The Best AirPods Yet: Apple's Unicorn Product That Exceeded Expectations

I have to say, I'm still in shock that Apple released this latest version of AirPods. It's like they knew exactly what we were waiting for and just delivered it. The new fourth-generation AirPods come in two models, and the one I pre-ordered is the higher-end $179 model. This one includes a new case with USB-C, which I'm extremely grateful for. No more carrying around a separate charger for my charging pad.

The noise cancellation feature on these AirPods has been a topic of debate among tech enthusiasts. It's true that they're not sealed in the ear like some other wireless earbuds, so they may not work as well in noisy environments. However, I don't care about that because I need something to block out the constant yapping from my kids when we're driving around with them. The audio is incredibly immersive and I feel like I'm able to tune it out pretty effectively. Plus, the fact that I can finally enjoy some peace and quiet on long car rides is worth more than any other feature.

I have to admit, I was a bit worried about how these AirPods would fit in my ears. The old models were always a bit snug, but I wasn't sure if this new design would be the same. Thankfully, they're just as comfortable as their predecessors. I'm not one of those people who's obsessed with earbuds fitting perfectly, so I'm good to go.

One thing that's going to change with these AirPods is that Apple has already announced a new case for the Pro 2 model that charges via the Apple Watch charger. It seems like this new case will be more convenient than the old one and it looks pretty sleek as well. If you're holding out for the Pro 3 model, you'll have to wait until then.

In terms of what you give up by choosing the cheaper AirPods 4 over the Pro models, I think you're giving up some key features like transparency mode and noise cancellation. It's not a huge loss in my book since these are still going to provide great audio quality. However, if you want all the bells and whistles of the Pro models, it's worth paying the extra money.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Apple's latest release and I think they've really outdone themselves this time around. These AirPods have exceeded my expectations in every way and I know many others will feel the same way when they get their hands on them.

audio I'm subjected subjected to for two three hours at a time just to kind of keep the kids entertained and I have to listen to it there's no way for me to escape it and now I mean previously I would have had to take my airpods Max with me which are way too heavy and and and bulky to actually take anywhere uh and now I have these and I I think these are going to be some of my my favorite products that Apple has ever designed now the one thing I will caveat with is and this is this is this of course is going to be the bitter irony just watch they change the shape of the tips and I'm like right when Apple releases the perfect airpods just watch I'm going to buy them realize that the new shape is actually uncomfortable or doesn't fit in my ears at all that's going to be the Bittersweet irony so they'll be best they'll be better for everyone but they won't fit me anymore hopefully that doesn't happen yeah apple didn't mention this in the keynote because you know they're trying to promote the new product but I believe now if you go to their like textb or compare page they say that the airpods Pro 2 have twice as effective noise cancellation so that means that these and the seals and all that will be about half as effective okay I'm fine with I like caning earbuds when iow my lawn and I don't think these good enough so I'm going to hold out for airpods Pro 3 I think that's wise if you really want the air or the noise cancellation to work in loud environments or if you want to have the best noise cancellation like you you fly a lot I think that's probably the move but I just want to cancel out some of the noise like the kids in the back of the man type of noise like I want to have the option of noise cancellation but I also want to be situationally aware so I I think for me these are going to be kind of exactly what I'm looking for and and they also the new case charges with the um the Apple watch charger is that is that something that previous cases did or is that new the airpods pro to do that okay so the airpods pro two or the airpods Pro 2 case does that but the airpods three do not I have those that's super handy and genius that they do that and they also work with the new Siri interactions H okay uh but the adaptive audio the conversational awareness the new acoustic architecture um the new case I I just think these are absolute win I'm super excited for these and um I'm sure I'll talk more about them once they ship and now if you want the the cheaper uh airpods 4 129 what are you giving up here I think you're giving up the transparency mode and
