like still has more water spots yeah gotta get the wheels now you know mm-hmm guy gave me fresh bump it on LA traffic situation the carpool lane is the greatest thing ever it's the main reason why Mike's gonna make it on time to his flight this is also the first day we're having eight you should have been nice what's it to Mike like mid high 80s yeah so it's a little warm but I think I can get it working for the next trip Bonnie the mic stay divine T woman forward so we're late bunch of people are already here parked up at Venice Beach now I think that famous guy from Netflix is you in here Wow everyone's getting lunch like about a 20 minute walk away so we're grabbing these good old scooters to get around let's see how long this will last I love California weather it's so beautiful scooters electric vehicles taxes we were going to rent long boards like skateboards but apparently what happened then there's the difference between a longboard surfboard and a longboard skateboard I didn't know that so here is their like 12 longboard surfboard so it's aren't going to do it so it's good you can't surf on the sidewalk unless it's got wheels not wrong I feel like I've definitely seen some viral videos with random strangers in this area Venice before we rented skateboards I've never been an escape pod before with so many people just on the side rails watching we stopped at this little sausage place pretty cool spot very interesting location it was just like sausage place we went to that's kind of cool you like order in there and then you'd sit in there as which people in is loud now we're gonna go get some ice cream do you unlock me dad it's getting cold out and Dan went and got a jacket from the adidas store so me and master winning got matching jackets yeah that's okay you're ridiculous you have a number is you everyone in ice cream lines go on a PS hearin see that line hasn't moved nope yo man I need three root beer floats straight-up solve this is gonna get rid of your clothes pick up this fancy restaurant right go to the fancy ice-cream store we get root beer floats everybody else gets good ice cream me I just ate complete trash very dangerous the tracks you saved me honestly that's the depot stealing how both of my headlight things have fallen out on both the passenger side and the driver's side and now while we're in this side of town we go stop the police call great services that's happen a little kind of like industry get-together it should be cool car see there's a lot different than in Florida today's the day you can all probably expect would happen I'll go to the burn yard and thankfully I wash my car yesterday so I don't have to do early in the morning Aaron's been washing their cars in the driveway and I got that one go get some Starbucks it's so weird for me talking and vlogging so I'm extra self conscious now I also was stupid you didn't film a tree services last night which was a really cool party and they gave us a bunch of their leftover beer for the Airbnb so shout out to free services for that so if you guys remember hoonigan used to have a location that was over in Long Beach and they got so many complaints for all the neighbors in the city for all the smoke and now their burn yard takes place at Earl and Dale Speedway so we're heading to the new burn yard today not as cool as old loading dock area those super small and tight budgets that we so I'd say this Lots about three times bigger than the last slot a lot more obstacles though which is kind of cool I'm excited I'm nervous that the jzx is gonna get really hot so I might not be able to do as long with burnout as I'd want but the key thing is going to be will I fit underneath this thing over here it's a little bit more tight than I thought but I think we'll be fine hey go slow all right so we're doing like a little busy okay no knob so we're doing like a little team tandem comp thing and it's me Luke Chelsea and Matt field we've got the pretty sick lines make it out we're doing a test lap first just to make sure we all know how like the surface is and how it drips and everything I'm excited I got choked up a little bit him back and I I did a little damage but I should be able to get a salvageable it could be way worse the bumper is still intact not bad not bad I definitely was a ugh lead up the rear a little bit but I tried to do my best yeah it was junk see like just cruise up the front and not do anything sketchy but I wish we had like some just shitty to say flies for that because we're all like 265 degrees up and it's like she's pretty grippy in there I think too we got a little excited in the beginning and we entered like door to door to door to door and didn't leave a lot of room for us convinced the whole time I had broken an axle is there are so many times and we almost came to a stop and I had a wood doors wood dude and I don't have spare ones yeah so she'll be able to get a good enough to drive home before we on this video I want to take a quick second and just acknowledge how awesome it is to see the support from you guys towards Shelley and Rudy with the whole situation with the Corvette that burned down they are beyond overjoyed and actually worked out where Luke gave them a good deal and actually sold them the g35 so now they have a working car to transport all their stuff back to Idaho and they also have a working drift car so it worked out great you know all of us seeing them go through that we just wanted a way to help and something as simple as sharing that page and seeing all you guys support was just really awesome to see the community come together all of us try to help as much as we could and it's just so awesome to see the smiles on their faces and the fact that we accidentally extend to drift week and they're gonna be driving that now with us over on Tuesday so that's really exciting there was technically a competition in drift week right so I'm gonna give you guys a spoiler I did not win there were lots of different challenges like gas mileage in which cars stayed the cleanest and which car did everyone want in which car did this better did that better I didn't win I'm not gonna tell you guys to win because that something else check out a lone star drift 4 but in my heart this trip turned out so much better than I thought initially I wasn't even going to do I was on the fence I was worried about committing this much time and being away and trying to struggle with content but the fact that we were able to hit all these tracks during the week Aaron mentioned this in another video that to drive all these tracks usually you'd have to take a trip out and then you'd have to go back and then another trip out because usually events are only in the weekend so the fact that we were able to do so many tracks there's short amount of time with so many awesome people that have made new friends have gotten hang out with old friends I've got to drive the chaser which now I feel like is assorted reliable drift missile drift seat time car whatever you want to call it I got to say like not that drifting was ruined for me but this really we reignite the fire in me that has so much fun with drifting because that seems worried that I get driving my car every single day in Japan at MSU and just basically just changing tires and going out and spending laughs and laughs and laughs and laps I've been able to do here on the road and all these amazing tracks with these amazing people and I know it sounds redundant but this was just this is eye-opening for me I really hope there's more I hope we do more soon maybe different tracks maybe different countries I don't know but this is just it's really been something else it's been fun hanging out with you again Luke I can't see you you're blending in with the trailer dude this is like I was just explaining not the drifting's been ruined for me but this is like the most absurdity is basically what I get it from a Basu but in the states at different tracks so we had the conversation here and we just keep going and we kind of accidentally are going to continue to go I'm I've just sold my car but I'll find another car to be able to use for this next event we're gonna do it's just it's so fun like what like I've been around the world done the competition thing but like chair me out with rad people that it's the nights that even in the morning getting up we're all tired and like it's too early but it's still with everybody it is it is how much does remind you the view next days know for sure drifting like the the problem with a BMX right we could go to the skate park every single day we could ride our bike until we can't ride anymore with drifting you're usually limited by tracks only being able to go on the on the weekends and even if you're able to drive once a week for an entire year that's a lot but for us that's not enough yeah you know I get it twice a week not enough true you do on your own track I get to drive it twice a week but even then it's like you know you've got that itch you know I mean you want to drive more and it's a week like this as hard as it
