off by saying happy holidays Merry Christmas Happy K Quanza happy Festivus happy Hanukkah whatever you celebrate happy holidays and happy New Year now I know you haven't seen me for the last two weeks I went on vacation and then I caught covid not just covid-19 I think I had covid 20 I was really bad I was in an emergency room yesterday was my first day actually breathing and feeling good so I went out to dinner to celebrate and now I'm back on YouTube hit me up in the comments and let me know if y'all miss me if not it is what it is now before we get started with the top phones let's talk about the phones that we not going to talk about the xiaomi 14 pro the iq2 pro okay and the iq2 the realy and of course the Vivo X100 now these are all basically Next Generation phones these are Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 this the new mediate Tech platform so these are really phones for 2024 all right so we're not going to talk about these these will be in next year's video and one quick side note I'm dropping a full review for the X100 this week and we got the red magic 9 Pro and we got some other surprise phones coming up for the next couple of days okay ladies and gentlemen late but still great white shoes is back in the building I love my white shoes I love my white I love calm down okay here we go now planed on doing my usual New Year stream but if y' can tell by my voice I'm not 100% but I'm really trying to get back to my regular lifestyle making videos and having fun so I'm trying not to make myself laugh cuz I don't want to start coughing but you know how you know how we do okay so let's start off with matter of fact before we even talk about phones let's talk about smart watches now which was my favorite Smartwatch of 2023 you really only got two choices for me you got the Galaxy watch 6 classic okay rotate and bezel and you got the Apple watch Ultra too personally I like the shape and the style of the Apple watch better but overall I like the Galaxy watch way better and let me show you exactly why watch this all right so I turned off all of the lights so you can see exactly what I'm talking about here's my Apple watch Ultra here's the Galaxy watch 6 look at the difference now at night time when you're using your Apple watch look at the difference in the brightness let say I want to see my messages let's go read a message let's see what we got see what amay is talking about look at the messages compared to on the Galaxy watch look at the difference in the brightness and the thing that I hate about the Apple watch you can't get maximum brightness okay you can't make the watch stay on maximum brightness now if I'm blind like me and I can't see at night I got to take a flashlight go like this then I can get brightness okay then I can get maximum brightness but it's only going to stay for a minute then it's going to disappear okay so this is one of the things that I hate about this Apple watch Ultra 2 no Max brightness forever settings like you can get on your Galaxy watch all right so now let's get into the phones first we're going to talk about budget phones now for me a budget phone is anything between 100 and 300 bucks here's my favorite budget phone of the year I'm going to go with the OnePlus Nord N35 G now this phone was originally 300 bucks Best Buy was selling it for 250 bucks and you also had the Samsung Galaxy A14 now this was 200 bucks this is going to be the runner up this is my second favorite budget phone of the year then after that we got the blue phone uh yall remember the blue b old that was pretty cool too but for Budget phones you can't go wrong with the n30 all right now shout out to OnePlus you know they kind of fell off with the flagship phones but when it comes to the budget phones they know exactly what they doing 250 bucks for this okay basically unlocked it's going to work on all your carriers basically all of these phones that you're getting ready to see I did full reviews for okay so can just search for them on YouTube this is a great phone for 250 bucks you cannot go okay so this is going to be my award for the best budget phone of the year we're going with the OnePlus n30 now this was a fingerprint magnet let me go ahead and get one little wipe down on this bang here it is nice big budget phone okay now with the Galaxy this phone was actually pretty good too okay but you know had that the Dante Peak Notch at the top I can't I can't laugh I'm going to start coughing I can't laugh this was a good a good phone too but it just had a little a little bit of lag you see the difference now this one just started up so we got to give it a a little starting Grace look at the the bezels on this is ridiculous this was a great phone for 200 bucks but in terms of smoothness and performance and the software I'm going to go with the OnePlus all right the OnePlus seems like a lot smoother like a lot a lot better though no wonder it's on airplane mode okay two great budget phones right here but my award goes to the OnePlus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about mid-range phones now when I say mid-range phones I mean phones that go between 300 and 700 bucks now we got low-end mid-range and high-end mid-range here's my contenders number one we got the OnePlus h2v now this is toward the lower end this one was 400 bucks beautiful mid-range phone next we got the honor 90 now this was a dope phone the only thing is it doesn't have wireless charge that kind of hurt it in my book and we got some big boys okay we got the nothing phone 2 now this one starts at 600 bucks this could be mid-range phone of the year next up we got the Samsung Galaxy a54 again going toward the lower end of the mid-range spectrum that was a pretty dope phone we do got some Heavy Hitters we got the Google pixel 8 okay now this is a beast right here 700 bucks this is where the higher end of the mid-range Spectrum after that we got the Galaxy s23 Fe okay now this one was 600 bucks pretty beastly and of course we got two Classics we got the xiaomi 13t and 13t pro now