AMD Ryzen 2 unboxings, Intel 8-core CPU, AMD Navi, Asus joinging GPP with Arez and AMD Z490: TWTN
**Upcoming Tech Releases and Updates**
A new technology is on its way, but it's going to be expensive. Preorders are available online for a device that will cost over $3,000, so it's essential to mortgage your house if you want one. The device has been listed on the internet, and while we expected this to happen, it's sad that it's going to be so costly.
**Intel Anniversary Edition CPU**
Intel is releasing an anniversary edition of their 8700K CPU called the 8086K. This special edition is supposed to be a "binned" version of the 8700K, which means it might overclock better at 5.1 GHz. However, whether this will be worth the extra cost remains to be seen.
**NAND Flash Price Drop**
There's going to be a small drop in NAND flash device prices due to an oversupply of these modules. This might mainly affect the cell phone market, but consumer SSDs could also see some price decreases. However, manufacturers are warning us not to get too excited about this because they will quickly fix the oversupply issue.
**Windows Creator Edition Update Delayed**
The Windows creator edition update for spring has been postponed due to a blocking bug. The new release date is currently unknown, but it might turn into the summer creators update or even the autumn creators update.
**Upcoming Tech Releases and Updates (Continued)**
While Intel's anniversary edition CPU might be exciting, some people are more interested in the potential release of an eight-core mainstream CPU on the Z 390 platform. This is a significant development that could change the landscape of tech releases.
In conclusion, there are several new tech releases and updates on the horizon. While some of these developments might seem exciting, they also come with caveats, such as high prices or delays. As consumers, we should be cautious but also open to trying out new technologies when they become available.
WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enoh it's been a busy week in tech news and it's all pretty exciting none of it is depressing on any level yay now the first and most obvious story to talk about is obviously the unboxings of the new rising CPUs yes I know that nothing important has been announced yet but it's still exciting we get to see our favorite tech youtubers holding them and caressing them gently and then putting them in their mouths for some reason but it seems promising the motherboards look pretty cool although they're pretty much just more of the same thing one thing that worried me a little bit about the couple of motherboard designs that I saw around is that it doesn't look like they have that improved vrm cooling they do seem like they have beefier VRMs though so maybe the extra cooling isn't necessary but the one thing that I've noticed from from my rising experience is that the VRMs get really toasty especially when you're overclocking it and that's where things get a little bit exciting with these new CPUs so supposedly you should be able to get around four point three and a half gigahertz with the average 2700 X and the same seems to go for the 2600 but yeah we'll see how the actual overclocking results go when the embargo lifts on Friday hint I might have one hint again I definitely don't and another exciting thing about the overclocking prowess of the Rison 2 CPUs is that some professional overclocker has gotten his hands on one put it under some liquid nitrogen and while the results were fairly impressive the CPU hasn't even been released yet and he was able to get five point eight eight eight gigahertz on his rise in 2700 X this is very close to the rise in overclocking world record which is like 12 megahertz higher than that on an 1800s X so yeah the CPU hasn't even been out there uh out yet and it's already very close to the record for overclocking horizon CPU which is pretty promising to be honest because this seems like it's kind of a first tribe for this guy and then again staying along the rise and lines there has been leaks around a new kind of motherboard platform for Eisen and no I'm not talking about X 470 because that's just kind of the standard one but apparently they're going to do the same thing that Intel might be doing later this year and release a higher-end version of their higher and motherboard lineup so they're gonna bring out and again this is a very creatively named motherboard chipset as their Zed 490 motherboards which sounds sounds a little bit familiar I don't I don't really know where I've heard that before maybe maybe it has something to do with with Intel but not that sure anyway the main update is that while it's gonna have more PCI Express Lanes that's kind of what it seems you're getting but yes still exciting more motherboards for you to drool over potentially maybe we don't really know now the platform that AMD is blatantly ripping off with this is the Z 390 platform by Intel which might be released at some point this year now there's been the most concrete looking leak around an 8 core CPU for this platform in awhile and it seems as though it might actually happen now the thing is there are two issues with the information at this point the first one is that it's not clear which platform it's going to be released on whether it's gonna be purely for the Zed 390 motherboards which are probably gonna cost more than the Zed 370 motherboards or whether or not you're gonna be able to get an 8 core 12 not 12 16 thread CPU on an existing Zed 3 17 motherboard which would be really cool because if you're upgrading from something like an i5 8600 K or further down you can just drop an 8 core powerhouse of the CPU in there and the second problem with this information is that it's still going to be a coffee like CPU now the coffee lack architecture is all great but the biggest issue is that it's still going to have specter vulnerabilities which means you're still gonna have to deal with those really annoying Windows updates which I had to deal with recently with the 3770k build back there and it was super annoying okay so let me just get the AMD news out the way because there was another leak around na'vi which is pretty cool na'vi is something that I have mixed feelings about I don't know how it's gonna perform because