Bulgaria Food Package Unboxing and Review

Greetings my lovelies, hi it's Emmy welcome back to another Emmy eats today I'll be eating Bulgaria so this package came to me via Bobby and his wife Desi Desi is Bulgarian so thanks guys so much for sending me these treats and you should go check out Bobby's Channel because he's also doing a Bulgarian recipe oh so cold and refreshing thanks babe see you thank you guys so much for sending me this great package I can't wait to tuck into things this is my first taste of Bulgaria so let's get started.

Desi tells me this is traditionally eaten at breakfast and it's called placenta sorry for my terrible volaran and it contains spinach and cheese sounds delicious. While that's baking, let's try some other things. Lutan nit and this is a chunky Homestyle recipe of roasted Peppers that sounds great Dy said this is traditionally eaten on toast so let's give that taste. Oh it smells great really nice sweet roasted pepper smell and put some on my bread all right here we go eat.

The ly MOS M that's delicious it's almost like a pizza sauce slightly sweet full of red roasted pepper for flavor and a little bit of Herb in there it's like a dip or a spread that's sweet and full of red pepper flavor delicious mopu that looks great and this looks like a wafer snack feels really light let's see indeed. And there it is, and looks like a wafer snack which if you've been following me for anytime you know that wafer snacks are ubiquitous and they can be found all over the world so let's see what the Bulgarian version is like.

All right here we go M nice we have three layers of wafer in between there's some chocolate cream and on the top we have peanuts delicious crunchy wafer and toasted next let's try something Savory this is made by the company Tandem mukonka and this is a dried kind of sausage or meat. Desi said her father loves to eat this as an apertif and this is what it looks like here's a slice and it looks a bit like a salami it doesn't smell at all smoke though oh it smells great a little bit of wine in there maybe.

All right let's give that a taste M it has a similar texture of salami completely different flavor I would say there's some Anis or some fennel seed in there cuz it tastes a little bit licoricey it's delic delicious. All right next we have this and this translates to loom which is Turkish delight via Bulgaria. I've had Turkish delight on a couple occasions in my em eats Kuwait video and EM eat Cyprus and also in my em eats Ireland video I had a diversion this one looks more like the ones that I had in Cyprus or Kuwait it's not en robed in any chocolate it just looks kind of gelatinous and soft and strongly perfumed of Rose.

All right let's give it a taste M quite sweet it's coated in powdered sugar so it doesn't stick and then it has this little perfume of rose in it not quite as strongly perfumed as the ones that I remembered having in Cyprus but still nice kind of a subtle Rose flavor quite sweet so a little goes a long way but what I really love about it is it's really delightful texture squishy and jellied. And this is called mipa or meepa mipa it's made by Nestle and this too might be wafer I'm not sure let's see M smells really nice and dark chocolaty.

M so we've got about four layers of wafer in between we've got some chocolate but on the outside we've got a really nice layer of dark chocolate and the dark chocolate flavor actually really comes through stronger than the wafer it's delicious it was super easy it came in its own baking tray and I just popped it in a 400° oven for about 30 minutes. And this is what came out look how beautiful and it smells great all right let's give this a taste M and it's delicious it's a little bit creamy rich and tangy from the cheese and you got some of that spinach in there but what's really delightful is the crust it's flaky and crisp like felo dough.

It's delicious and it reminds me a little bit of cake cone I.E wafer cone let me know in the description box what I am all right I hope you guys enjoy that I hope you guys learned something and I shall see you in my next video.
