All right guys, meet me outside we're firing up the grill to 400 degrees. You can also preheat your oven to 400 degrees if you don't have access to a grill here I have some bone and tomahawk pork chops. You don't have to get the tomahawk style pork chops guys, you can just get the thick cut from your butcher.

We're going down with a little all-purpose seasoning if you haven't tried this yet the link is in the description box with a discount code just for you but you want to go kind of heavy on this remember this is a low sodium seasoning so you can go a little heavy on it. Basically, a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder we're also going down with a little chipotle chili for a hint of spice some delicious flavor and provides a little color for our pork chops that's all we're using on these is a little AP seasoning and some chipotle chili there we go. Make sure you season them generously these are pretty big chops this recipe is fantastic on chicken too guys, so for the pork police out there I totally get it, you can use this recipe on chicken.

I'm gonna show you guys how to make some truffle mashed potatoes as well. We're using one pound of russet potatoes for this recipe but you can double it if you're feeding a crowd. Peel and wash your potatoes thoroughly and then we're going to go ahead and cut them into bite-sized pieces that way they cook a little bit faster. So, break out your samurai sword and cut them into like half-inch sized pieces like so, and then we're going to boil these potatoes in chicken stock guys. That's one of my pro tips for making potatoes is so much better in chicken stock.

We're going to add them to our pot that we're going to use, we're going to add some salt and pepper, and then we're going to bring it to a boil. Once they're done, drain the water and return the potatoes to the pot with a little more chicken broth and butter. Now, let's make those mashed potatoes.

we're going to add them to our pot that we're going to use we're going to cover them with some cold water and make sure they're nice and clean you want to run the cold water over these potatoes until the water runs clear get in there with your hands make sure you get any dirt and whatnot off of your potatoes then rinse them and then we're going in with that chicken broth chicken broth or chicken stock will work just fine right here there we go cover them by about two inches and then put them on high until they come up to a boil and now my friends for the star of the show this sauce is so good guys it would be good on chicken wings i mean i can't think of anything i would wouldn't put this sauce on we're going in with a half cup of peach preserves one to two tablespoons of soy sauce one tablespoon of rice wine vinegar two to three tablespoons of sriracha depending on your heat preference as always guys specific measurements and ingredients can be found in the description box below so don't forget to check that out we're warming this over medium-low heat we're going in with a couple tablespoons of brown sugar for some balance also going to help the sauce caramelize beautifully taste it as you go and adjust the flavor to your preference depending on how sweet or spicy you want it to be there we go after about 10 minutes our potatoes are fork tender and we know that because we use the fork test we'll go ahead and drain those and set those aside now we're going in with two tablespoons of butter a half cup of half and half one tablespoon of garlic if i can get it out of the tube there we go two tablespoons of sour cream we're gonna give that a nice whisk allow that to melt together and then another star of the show is about to make a cameo appearance a little bit of black truffle oil you can find this at most grocery stores near the olive oil section just a tablespoon of that guys that the truffle does pack a punch so don't go too heavy with it go in with some ap seasoning for some flavor whisk that together and then we're going to add a little bit of parmesan cheese you want to add your cheese when the heat is low guys don't put your cheese in there when it's super hot because it'll start to separate and get oily so you can kill your heat add the cheese whisk that in until it melts beautifully nice and smooth break out the potato masher and start to mash your potatoes and then want to go in with that sauce that we just made super quick and easy and delicious mashed potato recipe right here guys pairs beautifully with this pork chop or chicken you can use turkey chops for this recipe too if you're not eating pork oh man that looks good just give that a good mix until everything is nice and smooth unless you like your potatoes lumpy then do your thing i'm not i'm not mad at that either i enjoy a nice lumpy potato from time to time all right our grill is preheated now we're going to add our pork chops so if you're not using a grill guys you want to do this on a cast iron skillet and then want to finish them in the oven but for those of you with a grill fire up your grill to 400 degrees place the pork chops on the direct side of the grill let them cook for three to four minutes per side until they're nice and golden brown like so then you want to flip them cook them for a couple minutes on the other side and i'm going to rotate them to the indirect side of the grill and let them finish for about 10 to 15 minutes for those you that are cooking this in the house cook them just like a steak sear them in the skillet and then place them in the oven to finish until the pork reaches your desired internal temperature say it with me guys looking good now we're about to brush that fantastic sauce on these pork chops to let that caramelize you want to do this during the last five to ten minutes always warm your sauce before you add it to the meat also that way it doesn't reduce the temperature of the meat and slow down your cooking process oh man that sauce is good pork chops are done we're gonna go ahead and pull these off as with any meat that you're cooking you always want to allow them to rest for five to ten minutes before you slice into them oh man that's a quick little money shot for you guys right there we're gonna plate this up with those mashed potatoes no greens required here but you could throw some cabbage on there i got a good cabbage recipe that would pair beautifully with this little extra sauce because why the hell not brace yourself for a trademark money shot and the only thing left to do is to hit it with a little green onion for a pop of color and get myself a taste test you guys have got to give this recipe a try let me know in the comments if you plan on giving this a try i'm about to give it a try right now moment of truth oh man that sauce is special guys that's going to be good on anything and that's my recipe for peach sriracha pork chops don't forget to hit that subscribe button give your boy a thumbs up and hit that bell to enable notifications and as always thank you for your support\n"
