**The Drifting World of Kyle and Mr. Ron Francis**
As we delve into the world of drifting, it's essential to appreciate the dedication and passion that goes into creating these high-performance machines. For Kyle and his team, including Mr. Ron Francis, the journey is just as important as the destination.
One of their recent endeavors was tackling a project with one of their "crazy carts." This involved a series of challenges, from adjusting chain tensioners to addressing issues with rear wheels that had seen better days. Britney's contribution to the tire situation was particularly notable, and it highlights the importance of teamwork in overcoming obstacles.
**The Power of Community**
The drifting community is known for its camaraderie and support. This was evident when Kyle mentioned a comment from someone who assumed he liked calling him "dad" due to their shared interest in drifting. While this wasn't the intention, it underscores the strong bonds that form between individuals in this niche.
Kyle also expressed gratitude towards his friend Kyle Bowers, who had sent care packages containing various items to aid in his wiring harness project. This gesture was a testament to the kindness and generosity of their community, and Kyle was thrilled to have such a supportive network behind him.
**A Lesson in Perseverance**
When working with wiring harnesses, it's easy to get complacent and rely on shortcuts or improvisational solutions. However, as Kyle noted, having the proper tools and materials can make all the difference. The arrival of these care packages was a welcome surprise, allowing Kyle to tackle his projects with renewed enthusiasm and precision.
The nylon clamps, metal clamps, and other accessories sent by Mr. Ron Francis were particularly impressive. They demonstrated a level of dedication and commitment that inspired Kyle to push himself further. As he noted, having an abundance of clamps would enable him to work on his wiring harness without any issues.
**A Glimpse into the Warehouse**
For those who missed it, the camera was left behind at the warehouse, but Kyle promised to retrieve it in the morning. In the meantime, he's been focusing on various tasks, including preparing Anna's car for its next adventure. With Alberto returning from Colorado, they'll be working together to finalize the SR's cooling system and address any remaining issues.
The team's dedication to their craft is evident in their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. As they work towards completing the BMW project, they're also refining their skills and pushing themselves to new heights.
**A Glimpse into the Future**
With the furedi YouTuber challenge on the horizon, Kyle and his team are eager to showcase their latest creations. Although he struggled with remembering the name of the challenge, it's clear that they're excited about this opportunity to share their passion with a wider audience.
As we look ahead to the future, it's essential to appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into creating these high-performance machines. For Kyle and Mr. Ron Francis, the journey is just as important as the destination, and their enthusiasm is infectious.
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat is up guys and welcome to a very chaotic day whenever I get caught up on sleep I wind up I wind up having a million things to do and then waking up late makes it very difficult but if you don't notice the noises we are in a Subaru right now I want to know why well my 240 isn't functioning the Mustangs at the warehouse the truck is hooked up to the trailer Nicole's teaching and Matt borrowed the mini because he's running to Daytona to BC Forge to pick up the wheels for the 335 oh I didn't mention that for you guys did I well you'll see him later like good ol rumbles of the Subaru kind of makes me miss my old exhaust setup on the 240 sounded a little bit similar but anyway we are heading currently to the other BC the BC suspension BC racing North America while Matt's heading to BC Forge North America we're heading to BC racing North America and we're gonna go get some new coil overs for the 335i look who it is suspension God Taylor's helping me out get the suspension on a 335 dial for this weekend can't even carry his own boxes okay it was just really clips all right we should talk about what we're doing differently okay so we're doing digressive shots in the front so that would be like their dr series or technically now their DF series since you guys change the no I'm calling VR and then the same linear shocks in their ear because they're kind of weird size except with a slightly different valving not much of a different file which is different actual dialing curve force wise and then softer rear springs cuz Adam went up to hot boy rear spring rates because he was trying to be fitted and was complaining about rubbing was like that was my joke you stole my joke it was true though dude literally one person in the rear of my car used to rub but now I'm not gonna have any camber anymore and I'm just gonna make my car very functional that's gonna hopefully grip dude those cars who they always run like I've seen people go up as high as like 1820 K in the rear and they still Rob oh just like something with that says mentioned design gotcha cool I can't figure out how Subarus trunks open is there a button I don't think there's a button maybe just need to keep it look at it funny kinda like the iPhone and facial-recognition trunk that actually be sick you know it's kind of funny Matt's car reeks of the e85 and his cars none 85 it's just wrapping my gosh kids in his car yeah well it makes him seem like he's on the 85 does it make that does that make him happy das shock looks like compared to the are shock between a dr in a br shock the only