Welcome to a Culac App Review Brought to You by Tech Bites with Jay Smith
We all like to talk with our friends, and if it's on free instant messaging, hey, it's that much better. Just recently, Mark Zuckerberg and the people of Facebook found themselves in the news for purchasing the hit messaging app WhatsApp for $19 billion. Today, we're here to give you an inside look into the app and help you see what's up with WhatsApp.
Talking to All Your Friends Is That Much Easier and Cheaper Now With the App
WhatApp is an app that lets users chat with their friends for free, no matter which iOS, Android, or even Windows device they're using. After a quick setup, users can automatically see all their contacts that use the app in their favorites tab and change their status at any time. I like how you can even create a custom one; it's a nice touch.
Find All Your Friends Directly From Your Phone Book and Invite Them to Get Talking
One of the standout features of WhatsApp is its ease of use. After quick setup, users can find all their friends directly from their phone book and invite them to get talking. This makes it incredibly easy for people to connect with each other, no matter where they are in the world.
The Chat Section Is Where the Fun Takes Place
The chat section is where the fun takes place on WhatsApp. A full messaging area is shown where users can send messages, photos, videos, and even their location if they like. One thing I noticed is that unlike other free messaging apps, WhatsApp doesn't have a "water down" experience. It's not a trade-off in quality for being free; instead, it offers the same features users love without any cost.
It's Not a Water Down Experience
One of the things that sets WhatsApp apart from other free messaging apps is its lack of compromise on quality. Unlike some other apps that cut corners to offer free services, WhatsApp remains committed to providing users with all the same features they love without any cost. This is especially notable when it comes to seeing when a message has been read.
The Settings Tab Is Where You Can Customize Your Chats
The settings tab on WhatsApp is where you can customize your chats to suit your needs. Users can block numbers, access settings, and change other stuff just how they like it. This level of customization gives users more control over their messaging experience, which is a major plus.
A Solid 4 and A2 Out of 5 Stars
Overall, I'd give WhatsApp a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The app gives people a nice alternative to talk to all their friends with only a Wi-Fi connection needed while remaining easy to use and full of features. Minor design changes could make the app that much better, but they don't take away from the fact that it's a pretty smooth messaging experience.
WhatsApp Messenger Is Available in App Stores for All iOS Android and Windows Devices
WhatsApp messenger is available in app stores for all iOS, Android, and Windows devices, making it accessible to users worldwide. This means that people can easily download and start using WhatsApp on their device of choice.