the 13t was 500 bucks this one was 700 bucks so this is toward the higher end all right so these are my favorite mid-range phones if I had to pick one to give the award to out of all of these phones personally my personal choice would be the Galaxy s23 Fe now this one arguably does have bigger bezels okay than some of these other phones on here all this one is just starting up too bigger bezels but I actually use this phone on vacation for a full week in Hawaii and this was like using my Galaxy s23 Ultra 5 gangster Alpha remake a galactic 2.0 without the Spen I had the same experience the camera on this phone is amazing build quality Wireless charge everything is there okay for 600 bucks this is my choice for the best mid-range phone of the year now after that I would go with the Google pixel 8 okay you can't go wrong with the pixel 8 let me put my code in real quick pixel 8 arguably the best camera out of all of these mid-range phones you're guaranteed security patches and security updates for 4 years you can't beat that and this is just a stock Google Beast okay pixel 8 so it would be number one number two number three after that I would go with the xiaomi 13t pro okay this one has the Super wallpapers classic xiaomi phone okay you know you already know what to expect the problem with these kind of phones like the xiaomi and the real me and the red me a lot of these phones are not going to work on all of your carriers so it depends on where you live that which phone you want to get but if you live in the USA and you want a phone that's guaranteed to work the Galaxy or the pixel guaranteed to work then after that I would go with the nothing phone okay so my top four mid-range phones would be in this order Fan Edition s23 Fe okay pixel 8 the xiaomi 13t pro and then we're going to go with the nothing phone 2 nothing phone 2 okay the lights on the back I love this phone I just hate this I mean even though you might like this simplistic look it just kind of looks like an old school iPhone 10 you know with the two cameras and this orientation like this I don't know it just looks a little old school I wish nothing would refresh this phone and make it look a little bit more modern because you got the glyph lights on the back it's already going to be a hot seller uh but it is what it is okay now honorable mentions like I said the lower end this is more like H this is more like budget mid-range the uh a54 why I get the a 54 if you could just spend a couple of extra dollars go with the fan Edition or Fe honor 90 like I said no Wireless charges so still a beast and with the 13t this is one of the again why buy this one if you could just drop an extra couple of bucks and get the 13t pro okay so these are my best mid-range phones of the year with the winner going to the Galaxy s23 Fe let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about gaming phones now for me I had two hardcore gaming phones this year we had the red magic the 8S Pro Plus now we got the Bumblebee version and the regular version RGB fan on the back yall seen the full review and of course the Asus rg7 ultimate with the second display on the back customizable notifications okay RGB lights everywhere in my opinion okay this year's award I'm going with the Asus R7 ultimate not only is this the most hardcore gaming phone on the market this is actually a great camera phone now watch the review for yourself look at my pictures that I took this actually takes great photos let me see do I got here I got some photos look look at this look at the photos on this this actually takes real photos for a gaming phone look at that steak this is crazy oh let's see if we get a look at that watch the full review on this for yourself though this phone right here is an absolute Beast you got the fan on the back okay customizable RGB panel you see what that says right there bro this is crazy this was my work phone until I got the pixel okay then I switch back uh to Google for my work phone this is a hardcore Beast this phone is never going to lag never going to slow down the battery lasts forever okay you can charge it you can charge it from the bottom or the side okay so you can charge it while you're playing your games you can have it charging you see from the bottom while you're getting your game on you got a headphone jack on this this is just an allaround Beast okay so for gaming phones I'm going with the Asus R7 ultimate second place of course red magic let's see um pop this one open you got the gameing space the speakers same thing with this one the speakers on this phone let's go to let's see um do we got that button set up no I didn't okay I didn't set it up but yall see um M of fact I'm not going to turn this into a full review I forgot this was the Chinese version I'm wondering why I can't read anything RGB fan on the back decent cameras completely flat display okay one of my best built phones of the year I love this one headphone jack also two hardcore gaming phones but again if I had to choose one I would go with Asus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about flip phones now this year I had two flip phones that I really liked number one the Galaxy Z flip 5 look at the size of this outer display okay this is a beast right here and of course the Moto Razer 40 Ultra look at the size of this outer display even bigger if I had to give an award this year I would go with the motor razor okay now of course if you got the Chinese version you're going to get that flip sound we got the Galaxy okay you get the animations look at that you know it's standard Galaxy phone versus standard Moto phone but they do flip so for the flips I got to go with the motor razor look at this outer display they took full advantage okay the screen goes around the cameras as opposed to with the Galaxy phone you got the cutout okay this is the maximum outer display that you're going to find on the flip phone the maximum size outer display you really can't fit any more outer display on this maybe if you made fully I mean I don't even think you