Hey Guys, Dave from Cooking Chair Here Today's Recipe is Sweet Chili Chicken, Believe Me Guys, This is Such a Unique Delicious Combination of Flavors You Just Won't Be Able to Stop Eating It. You're Going to Love It So Let's Get Started.
What I've Got Here Is an Egg White and Half a Cup of Flour, So I'm Just Going to Go Ahead and Beat My Egg White Up Then I'm Going to Season the Flour with Half a Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic, Half a Teaspoon of Ground Pepper, Another Half Teaspoon of Peera, and Last But Not Least Half a Teaspoon of Salt. And This Is Really Easy to Remember Because These Are All Halves Okay, I'm Just Going to Grab My Fork Here and Give Everything a Mix Until It's Nicely Combined.
After That What You Want to Do Is Grab a Chicken Leg and I've Got About Nine Chicken Legs Here So We're Just Going to Give It a Good Swirl in the Egg White Then Dredge It in the Flour. You Might Want to Use a Bowl That's a Little Bigger Just to Make Life Easier for You, And What Happened to the Baby Chicken That Misbehaved at School? It Got Egg Spelled, I Know Corny But a Little Bit Cute. You Don't Have to Use Chicken Legs, You Can Use Whatever Part You Want, But Believe Me Legs Make it Really Easy to Handle.
After the Chicken Is Coated, I'm Going to Go Ahead and Add a Couple of Inches of Oil to a Pan, Crank Up the Heat to Medium High, and Allow This to Get to About 350° When the Oil is Ready Reduce the Heat to Medium Low Place the Chicken in and I'm Going to Fry This in Batches for About 7 and a Half Minutes on Each Side. If You've Got a Deep Fryer, You Can Certainly Go Ahead and Use It. You Want the Chicken So it's a Golden Brown Because You Want it Juicy Not Too Dry.
