The Art of Gazpacho: A Delicious and Refreshing Spanish Dish

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, and sherry vinegar.
2. Blend until smooth.
