Nissan with an UNEXPECTED Engine Combo.. and it's FAST! (AWD Billet 4G63)

**Back in Business**

The Nissan Pulsar is back in business, and its owner is eager to get it running smoothly. With the help of Anderson Dick from Fuel Tech, they've been working to fix a problem with the crank sensor that was causing issues with the car's performance. The team has made significant progress, but the crank sensor continued to be a major issue, cutting out halfway down the track during their last pass.

**The Car's Potential**

Despite the setbacks, the owner is confident in the car's potential and is eager to see it reach its full capabilities. With a billet block installed, the engine has the power to go very fast - 906 for the Sunbeam is a testament to its speed. The owner is hoping to push the limits of the car even further, aiming for an 8.0 psi boost. This would be a significant achievement, especially considering the car's unique design and capabilities.

**The Car's Modifications**

One of the most notable modifications to the Pulsar is the tube front end, which has been installed in the front. However, this is not yet complete, with the rear still featuring a four-link setup. The owner has also experimented with different tire sizes, finding that the rear tires are slightly larger than those on the front. Despite these differences, the car's gearing remains consistent across both axles.

**The Chassis**

The chassis of the Pulsar is designed to handle the high forces generated by all-wheel drive. According to Anderson Dick, approximately 75% of the power goes to the rear wheels when using this setup. This is similar to other GTRs, which suggests that the Pulsar's chassis has been well-designed for performance.

**The Competition**

Despite the challenges posed by the crank sensor issue, the owner was still able to make it to the semi-finals at Santa Pod Raceway in their first attempt. This is a significant achievement, especially considering the car's unique design and capabilities. The competition was fierce, but the owner's reaction time allowed them to stay competitive until the very end.

**The Reaction**

The reaction from the owner and their team was one of excitement and disappointment. Despite coming so close to the finish line, they were unable to overtake their opponents due to a combination of factors, including the crank sensor issue and their reaction time. However, with each passing day, they are becoming more confident in their car's abilities.

**The Future**

As the owner continues to work on their Pulsar, they are eager to see it reach its full potential. With a few tweaks here and there, they hope to overcome the current limitations and push the car to even greater heights. The future looks bright for this unique vehicle, and fans of the sport can't wait to see what's in store.

**A Special Thank You**

The owner would like to extend a special thank you to Anderson Dick from Fuel Tech for their help in getting the Pulsar back on track. Their expertise and guidance have been invaluable, and the team is grateful for their support. Without this partnership, the car may never have reached its full potential.

**Conclusion**

As we continue to explore the world of motorsports and the incredible vehicles that take part in these events, it's clear that the Nissan Pulsar is a truly unique and special machine. With its impressive capabilities and quirky design, it's no wonder this car has captured the hearts of so many fans. As the owner continues to work on their car and push its limits, we can't wait to see what they have in store for us next.

made you decide to do that you really like the Red Demon is that where it came from or no I I I had the car before him but uh I've been to so lot of races in the US yeah uh last time I was in the Maryland yeah and I saw and when I saw how fast he was going I think I can do better but it's a lighter car probably right yeah it's 850 kilos really that's really light I think how much how much power does it make it's uh nearly 1,600 damn yeah so the power is there but uh it's just not running something yeah yeah so and manual stick still oh it's not it's not sequential it's not a dog box is it dog box or yeah it's dog box but man thing it's from uh he who built the gear boxes gtrr oh um dang it Shep yeah ship yeah Shep made the transmission that's cool I hope you get a good run here I hope good luck I hope for the savings but yes racing on a broken crank sensor 96 out of the little Pulsar there with the 4g63 he wants to run sevens of in that car but there is no other 463 cars here to fire apart from him he doesn't have any all the way from back home I think he said 2,000 km away so you ran yeah did you fix your problem cuz you just ran 8.5 much better than you were running uh uh yeah took a second of the time after I fix the problem so we are closer to the seven how' you fix it uh the guy from fuel Tech helped me oh Anderson yeah no you know him y yeah of course he's a great guy yeah yeah he fixed my GPS sensor problem so you're back in business I'm back now yeah what do you think it's going to run next pass I now we have the change the limit for the high boost and be great to see it run that fast little rocket ship when it when it catches traction it is gone 906 for the Sunbeam so what happened on the last pass the crank sensor uh the Gap was uh disappearing and uh we couldn't go higher than 8,000 IPM oh okay so no boost so it slowed it down on the top end yeah you can say that so it was my bypass so next time it has to work right yeah that damn crank and but we have uh the the gearing in the front and the back is not the same so I have a a bigger uh Tire in the back and a smaller Tire in the front interesting so the difference between front and rear is like 2% oh it's not much yeah and I only drive like uh you can't have a big difference otherwise it it's hard on the diff right I think I will press it it I don't know uh because uh the road is not that far and you're not doing using the car for oh true yeah so doesn't matter too much I don't know how uh how big the differ can be before you going to Cress anything what percentage of power goes to the back with the all wheeel Drive setup 75% I think yeah pretty pretty similar to GTRs probably yeah yeah it's needly the same yeah yeah definitely top 10 favorite car here little Nissan
