**Testing the Quality of Sony WF-1000XM3s and Apple AirPods Pro**

I'm currently wearing the Sony WF-1000XM3s in my ears, and this is the quality you can expect from them. Testing, testing... one two three. I'll be like on a phone call or anything like that, and I've made sure that these sounds are coming from the earbuds and not from the phone.

Uh yeah, we're gonna include the crowd noise in the background starting... three two one. Alright, we have crowd noise in the background. This is my quality to expect from them - testing, testing - an MP3. Not gonna lie, I really hope they are doing pretty well.

**AirPods Pro: A Great Option**

All right, so in my ears right now are the AirPods Pro, and this is my quality you can expect from them. Testing, testing... one two three. I hope they sound pretty good. Um, they should be a step up from the previous generation, and yeah, I will also be including the background noise - we're gonna see how they do with that.

Ready, get set, go! Alright, now we have background noise of a stadium, and hopefully it sounds pretty good still. And you can just hear me talking, and uh yeah... testing, testing... one two three. Turn the volume up even more as high as it can go, and uh yeah... let's go!

**Features and Cool Things**

Now for the features and cool things - they both connect automatically; they both have wireless charging; they both have LED indicators on them; they both have ear sensors on the headphones; they both have noise-cancelling and ambient modes; they both have Bluetooth; they both have Google Assistant and Apple Assistant (which is Siri).

Uh yeah, I'll go through some of the features on the AirPods. What you do is you pull them out of the case, and you can go and adjust the name to the headphones, all the transparency noise cancellation... you can do all these controls, ear tip fit test, automatic ear detection, microphone - those are all the software functions that you can pretty much do.

**Sony WF-1000XM3s: Tons of Features**

The Sony's have tons and tons of features. We're talking like they have this whole app so you get your whole app, you get the battery... it even tells you if you're like walking or like standing... let's see if it... uh yeah! You get ambient sound control equalizer; it even tells your music which is playing; you can analyze your ear shape; you can optimize apps sound quality mode; you can prioritize stable connection or sound quality - which is kind of crazy!

You can do whatever that is, Google Assistant function right here... and automatic power off; notifications... automatic download software. There's just so many features with these personally... it's kind of overkill in my opinion, but I mean there's people out there who want this much flexibility and being able to edit everything.

**Conclusion**

After using these two side by side for the last week, I'd say this is my conclusion: The AirPods Pro are definitely a great option. They have all sorts of features... the Sony's have pretty much match every single feature the AirPods have but they also kind of look really stupid... I really dislike the design on the Sony's.

But their overall functionality and their features are really good... The AirPods are also really good... they don't have quite as many like software things as the Sony's, but they also look way better; they're way smaller... and they both have very similar battery life. They both sound pretty good - Sony's definitely sound a little bit better.

And yeah, if it were up to me, I would pick the AirPods over these Sonys, but I mean if you're into the thing of super customizing your earbuds and this like a higher audio quality experience... I'd go for the Sony's. But I just wouldn't wear the Sony's personally in my daily life - that's why I choose the AirPods.

instructions removing a little insert for the airpods you get the headphones in the case flipping back the little instruction thing you get the headphones in the case for the sonys removing those you will be in the description to check it out and yeah back to the video all right now for the design of the case okay i'm going to be completely honest i thought the sony's would have a much smaller case i'm not going to lie i was watching some reviews and stuff on them and they portrayed them like they're like a lot smaller than they are they really are do have a pretty big case they are far bigger than what i would usually carry in my pocket in my opinion they are similarly sized to the powerbeats pros the airpods on the other hand are very small and portable easily going into my pocket without any issues the black part of the case for the sony's is covered in a matte texture that feels pretty nice in the hand the lid is pretty cool too aside from being massive it snaps really satisfyingly it also has a flat top so you can sit it upside down easily also has a little led indicator at the seam of the lid and it stays down with magnets the air pods have a sleeker lid than the sony's in my opinion theirs stands out much less but also stays down with magnets the airpods use a lighting charging cable to charge where the sony's use usb type c there are no buttons on the outside of the sony's the airpods have one button that is used for pairing feeling them both they are pretty premium in the hand but one just takes up significantly more space than the other now for the design of the earbuds they both have very different designs the sony's are black with some rose gold accents where the air pods are a shiny white with black accents i'm not gonna lie the airpods definitely take the wind for fitting in the ears they just fit a lot more sleek and they look all just way better in my opinion than the sony's personally when i have the sony's in my ears that reminds me of those ancient ear pieces that my dad used to wear like five years ago in my opinion they just aren't the best looking in the ear but if you have very large ears they probably could fit pretty well the airpods may take the win in the looks but the sony's definitely keep up and surpass them in the software and features the sonys have six pairs of exchangeable ear tips where the airpods only have two they both have ear sensors on them the sony's have a little black shiny part where the sensors are the airpods have a few of them throughout the whole earbud they both do have touch functions for the air pods they have squeeze pads on their stem sony's have sensitive touch pads on the sides for their touch functions and they both sit down with magnets all right now for the price of the two the airpods pro coming at 250 us dollars but if you use the link in my description you can get them for 20 off which i mean if you're gonna buy might as well just get twenty dollars the area of the sony's definitely take the dub the airpods are pretty good i mean they're balanced they sound pretty good they seem to portray the audio very accurately but they pretty much end there the sony sound a bit better and they even take it to a whole new level they have a full equalizer so you can literally fine tune the exact way you want them to sound they both do have noise cancelling modes they both have their own ambi modes the airpods pro have the airpods pro simplify this a lot with good software integration with ios the sony's have their own app that has all sorts of settings there's way more room for adjustments in the sony's but it's far more complicated and a less seamless way to integrate software now for the battery life the sony's can get six to eight hours of audio playback with an additional 24 hours with the case the airpods pro can get five to six hours of audio playback with an additional 24 hours of the case now for the connectivity all right now for the connectivity i'll be showing the pairing and the connectivity process between the two earbuds we're gonna start with the airpods pro right here and we're gonna be doing on ios and on android all right starting here with the airpods pro open the case hold the button down press connect and you're paired you also get your own little screen thing right here go through all the controls and stuff all right now for these sonys open the case pull the earbuds out all right requesting a pair and you're paired right now let's go over the connectivity speeds it's got the airpods pro wait one second okay
