Huawei Mate 20 X 5G _ First Look

Monaco Has Got a Full Fight G Network and it's All Powered by its Qua Weight Equipment and You've Just Seen a Live Demo at the Mait 20 X 5g Delivering 711 Megabits Per Second

The Huawei Mate 20X 5G is a powerhouse of a device, and its capabilities were on full display during a recent demo. The phone's ability to deliver 711 megabits per second was demonstrated, showcasing its impressive speed and performance. This is just one aspect of the phone's impressive specs, which include the powerful Qualcomm 980 processor, Huawei's new 5G modem, and more.

The Mate 20X 5G features a triple-lens camera system that is reminiscent of the Mate 20 Pro. The camera configuration includes a 40-megapixel main lens, a 20-megapixel depth sensor, and a Night mode pixel wide-angle lens. All three lenses are housed in a small square bump on the back of the phone, which has become a trend for Huawei's recent devices.

Underneath the camera bump is a fingerprint sensor that is easily accessible and reliable. The Mate 20X 5G also features a stunning display with an almost edge-to-edge screen that provides a seamless viewing experience. The phone's design is sleek and modern, making it a joy to hold and use.

The camera capabilities of the Mate 20X 5G are truly exceptional. The standard view mode delivers excellent results, while the wide-angle view shows the phone's wide field of vision. The slider at the bottom of the screen allows users to switch between different modes, including a three-time optical zoom and five times hybrid zoom. This feature is simple to use and provides impressive results.

In addition to its camera capabilities, the Mate 20X 5G also features advanced AI-powered scene recognition and composition tools. These tools help users take better photos by adjusting settings such as exposure, contrast, and more. The Leica-tuned color mode adds an extra layer of depth and nuance to the phone's camera capabilities.

The Mate 20X 5G also comes with a USB Type-C charging port on the bottom, which uses Huawei's SuperCharge system to quickly top up the phone's 4200mAh battery. In our short testing period, we found that the phone's battery life was average, lasting around 50% of its capacity in an afternoon using moderate settings.

However, there is one notable drawback: the Mate 20X 5G does not have a headphone jack, which means users will need to rely on Bluetooth or use a dongle to connect wired headphones. This is a disappointment, especially considering the phone's otherwise excellent design and features.

Finally, we're still waiting for news on when the Mate 20X 5G will be available in the market. As of now, it's been confirmed that Huawei plans to launch the device in China on July 26th. However, there is no word yet on an international release date or availability. Despite this uncertainty, the Mate 20X 5G is definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a fast and capable 5G smartphone with excellent camera capabilities and a sleek design.