I've kind of just given up on the fact that maybe one day AMD will provide actual competition to Nvidia but I mean they did it with rise in an Intel where there was a period where we all thought that oh well there we go we're gonna have to live under under Intel's Terranea school forever and now we're living under Intel and AMD Easter aeneas rule Deranian even know if that's a word tiffany honest but it does matter it doesn't matter so this been a leak around a navvy CPU that's gonna have GT X 1080 performance which you know that's like well doesn't say go 64 basically have GT X 1080 performance it's like what is that but but before you're too disappointed it's gonna come in apparently at around 250 dollars which that's that's way better that's way better news getting GT X 1080 performance for two hundred and fifty dollars is definitely a good thing and it will be a better way of bringing 4k gaming to more consumer levels so let's see if this is true that'll be really cool because maybe it means that Nvidia might have to price their current up-and-coming ampere volta and or touring GPUs more competitively if this is something that na'vi can do now quickly on a side note while speaking about graphics cards asus has actually confirmed their aries lineup of graphics cards which is essentially a rebranding of all of their AMD graphics cards so that they can move them away from the Republic of gamers branding because of videos graphics card partners program and the only thing I have to say about this is shame on you and video on you and then there was even more news because we've been seeing rumors and teasing and lap dances and stripping of a 4k 27-inch 120 Hertz HDR panel with g-sync is it's it's been everywhere and everybody's been salivating at it but it just seems like it would never come out but but it seems like it's not too far off because they've been listed in places around the internet so you can actually pre-order them now which is really great but can you preorder them I don't know maybe I'm just making that up I'll make a thing on the screen that says whether or not you can actually preorder them but they've been listed on the internet and the really weird thing is well they're really we knew this was gonna happen but it's sad is the fact that they're gonna cost over 300 over $3,000 so yeah I hope you can mortgage your house easily because it's gonna cost a hell of a load and it's gonna be really difficult to run but it's still exciting because yeah a new technology and now moving back to Intel did I talk about it all I might have mentioned Intel in passing at some point but mentioning them again they might be bringing out an anniversary edition or CPU which is gonna be just like a special edition it seems of the 8700 K they're gonna call it the 8086 K and apparently for people who are old and have Parkinson's disease you can like remember that there was some really exciting Intel CPU way back in the day which everybody loved and it was the most amazing and cherished thing that's ever been created by mankind apparently and now they're kind of throwing back to it with just basically a binned abend edition of the 8700 k so apparently at 5.1 gigahertz it's a bit better than an 8700 k but i really think that it's just a bend cpu so it means you might overclock a bit better but still anniversary edition let's let's see how much they're gonna charge for it because it's gonna have a different name to the 8700 k so let's hope they don't have the e a pricing structure but it's Intel so they probably will so apparently there is going to be a small drop in the price of NAND flash devices so in other words SSDs now according to Samson there has been a slight oversupply of NAND flash modules which means that you know that they have more than they can sell and that's gonna bring prices down a little bit now supposedly this is going to mainly affect the cell phone market but yeah you could also see potentially some small decreases and prices in consumer SSDs now the thing is they've made it clear that they're gonna fix this oversupply issue fairly quickly and that we shouldn't get used to our super cheap SSDs which aren't super cheap and they're only gonna be a little bit cheaper and somehow Samson's making me feel like like we're expecting too much from them like somehow we're massively entitled for thinking that like technology can become a little bit cheaper because they're going like ah no it can't really and then we're gonna bring out like a new 9 layer flash and thing which is gonna take over production so we might get new SSDs but then maybe not and we shouldn't expect anything as a consumer because at this point all the consumer has to do is kind of bend over a table and just ask for more at this point and Samson seems to wholeheartedly agree with that the Windows creator edition update for spring has been postponed until an undisclosed time now this apparently a blocking bug which is causing some issues and it's meant that they're not gonna roll out of this spring creators update which was supposed to come out like yesterday maybe on Monday some point it was supposed to come out already but it we don't know when it's gonna come out now this spring creators update might turn into the summer's creator summer creators update or maybe we're just gonna see another autumn creators update or they're gonna release it in Ottoman in Sao Paulo at the spring creators update because for some reason that's the thing people do and with that I think that's pretty much everything I can't think of anything now offhand so that's it for another episode of this week in the tech news if you enjoy the video do like and subscribe to the channel and comment below you're actually at this is a real question if you are excited about the release of the new rising CPUs because you know they might be pretty cool or is something you're more interested in the fact that Intel might potentially be bringing an eight-core mainstream CPU to the Z 390 platform ah that's where I've heard of this said and this and the 90 thing before anyway thank you for watching bye-byeoh it's been a busy week in tech news and it's all pretty exciting none of it is depressing on any level yay now the first and most obvious story to talk about is obviously the unboxings of the
