was also surprised regarding the rear facing camera specifically in artificial lighting conditions so let's move to the next one and this is regarding the OS and the user interface that we get with these devices again both of them run Android and let's first talk about the redmi note 5 pro the redmi note 5 pro comes with me UI which is a custom UI by Xiaomi and as of now still it is running on the Android version 7.1 yes there is a beta rom that will get you up late but as of now this is the latest bill that I have it's still on Android 7.1 now moving to the real me one this is also using a custom UI which Oppo actually uses on all their smartphones and it's known as color OS and so that's what it is but moved to the Android version it is coming out of the box with Android version 8.1 so you're getting the latest version of Android on this one now moving to another thing is that if you talk about the battery life the battery capacity is slightly different on both these devices the redmi note 5 pro has a four thousand milliamp hour battery and i have to say i'm used both these devices I've used the redmi note 5 Pro extensively and have used this one for almost five days now and both these devices will give you very good battery life and both of them will actually last you for a full working day easily with both these devices you don't have to charge in the middle but in terms of battery life if I have to give a slight edge I would say the redmi note 5 pro goes slightly ahead it was giving me approximately almost about 45 minutes to 1 hours of extra screen on time now I'm going to one more thing is that and this might become very common moving forward this is regarding the support for dual 4G volte and you're out of the box this real me one supports true dual 4G voldy so you can have two 4G sims active at the same time for example 2g OSM's also will work on this the redmi note 5 pro on the production built as of now does not have that functionality but i've heard that they will be pushing out that functionality with the software updating later on but the real me one already has that functionality as of now now I'm going to another thing is that and this might be useful for people who are going with the base variant of the real me one that is for nine thousand rupees because with that when you just get 32gb of internal storage but the real being one has a dedicated micro SD card slot so you can have your two nano cells and a dedicated micro SD card to expand the storage but on the what do you say redmi note 5 pro we don't have a dedicated SD cards slot so it is having the hybrid solution so if you want to use two SIM cards you can't put an SD card with the same so that is also one more thing I would say that Vantage I would give to the real mean one now moving to the pricing again here as I've mentioned clearly the pricing of this real me one is actually very aggressive at the base variant you can have for nine thousand rupees but let's just go with the highest version what both offers for example this really ones highest version and comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal storage and that's price for 14,000 whereas the redmi note 5 pro base variant that comes with 4 gigabytes ara of RAM and 64gb of internal storage for 15,000 and if you want to go with the 6 GB RAM variant of the redmi note 5 pro that comes with just 64 gigabytes of internal that's for 17 thousand so in terms of price to performance survey show yes I have to give the word to the what do you say real p1 it's simply offering a lot for the price and by the way guys both of these devices are actually very good devices but again if I have to pick one based on the price to performance ratio I would say because of the very aggressive pricing of the real me one this will get my vote for the price to performance ratio so guys that's it for now for the comparison of this really one with the Remy note 5 Pro I'll also be posting its full review but it will get delayed by a week or so so again stay tuned for that and if you are still not subscribe to my youtube channel hit that subscribe button thanks for watching this is Ranjit and
Realme 1 vs Redmi Note 5 Pro - 10 Practical Point Comparison Video
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enhi there this is Ranji then in this video I'm gonna do a practical comparison between this Oppo real me one and the redmi note 5 pro because many of you were asking me about these two devices and frankly speaking I don't think so this is even a fair comparison but we're gonna do it because the base variant of this real me one there's gonna be sold for just rupees 9000 whereas the base variant of the redmi note 5 pro is for 15 thousand so as you can see a price cap of almost six thousand rupees so mathematic if you calculate that that's almost 66 percent price difference but anyways we want to do a comparison and I made North's two pages worth of notes ten points I've written them down because I generally skip forget some points so first let's talk about the price difference as I've told you there's a huge price difference I'll come back to the price later this real me one is having the mediatek helio p60 chipset which is the latest chipset from mediatek and it's actually a pretty powerful chipset whereas on the other hand the redmi note 5 pro comes with the qualcomm snapdragon 6:36 subset and both are actually very good chipsets but if we talk about raw performance and some of the features I would say the Helio P 60 goes over the Snapdragon 636 I've already made a dedicated video around the Helio P 60 you can check out that but again I don't formally believed in benchmarks but I did run some benchmarks between these two devices as you can see and in terms of what you say I ran and - - which is a popular benchmark and on the severe me one I got an to do score of 1 lakh 39,000 223 whereas on this what do you say a redmi note 5 throw I got a benchmark score of 1 lakh 12000 833 so as you can see significant difference between these two Devils in benchmarks the peace 60 is actually going quite ahead and draw benchmarks and that's what I've noticed in general Foreman's also the phone is very fast and loads the apps also very quickly I don't notice any lag when using this phone the same case is even for this redmi note 5 pro it's also very fast phone and you don't know this lot but as you saw from the benchmarks looks like this one is slightly faster in dropper formance next again one more advantage that this p60 chipset has asked that based on the fabrication the hebrew p60 is based on 12 nanometer process whereas the snapdragon 636 is based on 14 nanometer process and guys if you don't know the lower is better and this in terms of fabrication for example the qualcomm snapdragon 845 which is the latest from Qualcomm is based on 10 nanometer process and by doing that you achieve a few things for example the efficiency of the chip increases also it produces less heat when it's stressed so yes I would give the slight edge to Helio P 60 and raw performance now moving to another thing is that in terms of display both of them are having this new display form factor that we are seeing 18 is to the 9 aspect ratio and in terms of display I would say both of them actually are having very good display so I don't have a issue with them but in terms of screen to body ratio this real me one is going slightly ahead up and down the figures yes the real v1 is about eighty four point seven percent of the what do you say screen to body ratio whereas redmi note 5 pro is about 77% so this adds slightly what do you say thinner bezels yeah that's what it is but