first round of qualifying adams oh adam i'll see with an 86 adam lz with an 86. i feel like i just teased the earth i didn't completely like i wanted to it was the making of a great run from the beginning but i was trying really hard to improve the one weak spot that i had and a lot of other drivers had as well and that's like hanging outside zone two as long as possible because i actually like hung that one longer and messed up my line i transitioned too late for the last center so i blew that one by mile and i think that's where most of my points were lost either way we're qualified and fourth so it's a really good spot to be sitting and uh it's great to see i'm really stoked it didn't rain because like usual i pull up to the to the grid there's like 7 000 dark storm clouds overhead and like we're doing rain so i'm starting to qualify we gotta buy run i'm not gonna lie i was actually pretty stoked to drive tonight but there were four buy runs and we got one of them which means we can get to texas roadhouse faster love their rolls hopping on the computer sending over some logs from the emu black ecu master data logger over to jamie marshall you can review everything i took a quick look through the vlogs myself didn't see anything out of the ordinary a few little rich spots on tip in he's gonna make some adjustments get us perfect for tomorrow's top 32 competition that we'll be competing in foreign now all right so it is practice uh coming into practice just gonna play with the car maybe make a little setup changes but get some laps in get comfortable memorize my marks and go fun oh you um um last type of practice i know if you guys could tell kind of tried to lay down the best lead that i could and actually threw my belt but i think we got a fix for it one of the bolts ended up backing out that keeps the whole pulley system from flexing and i think that just chucked them out but about to go out for my first battle and it's gonna be a good time all right to give myself a clean line of sight especially around the inners where it's easy to mess up chop track plow a cone over and then end up taking yourself out so one thing i've been really trying to focus on and i'm happy i did exactly what i needed to do and i'm like 99.9 confident we got to win ah i think uh the guy that we just went up against he's 14 years old mark my words or sorry don't don't uh don't i might be wrong but i'm 99 he's 14 years old which is crazy at 14 years old i don't even think i could drift in like a fast and curious or need for speed video game and he's out here
