I'm gonna say 2020 because it does not look like 2019 but let's check this out okay so these Battletoads I'm gonna start off here with the original NES game just with some random gameplay here and two remnants of what Battletoads was it was an amazing brawler and as a two-player it was a ton of fun again as I said it was extremely hard because you could actually hit your opponent or your ally but that said it was the way the game was made and it did add a new element to the game which made it much harder but I mean let's face it in Double Dragon it was the exact same problem so why was this game created well this bring this this game was created by rare to come out and try and rival the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise that's why I slipped and said turtles in the very beginning and the reason for that was it was extremely popular it was doing really well and they needed another brawler out there that could compete with that success so they created Battletoads and weirdly enough like I said named after their skin conditions man this game was extremely hard and the teenage mutant franchise was grabbing so much popularity and doing so well that it was just one of those things where it seemed like a never-ending money grab so why not try and get a piece of the pie so here we have it Battletoads was created now moving forward we have what we have today so let's check this out okay so the hand-drawn characters are kind of cool but they ha with today's graphics I would have expected something a little bit different oh okay um hey guys please let me know your comments below because this is a interesting thing so we had the 1991 and then these guys even teamed up and got to play with a mighty double dragon and speaking of double dragon SBW wrestling you've got to check out double dragon when they're wrestling I just just want to say that that might be a cameo or something but okay but anyway seriously this was a large franchise and a game with bloody hard it was not an easy game by any means especially in two-player mode in two-player mode you could hit your partner and kill him but there's a downside to that too because if one dies game over you start over that whole entire world together again one person just can't move on so it was a very hard two player game by any means and it was also a hard single-player game for sure but anyway what are your thoughts on Microsoft Studios actually having the rights to this and doing what they're doing with it versus what it was do you think that they're going in the right direction do you think that this game should have went in a completely different direction I can tell you my thoughts right now I think the game looks okay but I think that it could have went definitely somewhere else and gave us a