in terms of screen quality I would say both of them are actually having a very good screen quality and I did play a lot of videos video content beauty of videos of watch on both these devices and both of them actually have very good screen so terms of screen quality I would be sort of neutral I would say now coming to speakers both of them actually have a single speaker setup and actually both sound good but in terms of loudness if I have to pick one the real me one speaker is actually a little bit louder compared to the redmi note 5 pro now moving to another thing and here I would say clearly say this redmi note 5 will oh hell is that the redmi note 5 pro has a physical fingerprint scanner here at the back and as you can see it is very very responsive I don't know why but this real me one they don't have a physical for you say fingerprint scanner on this device so you have to actually rely on face and luckily by the way face unlocking is also there on this phone so you have to rely on face unlocking luckily the face unlocking actually works very well it's very fast and because it uses some of the features of the GOP 60v task AI capabilities face running is very fast let me show you for example is the for angle just as you can see I press the power button and look at it it unlocks and I have also tested this many people who are asking me how does it work in actually low lighting so let me just shut off the light this is one of the main lights let me just shut this off and as you can see again unlocks let's lower the lighting even very fast on this one but miss the fact that it does not have a physical fingerprint scanner now moving to another thing that is regarding the build quality here I find a difference between these two devices how they go about it and I would say in build quality I will give the vote to the redmi note 5 pro because this one has a metallic build quality as you can see we are asked on this one it's a fiberglass body that they have gone with yes the advantage is that this feels slightly lighter to hold but yeah until the build quality I would give the edge to the redmi note 5 pro next if we talk about the cameras here actually to be very frank I had very mixed results don't get me wrong the redmi note 5 pro has a very good camera that we have seen even in my review and stuff but i've compared both these devices and in outdoor conditions both these smartphones that i use very good picture so what I did is I decided to test how would be the camera performance in what do you say artificial lighting here in my office and first if we talk about the front-facing camera I would say the redmi note 5 pro's front-facing camera is definitely a slightly better compared this is real me one as you can see the redmi note 5 pro even in very low lighting conditions here the lighting was very low like restaurant lighting yeah then also it product produced a brighter picture compared to the real me one so yes front facing camera on this real me a one is not bad for the price i would say it can take some very good selfies but yeah if i have to pick a winner for the front-facing camera that would be the redmi note 5 pro now let's move to the rear facing camera and again these sample shots are in artificial lighting conditions and as you can see in good lighting conditions both of them are actually producing very good results but notice what happens these are again side by side pictures and same lighting conditions in my office here at back and I was just lowering down the lights in this situation first there's a decent lighting both of them actually produced very good results and now I've started to lower down the lights and as you can see this is very surprising that the real me one produced better pictures and colors in very low lighting the situation and I think the air capabilities of the Helio P 60 chipset is helping the real me one in very low lighting situations yes it doesn't have that portrait mode that the redmi note 5 pro does but a very low lighting in that situation I was so surprised that the real me one produced better pictures than the redmi note fiber and i did this test multiple times guys i don't know why but yeah in very low lighting this one was doing better but again there is one tendency that i've noticed with this real me one is that in a very low lighting situation the last picture if you compare both of them it tends to make the picture a little bit softer so again i was also surprised regarding the rear facing camera specifically in artificial lighting conditions so let's move to the next one and this is regarding the OS and the user interface that we get with these devices again both of them run Android and let's first talk about the redmi note 5 pro the redmi note 5 pro comes with me UI which is a custom UI by Xiaomi and as of now still it is running on the Android version 7.1 yes there give a slight edge I would say the redmi note 5 pro goes slightly ahead it was giving me approximately almost about 45 minutes to 1 hours of extra screen on time now I'm going to one more thing is that and this might become very common moving forward this is regarding the support for dual 4G volte and you're out of the box this real me one supports true dual 4G voldy so you can have two 4G sims active at the same time for example 2g OSM's also will work on this the redmi note 5 pro on the production built as of now does not have that functionality but i've heard that they will be pushing out that functionality with the software updating later on but the real me one already has that functionality as of now now i'm going to another thing is that and this might be useful for people who are going with the base variant of the real me one that is for nine thousand rupees because with that when you just get 32gb of internal storage but the real being one has a dedicated micro SD card slot so you can have your two nano cells and a dedicated micro SD card to expand the storage but on the what do you say redmi note 5 pro we don't have a dedicated SD cards slot so it is having the hybrid solution so if you want to use two SIM cards you can't put an SD card with the same so that is also one more thing I would say that Vantage I would give to the real mean one now moving to the pricing again here as I've mentioned clearly the pricing of this real me one is actually very aggressive at the base variant you can have for nine thousand rupees but let's just go with the highest version what both offers for example this really ones highest version and comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal storage and that's price for 14,000 whereas the redmi note 5 pro base variant that comes with 4 gigabytes ara of RAM and 64gb of internal storage for 15,000 and if you want to go with the 6 GB RAM variant of the redmi note 5 pro that comes with just 64 gigabytes of internal these devices are actually very good devices but again if I have to pick one based on the price to performance the ratio I would say because of the very aggressive pricing of the real me one this will get my vote for the price to performance ratio so guys that's it for now for the comparison of this really one with the Remy note 5 Pro I'll also be posting its full review but it will get delayed by a week or so so again stay tuned for that and if you are still not subscribe to my youtube channel hit that subscribe button thanks for watching this is Ranjit and I hope to see you in my next video take care guyshi there this is Ranji then in this video I'm gonna do a practical comparison between this Oppo real me one and the redmi note 5 pro because many of you were asking me about these two
