Introducing Our Summer Fitness Series: Get Ready to Sweat!

I'm excited to announce that I've started a new summer fitness series, and I want to get right to it! This series is all about helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're looking to get in shape, lean out, or build muscle. My goal is to provide you with a fun and challenging workout that will keep you on track and motivated throughout the summer.

The first exercise in our 20-minute "Eom Eom" workout is the squat dumbbell press. Don't worry if you don't have dumbbells at home – you can easily substitute them with air squats! The goal is to do 20 squat presses, and then move on to the next exercise.

Next up are the double unders with a jump rope or singles. If you're new to double unders, don't worry – you can start with singles instead. The idea is to complete as many reps as possible in the allotted time frame. Remember to stay focused and keep your body in a straight line, with your elbow under your shoulder.

As I demonstrate each exercise, I want you to take note of the proper form and technique. Resting your hand on the floor will help you maintain balance and stability, while keeping your arm up in a straight line will engage your core muscles. By following these simple steps, you'll be able to complete the workout with ease and efficiency.