real difference is internal it's evolving difference I guess it gives you a tighter it's stiffer valving curve down low low speed which is basically turning acceleration braking softer up high so like highways over bumps all that stuff so you guys ride well a good contact patch but all the feel of a sporty suspension that I'm gonna deal with it and then the color echo is the only other real difference and a real quick note that a lot of people don't seem to know this is a McPherson shock so you have your wheel and it bolts directly to the knuckle and then you have your top plate and this is what controls your camber because this is what holds the top of the wheel from going this way or that way this is for a multi-link or an a arm would be a very similar looking shock see how much smaller the shock shaft is cuz it doesn't have to hold any lateral loads so I can't use this kind of shock in the fearsome car and that's why you can't get camber plates on AR multi-link car because if you tilt the shock does nothing did we mention the fact that the reason we are just doing ABR shocking the rears because there aren't DRS for the rear yeah it's a really weird shock size because of where it mounts and all the room it has to be a little bit smaller like you can see the diameters a little bit smaller and it's a different third pitch and we don't make this size shock and piston and ER because the d arc this one needs to be big to have all the correct bypasses to give you the digressive hurt I feel like having the front is more important anyway I feel like that's where you'd really notice the motor you're gonna feel the most for sure there's actually arguments that people at least in drifting for a linear shock digressive front or vice-versa there's a lot of arguments either way which one's better I like the aggressive stuff rides better so this is the first step in trying to make the 335 I like a decent track car and actually handle well instead of just look nice and having power yeah and one more quick note this is just first suspension people was just talking about this today like spring rates me and I were talking about spring rates and it's kind of hard to come up with a definitive spring rate we can run all the math we want on like Hertz frequency we're shooting for but you never get a guaranteed spring it so he's gonna have to go to the track drive it and then make changes to suit his driving there is no perfect spring right for a car and a setup you know it's all gonna depend on the person so keep that in mind don't think that you can just order a kit and say I want the perfect spirit because it doesn't exist yeah it's really mad at me when I want the perfect spring rate for my car I don't that doesn't exist you're gonna have to test I just trust your opinion yeah but we're different sensitivities to like stiffness and stuff yo ya got some sweet new stickers like I said while I went to BC racing my friend Matt went to PC fours and he picked up the 335 eyes new shoes check them out so interesting story behind these wheels if you guys remember I made a video heading to BC Forge forever ago we were talking about some multi piece wheels that we were gonna design and do like a really cool custom set for my car but at that point I wasn't sure I was gonna keep the 335 so we never ordered them and then when I decided that I was going to keep it we didn't have enough time to order wheels before the Rob Ferretti project card youtuber thing so they actually had these laying around and these are actually perfect for the track since they're just forged lightweight monoblock wheels and for doing that series of races if you don't remember we're doing Ocala 1/2 mile then Daytona then Sebring we actually get a set of Michelin Pilot Sport cup twos so BC you went ahead and mounted them up to these wheels for me and I'm gonna head over we're gonna put the new suspension on and we're gonna slap these wheels on they're essentially the loaner wheels so I'll just give them back to him when I'm done with everything but it'll make a huge difference to have properly fitting wheels that are actually lightweight my alums are rad and they're actually not too heavy but the issue is I have some pretty high offsets so to dial up the camera I'd be rubbing a lot where these will fit perfectly I didn't have to go with a bit of a thicker tire in the rear ideally it would be a 30 sidewall but this is a 35 worst case scenario I have some other tires around I might be able to make fit but I'm really stoked on these blacks not normally my first choice for wheels but I think for track wheels will serve the purpose great and I'll probably make the car like a little more aggressive than normal today has been so rushed and so stressful got to do what you got to do trucks hooked up to the trailer and I don't have time to go drop off the trailer right now so Matt thinks this might be illegal we'll see I don't know any guess is what this thing is any guesses alright so I'm at psi now we have just a little bit of time they're closing up soon but I wanted to stop by and just show you guys with the new wheels look like real quick so actually just gonna do one side throw actually I don't think I told you guys about this but I ended up ordering the m3 style side skirts have one of these for awhile but for whatever reason just kind of never ended up getting them they're very very similar except they just have a little curvature in the side skirt it'll be easier to see when it's on I also got some carbon side splitters too instead of my crusty looking metal ones so what kind of sit like this I'll give you kind of an idea but you'll see when it's on the car throw me off it looks so different this sides like super angry and the sides like calm and serene and peaceful it's gonna be really funny when