Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is OFFICIAL

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9: Official Information and Leaked Details

We finally have some official information about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, as well as lots of fresh new leaks and rumors. What's up YouTube? Saf here on SuperSaf TV and let's break all of these down, SuperSaf style.

The official teaser for Unpacked has been released, and it's going to be on August 9th, 2018. August 9th, Samsung Galaxy Note 9, makes sense. The center of attention for the image is a yellow S-Pen. Now, a lot of people thought that this was the home button on the actual device. No, this is the S-Pen with the button that is on the S-Pen. So why is Samsung putting so much emphasis on the S-Pen and in particular the button on the S-Pen?

According to leaker Ice Universe, that is because the S-Pen this year will have Bluetooth connectivity and it's going to allow things like remotely controlling the camera on the Note 9 as well as remotely controlling music. This makes things quite interesting because traditionally with the S-Pen, you could only use it when you were in close proximity to the device. Now, with Bluetooth connectivity, you'll be able to use the S-Pen from across the room or even outside.

The implications of this are huge. For one thing, it means that you won't have to worry about running out of battery while you're using your S-Pen. You can just keep going and going without having to stop and charge. This could be especially useful for artists, designers, and writers who rely on the S-Pen for their work.

Another benefit of Bluetooth connectivity is that it will allow you to use multiple S-Pens at the same time. Imagine being able to sketch with one S-Pen while taking notes with another. It's a whole new level of productivity and creativity.

But what does this mean for the Note 9 itself? Will we see a more affordable device, or will the S-Pen be a premium feature that comes at an extra cost? Only time will tell.

The display on the Note 9 is likely to be brighter than the one on the Galaxy Note 8. According to Eldar, who has a good track record when it comes to leaks and rumors, we can expect a brighter display with the same size as the previous model. The super AMOLED technology will still be present, but the brightness level will be higher.

This is good news for anyone who wants to use their Note 9 outdoors or in bright environments. The increased brightness will make it easier to see what you're doing, whether you're reading emails or browsing the web.

But that's not all. Eldar also mentioned that we'll have a bigger battery, up to 4000mAh, which is going to be great news for everyone. The Note 8 actually has a pretty small battery, 3300mAh. This was likely due to the issues that arose with the Note 7 and the battery expanding.

It seems like Samsung opted for the smaller battery on the Note 8 in order to regain consumer confidence after the Note 7 debacle. But now, it looks like they're willing to take a risk again and go bigger with the Note 9. Four thousand mAh would be absolutely awesome, but this will also mean that we're going to have a heavier device.

The Note 8 is already 195 grams, which is pretty heavy already. So, if we do end up with a 4000mAh battery, it's likely that the phone will weigh even more. But for many users, that won't be a problem at all. They'll just see it as an added benefit of having such a big and powerful battery.

In terms of RAM, Eldar said that we're likely to have a six-gigabyte base model, like we've got with the Note 8. However, there will also be an eight-gigabyte model available in certain markets. This is great news for users who want more memory to run multiple apps at once.

The camera hardware on the Note 9 will likely be similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. This means we can expect improved photography with better low-light performance and features like optical zoom.

Finally, there's the storage option. According to Eldar, we'll have a base model with 128GB of storage, as well as additional versions with 256GB and 512GB depending on markets. Five-twelve GB in a smartphone is absolutely insane. I'm pretty sure many people have laptops with less storage than that.

What do you guys think of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 so far based on all the leaks and rumors? Definitely drop me a comment below and let me know.

