**Introducing Color Badges: A Jailbreak Tweak to Enhance Your iOS Experience**
Hey guys, it's David from the Unlocker.net, and I'm excited to share with you a new jailbreak tweak that will change the way your app icons look. For those who may not be familiar, Color Badges is a tweak that changes the color of the little bubble icons on your app icons to match the actual color of the icon itself. This adds a cool aesthetic effect to your device and makes it stand out from the rest.
**Before We Begin**
Before we can install this tweak, we need to make sure our device is jailbroken. Jailbreaking allows us to install third-party tweaks like Color Badges that aren't available through official channels. If you're new to jailbreaking, I recommend checking out my other tutorials on how to get started.
**Getting Started with Color Badges**
To get started with Color Badges, follow these steps:
First, click the link below to be taken to the section on my site where I keep everything up to date on the latest jailbreaking tutorials. Follow the tutorial for your version of iOS and complete it once you have the Cydia store on your phone.
**Installing Color Badges**
Once you've completed the tutorial and have access to Cydia, follow these steps:
Open Cydia and tap search at the bottom right of the screen. We're going to search for "Color Badges." Tap on that and proceed with the installation process.
To purchase the app, log in with your account and pay using whatever method you prefer. Once the purchase is complete, close the window and it will become an install. Tap that install button to confirm, and wait for it to install.
**Waiting for Installation**
The installation process may take a few minutes, so be patient. Once the installation is complete, tap restart springboard and wait for your phone to restart.
**Enabling Color Badges**
Once your phone has restarted, you'll see that Color Badges has been installed successfully. To enable it, go to Settings > Color Badges and toggle the switch to turn it on. You can also enable support for Apex and turn borders on or off depending on your preference.
**Customizing Color Badges**
If you're having issues with transparency, you can try disabling the borders. By default, borders are enabled, but if they cause any issues, you can disable them by going to Settings > Color Badges and switching off the border toggle. You can also choose between older borders or newer ones.
**Respringing for Final Results**
To see the full effect of Color Badges, you'll need to respring your springboard. Tap respring in order for all of the changes to take effect.
And that's it! With Color Badges installed and enabled, your app icons will now have a cool new look that matches their actual colors. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it helpful.