we have the aggressive wheels on the side too you know I suppose worst case scenario if I'm not too crazy about him it's easy enough to just take them off some stuff like this like I don't know it's weird it like has to grow on me we get some paper jammed underneath but that kind of gives you an idea of what it will look like it looks a lot cleaner than the black ones but it kind of makes you feel like it needs a front lip a little bit more than it did before paint does match really well my car's just like super filthy right now if you can't tell all right so these mounted blocks are obviously you're gonna be lighter than my LMS which are decently light for three piece wheels but another two piece I don't know two piece sorry jeez I don't know how much of a difference it will actually make that these tires do have like two 6530 michelin pilot super sports where these have to 75 35 Michelin Pilot Sport cup twos man tire names are so long like using the Continental Conte's Pro Sport contact Continental of around tire yeah weighing in at a whopping forty seven point six pounds okay not bad there we go forty-five two point six pounds good that big of a difference not a huge difference in weight but still you'll feel a couple pounds even pulling your car in did you notice how once again oh yeah no I know the alignments really bad but we'll work on that it actually looks really cool with those side skirts now I really like that i have Brembos because I'm not a fan of black wheels when you just see like rust inside because like everything shows up when you have black wheels you just kind of only see what's behind it so it's kind of cool how it shows off the Brembos that's sick alright so there you have it that is the new look for the 335 for these track events that are upcoming this weekend car still needs an alignment Stillings you dial a few things in on the dyno but that kind of gives you an idea of its track look as compared to its previous Street look well it looks super lame on this side now in comparison it looks like this is like luxury man this is like angry man that wants to race people yeah all the time I don't know I feel like if I was gonna pull off this look I need to do the black trim yeah yeah only other real thing like aesthetically that would need to be done is just kind of paint this black or something since these are like racing style wheels they don't have center caps but look sweet thank you BC for the loaner wheels and the future sweet wheels that we all designed together eventually at some point gotta make a warehouse run but in the meantime we're gonna go grab some food I just ripped my sock literally my toe just came out of my sock balls from that clip so is that before we go I'm gonna grab one of my movement watches if you're not too familiar with movement watches they make great quality stylish watches that are pretty affordable in addition to the fact that they send me awesome watches all the time I hugely appreciate them because they have been the longest outstanding sponsor of this channel with your guy's help they've sold over a million watches in 160 countries and it's cool like whenever we go to events or drift events and stuff we'll see people with movement watches and I'll say that I got them through our videos or whatever so that's always cool to see Hey look the black and gold matches my BC license plate if you guys want to check out a bunch of their different watches and sunglasses and everything else that they have to offer you can go to movement comm /lz and will actually get you 15% off as well as free shipping believe it or not that's actually 5% off more than TJ hunt gives his viewers all jokes aside though I love their watches definitely my type of style I want to give a massive thank you to them for sponsoring this video and continuing to support the channel and also as a reminder if you guys want to join the movement you can just go to movement comm /lz our bedroom look what just came out of hiding Gabby in the house her car the dead battery Nicole is kind of like her car she just needed a little bit of a recharge right Nicole we're stuck here crazy Carden with Nicole and Brittany just chillin I don't want your doing it near my Gabby okay come over come over like right where I am okay all right all right there's good now listen me turn the wheel 90 degrees and then the challenge is pull the handbrake with one hand okay like all the way leave it pulled and see how long you can floor it before you get dizzy just keep it turn 90 degrees and just keep your floors were your thoughts I thought I was gonna die we've successfully annihilated all four crazy carts tonight we have two with bad chain tensioners we have one with a rear wheel that's completely fat and by fat I mean flat and then Britney did a number in on this tire it seen better days shooing a little hard but I tell you about crazy cart in the warehouse Nicole it's okay you know the weird thing is people here one comment like that and then assume that you like call me dad and like make some big extrapolation about how we have a weird relationship because I'm basically your dad but it's not even true cuz you're basically my mom my man Kyle Bowers from run Francis wiring where were you when I was cleaning up that harness you would have made life so much easier I just got this care package in the mail I know I didn't really highlight it that much in the video but I spent a solid hour just trying to squeeze plugs through this wrap heat shrink whatever you're supposed to call it the stuff that shrinks that you put over wire looms that looks really nice this is like magic sauce because it just opens right up look at that and it look so pretty and they even have smaller ones too so I can do this for all the ugly wires on my harness it couldn't look so