The Last Game Hunter's Frustrating Experience with Nintendo Copyright Claims

Hey everybody, it's the last game hunter and I'm a little upset with my last video but it's doing well, but what am I doing wrong? Why did I get an email from Nintendo saying that they copyrighted me?

Okay guys, so that night or the very next thing in the morning or whatever, I noticed I got an email copyright claim put against my video. Why why it was my game footage I was playing the game now come on nobody can tell me that other people aren't doing reviews on these consoles playing the games showing them off talking over them are they being copyright claimed as well?

If you're a YouTuber out there, you're watching me right now, I would love for you to comment below and let me know if you're getting copyright claims just by playing something from the Tendo. I don't get it so at the point right here when I start playing Mario to test the first controller and then the second controller, the copyright claims started not like really because I'm playing the game I'm talking over the game and I have no audio whatsoever to be triggered.

I thought those were the rules am I wrong am i stupid in the very beginning on my first video I put the Super NES classic against the Genesis HD and I got like but it was my bad I didn't know the difference. I left the audio on it fine I never took the video down never changed it we agreed that as long as I kept it up, it would not be monetized.

I'm not monetized anyway who's making money not me I'm spending money so okay I learned and now I do videos I don't get anything until yesterday or the day before when I did my Nintendo I finally got an NES classic, I got copyrighted why because the game footage apparently everybody else is doing this and nobody else is getting flagged.

If you are please correct me because I think this is nonsense so I filed the claim let's see what happens do I win do I lose I believe I'm in the right I don't think that I did anything wrong, I'm just trying to entertain and trying to do it on the rules of which I was supposed to do things from my first copyright claim that I learned from.

Funny when I do anything Sega related, I leave audio on and do whatever I want, Sega leaves me alone they never bother me maybe they love people advertising them and talking about them and so on. You would think Nintendo would - I'm not playing their music so there's no copyright on the music I get that but come on, I'm not even very big little flash game hunter he's so innocent.

Anyway guys, I'm just a little upset I wanted to do a rant I wanted to know what your thoughts and whatever were on this you've watched my video let me know did I do something wrong and if I did I will gladly say my bad but I don't believe I did. I think I did but anything that any other YouTuber would do, I think I did everything within the rights and rules of copyright.
