Yesterday, Apple released iOS 13.6.1 to everyone to download worldwide, and I highly recommend that you update to this software. In this video, I want to share with you five reasons why you should definitely consider updating to iOS 13.6.

The latest build number for iOS 13.6.1 is one seven g eight zero. This could very well be the last update to iOS 13 before Apple releases iOS 14 in about a month and a half, or so. But even if this is the final update to iOS 13, it's still worth considering updating to iOS 13.6 because of all the improvements it brings.

The first thing that Apple is addressing with this software is the iPhone storage system. Many users were reporting issues with their system storage files taking up most of the storage on your iPhone, and in some cases, users couldn't even capture video or photos because the iPhone would tell them that the storage was filled. But the reality was that nothing was really taking up the storage, it was just a bug within the software.

To fix this issue, Apple has definitely addressed it with the iOS 13.6 update. You can see for yourself that system storage is now a small size and not taking up all that space on your iPhone. I've encountered this issue myself where the music would freeze, and the music application would actually crash. Another big issue that Apple was looking to address with iOS 13.6 is a greenish tint that some users would see on their display, especially on OLED displays iPhone. Some users were experiencing this issue, and Apple is also addressing it with this update. Again, this was mostly for all display iPhones and Apple is looking to address that as well.

Finally, Apple is also addressing issues with COVID-19 exposure notification systems under privacy. If we go to privacy and then health in the settings, you'll see that there are no COVID-19 exposure notifications available. This will show that you couldn't use it at all because it wasn't available in your region, even if you're in a region where it did support the exposure notification system built into iOS 13. Apple has definitely addressed this issue as well.
