Hanging Out with Kelly Osborne: A Red Carpet Pro's Tips and Tricks

As we sat down to chat with Kelly Osborne, one of the biggest names on the red carpet, it was clear that she's no stranger to the glamour and excitement of award shows. But what many people may not realize is just how much work goes into getting ready for a night out on the red carpet. For Kelly, it's all about preparation and learning tricks of the trade to make sure she looks and feels her best.

For someone who has been doing this for over four years now, Kelly's routine is well-oiled and efficient. "It really depends on what award show it is and where I'll be placed on the carpet," she explained. "But overall, it's a lot of work to get ready for a night out." From getting manicures and spray tans to ensuring that her lighting is adjusted just so, every detail matters when it comes to making a good impression.

One of the things Kelly has learned over the years is the importance of taking care of one's skin. As an "English Rose," she knows that her skin can be a bit more delicate than some other celebrities, and she takes great care to protect it from the harsh lights and cameras that are constantly shining on her face. "I have to get a spray tan every time I'm going to be on camera because my skin is so pale," she explained. "And even then, it's not always enough to cover up the redness."

"You'd never think that getting a manicure and spray tan would be part of your work, but it is! "I'm still learning how to pose," she admitted. "But I've learned a few tricks over the years that help me feel more comfortable and confident in front of the camera."

One of Kelly's favorite tips for posing is to always take a picture of her outfit before leaving the dressing room. This ensures that everything looks perfect from every angle, and helps her avoid any last-minute wardrobe malfunctions. "It's also a good way to make sure my lighting is adjusted just so," she explained. ready for the red carpet no no they do not and what is kind of like your getting ready routine well it depends really what award show it is and where I will be placed on the carpet for that award show and for how long yeah but over the I think this is my now fourth year of doing with the I have learned a lot of tricks to keep you going because it's absolute Madness you know you would never think that getting a manicure and a spray tan would be part of your work like that like it's amazing in that aspect but then you're like oh gosh yeah I've got to go get a spray tan and the reason why I have to do it is because for lighting you know I'm with George and Juliana George is Greek Juliana is Italian and I'm an English Rose like my skin is pretty much see-through the spr I so I have I have to do it so they don't change the lighting and because we invented the Manny cam at I mean we have to have crazy manicures every award show so I think it's cool to kind of hear that because a lot of people don't realize they think oh you know this is so much fun It's So Glamorous okay it may be glamorous for a little while but man the process to get to that is it's strenuous it no it really is but it's fun it is really really fun like and all the little tricks that I've learned like taping how to tape your body in a way that you cuz sometimes I don't want to West spanks cuz you don't need to with the dress but I can't stand seeing someone's belly bun through their dress just don't unless it's sheer and you're meant to so now when you're on the carpet and there's so much happening how is it that people can smile for so long like how do they keep just smiling well I've learned a few things they love the smiles because the smiling pictures sell the most from the photographers but your face hurts so bad by the end of the day like right here like your face just hurts like cuz you have to smile into camera and like this someone in your ear talking to you you have a producer talking to you and I get that in my head smile smile smile I'm like sorry now when you're doing all this red carpet stuff do you have any tips and tricks like how to pose did you ever is like I'm still learning how to pose because I see everyone they just kind of go up there and they look perfect like how do you guys do this I get up there and I'm like ready to fall over on my shoes I call Miss Jay yeah or we do a whole session before like how do I stand always make sure you take a picture of your outfit before you leave with a high flash because things are not see through through I then see through with a high flash wow so as far as seeing so many amazing outfits so many amazing gowns who do you think has been the best dressed so far of the season oh without any shadow of doubt