much nicer if you remember those clamps that I kind of like made work to zip-tie my harness to underneath well guess what he sent me some clamps and some more clips and some more clamps and some more clamps we got nylon clamps metal clamps more clamps giant clams more giant clams baby clamps it's safe to say my wire is not going to move anywhere I'm gonna have so many clams on my wiring harness that it will take longer to move my wiring harness than my entire engine all jokes aside Thank You Kyle I definitely appreciate it I've been like with wiring stuff it's one of those things where it's really easy to be lazy and do like kind of ghetto stuff when you don't have the proper stuff laying around because either a you're in a rush but you don't have the time or see you don't feel like going to the auto parts store and spending a million dollars on crappy stuff so I appreciate you helping me out Kyle and mr. Ron Francis thank you for letting Kyle send me stuff definitely not something I should be doing right now with all the stuff I have to do in the house but as an example look at this and look at it now that stuff looks so good it's kind of cool it like folds over on itself and kind of like tightens up as you like sneak it in very hyped I'm gonna spend way too much time going over and cleaning stuff up with this but it's gonna make things look way nicer those few little wires like this that I don't feel like pulling out the plug and like Rees placing everything where I can just slide it right over I'll be super super convenient very stoked very stoked can even make my injector wiring a little bit better because that was kind of bothering me anyway guys like an idiot I left the camera at the warehouse I'll have to go and get it in the morning I was trying to film some clips of Anna cold ripping it on the way home now that we got Gaby back quite a few things that I need to get done on her car just waiting on some parts to come in I want to get her set up with some proper angle and some hydro action Alberto's gonna come over tomorrow he's back from Colorado and we're gonna button up a few things on the SR just waiting on getting another thermostat housing so I can figure out the cooling system got to modify the down pipe a little bit and just kind of go over everything cuz yeah I think we did a great job putting the car together in the limited amount of time that we have but drifting is always a great test to kind of put everything to the maximum abuse level to find any sort of flaws like I mentioned before drifting found us the issue going on with the cooling system it jostles everything side to side it puts the engine at high rpm for an extended amount of time it makes you find out stuff that you wouldn't find out otherwise so we're gonna get that straightened out I'm excited to do that and then we should hopefully be wrapping things up with the BMW so we can get that ready for the furedi YouTuber project I don't even know what the name of the challenge is called shows I'm bad at learning and knowing things but it's okay I'll see you guys tomorrow hope you enjoyed the video and I will see you guys tomorrow and I hope you enjoyed the video and I'll see you tomorrow okaywhat is up guys and welcome to a very chaotic day whenever I get caught up on sleep I wind up I wind up having a million things to do and then waking up late makes it very difficult but if you don't notice the noises we are in a Subaru right now I want to know why well my 240 isn't helping me out Kyle and mr. Ron Francis thank you for letting Kyle send me stuff definitely not something I should be doing right now with all the stuff I have to do in the house but as an example look at this and look at it now that stuff looks so good it's kind of cool it like folds over on itself and kind of like tightens up as you like sneak it in very hyped I'm gonna spend way too much time going over and cleaning stuff up with this but it's gonna make things look way nicer those few little wires like this that I don't feel like pulling out the plug and like Rees placing everything where I can just slide it right over I'll be super super convenient very stoked very stoked can even make my injector wiring a little bit better because that was kind of bothering me anyway guys like an idiot I left the camera at the warehouse I'll have to go and get it in the morning I was trying to film some clips of Anna cold ripping it on the way home now that we got Gaby back quite a few things that I need to get done on her car just waiting on some parts to come in I want to get her set up with some proper angle and some hydro action Alberto's gonna come over tomorrow he's back from Colorado and we're gonna button up a few things on the SR just waiting on getting another thermostat housing so I can figure out the cooling system got to modify the down pipe a little bit and just kind of go over everything cuz yeah I think we did a great job putting the car together in the limited amount of time that we have but drifting is always a great test to kind of put everything to the maximum abuse level to find any sort of flaws like I mentioned before drifting found us the issue going on with the cooling system it jostles everything side to side it puts the engine at high rpm for an extended amount of time it makes you find out stuff that you wouldn't find out otherwise so we're gonna get that straightened out I'm excited to do that and then we should hopefully be wrapping things up with the BMW so we can get that ready for the furedi YouTuber project I don't even know what the name of the challenge is called shows I'm bad at learning and knowing things but it's okay I'll see you guys tomorrow hope you enjoyed the video and I will see you guys tomorrow and I hope you enjoyed the video and I'll see you tomorrow okay\n"
