---
### Introduction and Follow-Up
Emmy begins her video by inviting viewers back after a previous "em eats Italy" episode. She encourages her audience to check out the earlier video, hinting at more culinary adventures from Italy.
###Receipt of Gelato Package
Sweet Syble sent Emmy a package from Italy, which includes a gelato product. Emmy mentions that this is her second attempt at enjoying it since the first time it wasn't frozen properly. Now, after keeping it in her freezer, she's ready to savor it.
### Gelato vs. Ice Cream - A Taste Test
Emmy delves into the differences between gelato and ice cream. She shares her past passion for homemade gelato and ice cream, explaining that gelato is made with milk, resulting in less fat compared to ice cream, which uses cream. This reduction in fat allows the flavors to be more intense, as there's less coating on the tongue.
### Packaging and Appearance
The gelato product comes in a cute, brick-like packaging from Fero, known for their fine chocolates. Emmy finds the packaging charming and mentions there are two individual servings inside. The lemon flavor is highlighted, with its vibrant appearance and inviting aroma.
### Tasting Experience
With some difficulty opening the package—discovering it's meant to be snapped and peeled—Emmy reveals the soft, white interior. Upon tasting, she praises its smooth texture and strong lemon flavor, noting how it reminds her of summer without being overly sour.
### Cultural and Personal Connections
The taste of the gelato evokes memories of Emmy's beloved "lemon spritz," a refreshing drink made with simple syrup, lemon juice, and fizzy water. She treasures this as her go-to summer beverage, further enhancing her appreciation for the gelato.
### Recommendation
Emmy highly recommends trying this gelato product, suggesting it's available in various flavors. She encourages viewers visiting Italy to seek it out, emphasizing its delightful taste and elegant serving size.
### Closing Remarks
Reflecting on the changing seasons, Emmy looks forward to spring and summer, contrasting the harsh summers in Japan with her anticipation for New England's summer. She signs off by inviting viewers to explore more of her tasting videos, expressing gratitude for their support.
