Hello guys, how are you? David de Franco here from Daviddefranco.com. Yeah, I know, it's the same website every day. I've got to say it though; it's my website. Check it out if you're curious. So, welcome back to 25 Gadgets of Christmas. Today is day 20, and we are incredibly close to Christmas Day. Can You Feel the excitement? Hopefully, because I have one very exciting product to talk about today, actually technically two products but they're the exact same thing.
Okay, so today's product isn't a gadget per se, but it's something you can use for your gadgets, and I figured, you know what I'm going to talk about this. Anyway, because I love this bag so much. This is the Low Pro Nova 160. First of all, let me make something very clear: Low Pro I've been using for years. I've been using their bags since probably the very, very, very early days of YouTube. That's How Much I Love Low Pro. Either that or I'm just very biased and I refuse to use anything else. I just love Low Pro; they have great products, great bags, and I've yet to be disappointed by them.
This is probably like my eighth bag from them, okay? So, anyway, this is the Low Pro Nova 160. I bought two of them because I love this one so much for my camcorder, which is currently holding my camcorder. Which is also attached to my pixie mini. This is my Sony FDR ax53. Almost called it something else for some reason; I just can't memorize that model number in recent days. So, it holds my camera just fine.
And check this out: the pixie mini even sticks down from the side. That way, I don't have to take it off each and every time cuz that would be quite annoying. There you go; sticks in just fine. We have plenty of room right here for a battery and battery charger. Battery and on this side do I have anything? No, not at the moment.
And same for this side. But on the front, I have a couple accessories including the power adapter just in case. For those moments when I don't have a battery. Don't know; I got the power adapter in here. Think of it as like insurance. You've got it just in case. And up here, we have two memory card holders which have been awesome especially for spares.
This is a SanDisk Ultra 32 GB. Not currently using it for anything. It's just there. Just in case and a second card; no currently empty. So, that's that. And finally, we have another pouch up here which I'm currently using for something thought I was using oh that's in my other bag. Anyway, if I want to put like a flash drive or something in there that I could. Oh, and also back here.
So many pouches; also empty now. This bag's a little more interesting cuz it's newer again. Same exact model but I'm using this for my Canon EOS ad. In this one on the front, I have a media card reader yes right there actually came with my Canon EOS ad bundle uh this reads micro SD cards as well as regular sized SD cards. You got to love it. So, I keep it in there just in case I forget an SD card reader or anything like that.
Same exact deal memory card holders up here currently nothing in these though cuz I don't need anything in them. But the most important part: there's enough room in this bag to hold a Canon EOS body with this lens attached as well as a spare lens. Currently, I have the kit lens 1855; nothing fancy but it gets the job done. That's just my point. This bag doesn't look very large but again let me make this clear: it holds the body with the lens on as well as a spare lens which is definitely quite nice.
Oh, and also, it does hold the Road video mic go as well now granted you have to take the microphone off the camera but still you can fit it in there just fine. So, they have the Low Pro Nova 160; I know it's not the most exciting thing probably to the average person out there. But my fellow creatives understand what I'm saying: we need a good bag to protect their gear and plus they're just very convenient.
Anyway, day 20 let's do this. Let's turn to the calendar and take off day 20 wherever you are up here at the top of the Christmas ornament and today's chocolate; what do you think it is? I bet you it's a Christmas tree. Kind of saw it there you go; Christmas tree cheers. I'll see you tomorrow for the 21st.
