the format we'll be using for this video so if you want to jump around do it all right let's unbox the two okay we got the boxes right here in front of us one actually has the image of the screen on the front opening them up the second one is a little B harder to open it has a manual nobody needs that and then we get the airpods as well very nice then we have the Clone with its plastic wrap taking the plastic wrap off ooh nice and looks like you have a little Carabiner nice and we get a charger and we get some extra ear tips and they fall out bro all right when it comes to the price the airpods Pro 2 coming at around $250 often you can get them cheaper and the link I have below but you can check no guarantees as for the Clones they were advertised at $5 and I will also link that below I ended up paying around $17 for them including shipping I think primarily these guys that sell these type of headphones on the Tik Tok shop are resellers they can make a decent amount of cash by selling the stuff basically passively I know a bunch of guys that do it and so if you're interested in doing that I'll leave a link to their stuff in the description but anyways let's talk about the audio quality we're going to see which one sounds better in the audio quality we'll also be testing the transparency mode and the noise cancellation together cuz they both adverti to have it so let's do this okay we're going to start with the airpods pro Gen 2 all right so those are the airpods pro gen to they sound really good super crisp the base is super good the the highs it's really balanced very balanced listening I really like the way the airpods Pro 2 sound and now we're going to be using the fake ones with the screen now see how they sound all right putting in my ears I can automatically tell the transparency is not quite the same same song the Clones they are much more base heavy than the originals they're a lot a little bit more imbalance in that way they do still have the good treble in the highs but it's not as pronounced as the basses so the bass comes out a lot stronger which can be a preference for people to have more bass in their music but it did kind of eat up the rest of the audio so that was one thing to take into account all right I got my friend Bentley right here and he's going to be testing out the headphones to see how good they sound I'm Bentley I don't a I don't a company called otii check it out boom sound good sound just the way way that I expect all right now we're going to test the ones with the screen cool that you can remotely control the music from the screen so my thoughts are the low end is not as good there's no transparency mode uh the high end is terrible the it's not very crisp the mid-range is all right the noise isolation is still good though these cost $5 dude I'd buy that for $5 they cost $5 I'd buy that for $5 any day but now I want to test the active noise cancellation and the transparency mode between the two if you're on a phone call all right so in my ears right now are the airpods pro Gen 2 and this is my quality you expect from them testing testing one two three hopefully you can hear my voice loud and clear this is what it would be sound like if you on a FaceTime call or anything like that and I'll also be including the stadium crowd effect noise in the background to see how it does with that ready good set go now we have the stadium crowd effect noise on in the background and this is my qu R testing testing one two three hopefully can show him my voice even through all this Reckless and yeah let's go in my ears right now are the fake airpods the A10 uh wireless earbuds one the basically the fake airpods that have the screen on the front and this is the m quality can insect from them testing testing one two three hopeful you can hear me loud and clear still I'm also being including the stadium Crow effect noise so here we go testing testing one two3 which is the my quity expect from them hopefully you can hear my voice not in still but you'll have to see in the edit okay let's get into the battery life of the two the airpods Pro 2 can get around 6 hours of audio playback with an additional 30 hours with the case where the Clones claim to get around 5 hours of audio playback with an additional 36 hours with the case I've tested the airpods in a battery drain test but I haven't tested the Clones yet all right let's talk about the features of the two the airpods pro have most of their features inside of the software of the phone where the a10s actually have most of them on board of the actual earbuds themselves but airpods Pro do have water resistance where the Clones do not have water resistance all right I'm going to go through the whole menu for the airpods pro okay here we go so you have the battery life at the top for the case and the earbuds you do have all the settings you can rename them you can do all the touch controls you can personalize the volume conversation awareness loud Sound Reduction adaptive audio microphone you can choose where you want it to go head gestures enable charging case you know just all the Apple functions that there's just a ton of them they've slowly added more and more and it's just really awesome so the airpods right now boom Wireless charging just like that the Clones do not have wireless charging where the originals do the originals have their find my feature where you can go and you can ring the case and the earbuds okay now we're going to look at the Clone the functions of the Clone they do not have the same functions that are in the settings like the original airpods but they do have quite a bit of functions in the app and so we're going to be going through them this what it looks like when it's charging first things first we have the call the telephone call history wow and it shows my whole call history does not show my contacts see if we can call someone oh what the okay so it does work to call people that is crazy counter okay looks like you have a little app there you can just count things interesting and you also have a messages app looks like it doesn't necessarily work you have the game app this is what I was showing earlier so we have this birds that game which is basically like Floppy Bird oh just died and this one called wooden fish virtue increases I have no idea what the freak this means you have a calendar function stopwatch and you also have cycle tracking I don't track my Cycles but yeah you also have a timer okay we're going to try this out headphones right here see if I can find the headphones wow looks like it's working pretty well but I wonder if it's only connected with Bluetooth this is a gaming mode versus just a listening mode you have Siri