I hope you enjoyed this video and found it useful. If you did, you know what to do. Hit that thumbs up button. And of course, we're going to be having more Note line coverage. If there are any other major leaks, then I'll be doing an other video closer to the time.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: en- We finally have someofficial informationabout the Samsung Galaxy Note9as well as lots of freshnew leaks and rumors. What's up YouTube?Saf here on SuperSaf TVand let's break all ofthese down, SuperSaf style. So firstly, we do have theofficial teaser for Unpackedand it's going to be onAugust the 9th, 2018.August 9th, SamsungGalaxy Note9, makes sense. The center of attention forthe image is a yellow S-Pen.Now a lot of people thoughtthat this was the home buttonon the actual device. No, this is the S-Pen with thebutton that is on the S-Pen.So why is Samsung putting somuch emphasis on the S-Penand in particular the button on the S-Pen?Well, according to leaker Ice Universe, that is because the S-Pen this yearwill have Bluetooth connectivityand it's going to allow thingslike remotely controllingthe camera on the Note9as well as remotely controlling music. Now this makes things quite interestingbecause traditionally with the S-Pen,you could only use itwhen you're hovering overor physically touching the device. But having Bluetoothconnectivity would meanyou can use it maybe a few meters away. Now this does raise a few questions. The S-Pen will now haveto have a battery inside. Is that battery goingto be a physical batterywhich you have to remove? Is it going to be somethingthat's going to chargewhile it's in the device? Is it going to make the S-Pen thicker? These are all thingsthat we're going to haveto wait and see for.Now from this teaser, we alsosee that new yellow color. This is something thatwe've not seen before. In the render, it's hard to judge, but it'll be interesting tosee how it looks in hand.A few months ago, I didpost an image of the Note8with a dbrand skin andthis was very popular.A lot of people did like that color,so if the final productlooks anything like that, then it should look really, really cool, especially if it has gold accents.Let's now move on to the build and design. What is the Note9 going to look like?Well, a lot of you guys probablyalready were expecting itto be an incremental update like we hadfrom the S8 to the S9.And you're not going to bewrong, because based on allof the leaked renders aswell as leaked case designs,it does look like we'regoing to have a very similarbuild and design to the Note8 last year.I said this for the S9 and I'llsay it again for the Note9,this is not necessarily abad thing because the S8and the Note8 are still someof the best looking devicesout right now, with a metal frameand curved glass panelson the front and back. Now the build and designis further confirmedby reputable leaker OnLeaksand that is in the form of a 3-D renderwhich is based upon factory CADs.Now from these renders, wesee the infinity displaywith minimal bezels andno notch, thankfully. So very familiar to the Note8,but things are a littlebit different at the back. With the Note8, we've gotthe fingerprint scannerright next to the cameras. This was a very badplacement, in my opinion. This has now been moved below the cameras, like we've got with the S9.However, the cameraplacement is still horizontallike we've got on the Note8,not vertical like we've got on the S9.So from the renders, itlooks like it's going to besomewhere around here, which in my opinion,is still a little bit too high. With the S9 Plus, because we have avertical camera placement, the fingerprint scanner isa little bit lower which makesit a little bit reachable. Now, of course, the final product mightbe slightly different so I'llhold my judgment for that. But these leaked renders do tell usthat we are not going to be havingan in-display fingerprintscanner unfortunately. This is something that we might getfor the Samsung Galaxy S10 but currently,it doesn't look like Samsungfeels that the technologyis at the level fortheir flagship devices. The leaked renders from OnLeaksalso show a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack,so this is good news that thiswill still be staying herefor the Samsung Galaxy Note9.Whether or not Samsungremoves this next year,we'll have to see.So that's the build and design, but we also have lotsmore leaked informationfrom Russian techreporter, Eldar Murtazin,I think that's how you say the name.Apparently, Eldar has hadsome early hands-on timewith the Samsung Galaxy Note9and has written his first impressions. From what I hear, hehas a good track recordand he's touched on a few points. The first thing beingthat we're going to havea brighter display, soalthough the display islikely to be the same size,it is supposed to be brighterthan the Samsung Galaxy Note8.Now the Note8 and the S9s currently havesome of the best and brightestdisplays out right nowwith the super AMOLED technology,so the fact that theNote9 is going to havean even brighter display is good newsand should make it one ofthe best, if not the best, display on the market when it's out.Another important piece ofinformation that we've gotfrom Eldar is that we're goingto have a bigger battery,up to 4000mAH, which is goingto be great news for everybody. Now the Note8 actually has apretty small battery, 3300mAH.Now this seems to be because of the issuesthat we had with the Note7and the battery expanding. So it looks like Samsungopted for the smaller batteryfor the Note8 to regainsome consumer confidence. But the Note8 has been a huge successand the Note7 is now in the past,so it looks like Samsungcan really go aheadand try to increase that battery.Four thousand mAH wouldbe absolutely awesome, however, this is going tomean that we're going to havea heavier device. This is something elsethat Eldar has said. The Note8 is already 195 gramswhich is pretty heavy alreadyso it looks like the Note9might pass that 200 grams mark. Now another update thatwe're likely to haveis in the way of RAM.So we are likely to havea six gigabyte base model, like we've got with the Note8,but Eldar has said we're also goingto have an eight gigabytemodel, which will be awesome. But this may only beavailable in certain markets.Eldar has also saidthat we're going to haveimproved photography, although this is going to bemostly software-based.So in terms of the hardware, it's likelythat we're going to havesimilar camera hardwareto that of the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. This is something thatwe usually tend to seewhen we go from the Galaxy S deviceto the Galaxy Note device each year. And the final piece ofinformation that we havefrom Eldar is around storage. We're likely to have a boost in storagewith a base of 128 GB, which isgoing to be absolutely awesome,as well as additionalversions with 256 GB,as well as 512 GB, depending on markets.Five-twelve GB in a smartphone, that is absolutely insane.I'm pretty sure many people have laptopswith less storage than that. But that's all the informationthat we have right now,all summarized for you in one place. What do you guys think of theSamsung Galaxy Note9 so farbased on all the leaks and rumors?Definitely drop me a commentbelow and let me know.I hope you enjoyed thisvideo and found it useful. If you did, you know what to do.Hit that thumbs up button. And of course, we're going to be havingmore Note line coverage. If there are any other major leaks, then I'll be doing anothervideo closer to the time.If you want to see that first, then make sure you have subscribedand switch on notifications,so you don't miss it,as well as lots more content. Thanks for
