BUDGET DRAWING TABLET _ Turcom TS-6580 Pen Tablet Unboxing

Unboxing the Turcom Pen Sketch TS 6580 Pin and Touch Tablet

Hello everybody, my name is Adam, also known as EposVox, and welcome to my unboxing of the Turcom Pen Sketch TS 6580 pin and touch tablet. It's a high-resolution drawing tablet that I would say is considered to be a kind of generic brand. Initially, I wasn't wanting to trust it at first because basically, I've always heard that Wacom or Wacom has always been the way to go when it comes to electronics, especially when it comes to something like this.

However, having read reviews on mini Turcom tablets and seen great reviews other than once it goes out, you just gotta get a new one. Felt pretty confident in buying it also, because it was only about forty dollars on Amazon, which is quite cheap compared to other drawing tablets on the market. It's got 2048 levels, 230 rps, 5080 LPI, and an 8x5 inches work area, as well as a thickness of 0.6 inches.

As I opened up the box, I was greeted by the tablet itself, which is quite large. I didn't actually realize I was buying a tablet this large, but I'm okay with that because bigger is usually better. They're just also usually more expensive and less portable. The corner of the tablet has a pin cup on it, which looks like it would be used for attaching the stylus.

Next in the box, we have the mini USB cable, which is a decent length. Hopefully, that'll be enough for my setup if not, I have to get an extender or find another one. The pin itself comes with dual buttons on the grip and a lovely stylus point. It's got a nice rubber grip and pressure-sensitive tip, as well as two buttons on it right at the thumb, so you can left-click and right-click.

To put the battery in, I believe it twists apart here and unscrews, and the battery goes in there. To put it together again, simply twist it back in, making sure that the negative side is facing down and the positive side towards the tip of the stylus screwing it back in. This process is pretty simple and straightforward.

One thing to note about this tablet is that it doesn't have an eraser on the tip of the stylus. This might be a drawback for some users, but I'm confident that I'll get used to it. In terms of battery life, I don't know how long it will last, but it's been installed in the tablet itself, so we'll see how well it performs.

Overall, I'm excited to try out this tablet and see if it works well for me. It feels pretty rugged and sturdy, which is good news, especially considering its size. And then, like I said, it's a lot bigger than I was expecting, but that's a good thing, right? Now that we've unboxed the tablet, let's see what it has to offer.
