2 grand this thing is gonna be really fun obviously no Tunes I'm just taking me Ziva I can feel this thing's gonna light up so early now while we've been doing 36 stuff we're gonna go checking on princess and her brothers what's going on here oh you heard that you're kicked out she's been here for the past three days working on her car I won't let her anywhere near the shop so what what's going on here this car picking on it no there's a lot of stuff that we covered with bondo also need the top weight I discovered so much more bondo which I feel like that's always something you carry when prepping for pain let's see I wonder what gonna meet a Ewing on the dyno tomorrow we have Darrin's bass tuned from the other engine and then actually ECU masters themself is going to help us get this car tuned up and take advantage of a lot of the really cool settings that they have to get it super good so I'm excited to get this thing on the dyno it is going to be a remote tune just a reminder it isn't gonna make any more power we're limited by the turbo but hopefully we'll make more power sooner and have a broader power brand even though we won't be able to route it up even though we won't be able to about even though we won't be racing the booze and that's where you gonna see the max horsepower and torque spike up I don't tell me the motor right now is so happy it's machine fifteen pounds of like like really really boots
