The Aftermarket: Bringing High-Quality Sound Systems to Your Vehicle
In the world of car audio, the aftermarket is often viewed as a means to enhance and upgrade your vehicle's sound system beyond what was originally installed by the manufacturer. However, what we're trying to say here is that it's not just about bringing high-quality sound systems; it's also about keeping things in line with what customers would expect to get in an OEM application if it were installed from the factory.
The Jettison Hurricane: A High-Performance Sound System
One of our latest projects, the Jettison Hurricane, features a state-of-the-art Lexicon system that delivers unparalleled sound quality and performance. Not only does this system produce exceptional sound, but it also looks phenomenal - it's not outlandish or over-the-top like some aftermarket systems can be. We've taken the 14-speaker, 835-watt amplifier from the Hyundai Genesis sedan and integrated it into the existing Genesis architecture for the coupe, tuning it specifically for this application.
While the Jettison Hurricane may not look like a high-end super performance sound system at first glance, trust us when we say that it delivers an incredible sound experience. When you turn it up in the car, it truly "knocks your socks off." We've tried to get into this system as much as possible - delivering super quality, clarity, power, and strong bass - all of which come together to deliver the ultimate sound experience for drivers.
A System for All Ages
We understand that there's more than one demographic when it comes to car audio enthusiasts. That's why we've tried to cater to both the youth market and a slightly older Gen X crowd with our system. We want to appeal to buyers who are looking for high-performance aspects of their vehicle, whether they're young and looking for an upgrade or a bit more established, with a little extra cash flow.
Hyundai Approached Us
When Hyundai approached us about creating a high-performance audio system for the Jettison Hurricane, we immediately came to the table with our proposal. We told them that we had a system in mind that would not only meet their criteria but exceed it - essentially capturing the car's DNA and delivering a superior sound experience.
The Genesis Coupe Connection
Interestingly, this system comes from the same Genesis sedan model as the existing Genesis coupe systems. So, what we've done is taken that proven system and adapted it to fit into the coupe's architecture, creating something entirely new yet rooted in tradition. We hope that by doing so, Hyundai will see the need for such a system with their more youthful buyer but also catering to esteemed buyers who are looking to invest in the high-performance aspect of their vehicle.
The Goal: Delivering Ultimate Sound Experience
Our goal with this Jettison Hurricane system is clear - we want to deliver an ultimate sound experience that resonates with drivers. We're not just about bringing a quality sound system; it's also about creating something visually appealing and, above all, delivering on the promise of exceptional performance.