can get it even higher Niger that sound I I love this one I just love this phone that flip haven't used it in a while forgot got how it feels how good that feels this is pretty dope now the Galaxy phone again this is going to work on all your carriers okay so if you're wored about you know connectivity and all of that you could go with the Galaxy but look at that outer display the camera is amazing on this one this is a beast now I do have the span case let me drop this back on here and this is the case that I've been rocking yeah this is one of my favorite phones but if I had to pick one I would go with the motor Razer maximum outer display not to mention that sound now if you got the uh this phone in the USA you're not going to get that sound this is only on the Chinese versions The flip sound too bad you can't customize it but I love it all right so these are my two favorite flip phones let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about foldable phones what's my favorite foldable device for 2023 now one quick side note some of the phones that I'm going to talk about in this video I already sold to some of my peoples so I can't show you the actual phone but I did a full review on them I'll show you a phone that looks similar to it just as um a placeholder okay first up we got the Vivo xfold 2 now this is the xfold I did the xfold 2 yall remember I had the red version full size foldable device inner outer display this one looks exactly the same as the xfold 2 Beast okay that's number one number two we got the Galaxy zold 5 okay the narrow fold okay y know how I feel about this one already okay with this uh narrow display then now as far as everything else S Pen activities okay full animations this phone is definitely a beast okay that's the zold five next up we got the xiaomi mix fold 3 okay this is an absolute Beast right here no super wallpapers on this one okay but it is what it is a Chinese version this is another full size fold outer display and inner display full size okay let's get an exit out of that that let's see matter of fact let's let's let's turn these on and we'll leave them on okay let's see there it is okay so that's a mix fold three of course we got the Google pixel fold okay I'm trying not to laugh I'm sorry I can't laugh pixel fold okay let's go and pop that open and we got the OnePlus open okay OnePlus open now I did have the Oppo okay y remember the other Oppo I got rid of that one everybody been asking me to do the Oppo and threefold but there's really no sense it's exactly the same as the OnePlus just comes in different colors okay no reason to buy two of the same phones just for a different color all right so these are my foldable devices for 2023 that's still in my rotation if I had to pick I would say number one on my list I'm going with shiai okay I love the build quality on this one this one has the biggest outer display even though the xfold is pretty much the same but I like the xiaomi OS better than the uh the uh Vivo OS personally okay not to mention you got the IR Blaster this is just an allaround Beast this is my number one favorite foldable device but lowkey all right I mean lowkey I would say the OnePlus open the OnePlus open could be my actual favorite now I've been really traveling with the um the xiaomi even though the OnePlus does have an ey blast as well it's just that I like the xiaomi because it's you see it's a little bit taller I actually like the taller feature in it and I like the camera a little bit better on the shiai but the OnePlus open this is an absolute Beast right here okay any day of the week this could be my favorite foldable device especially since it has the global ROM on it with the xiaomi I got to deal with the Chinese software this one is fully American ored you know what I'm saying I'm American what y'all want for me this is a monster right here this could low-key be my favorite and it it probably is my favorite even even though I be swinging on shiai nuts a lot this one probably is my favorite but I'm still going to go with the shiai because I like the the form factor a little bit better okay now what do I want to see for a Galaxy for the zold 6 I would like to see a Galaxy zold 6 with this format okay look at the difference in the outer displays I'm just tired of these narrow displays okay Samsung please now I told y'all I said if the Z4 when I had the z44 I said if the z45 doesn't come out with a bigger out of display I'm not buying it and I kept it R with you I didn't buy this one this is the one that Samsung gave me I forgot to send it back but it is what is I didn't spend any money on this phone this year and I'm not buying the six if it has the same form factor I'm not spending any money on that because you got too many different form factors I would say the most disappointing phone of the Year this is a separate category right now the most most disappointing phone of the Year for me would be the Google pixel fold this phone was such a disappointment first of all they should have waited why did we get last year's chipset they should have waited for the next tensor chipset that they dropped with the 8 Pro instead of dropping last year's chipset with this one this one was way overpriced and you know they didn't optimize this one enough they didn't optimize this one enough like when you go to your Instagram like you know like the bars on the side and all of that like I don't know not to mention when you unfold it you see it it doesn't unfold completely flat like you got to force fold it you got to unfold this with Force I don't like that to get it flat this is probably my most disappointing fold even though this probably has the best camera all right the camera on this one I got some legendary folders with this and I know a lot of you going to like this one because it kind of has that e-reader format but if you want the e-reader format even though you the OnePlus is a little bit bigger I would go with the OnePlus over the pixel any day of the week any day of the week and like I said the the Vivo the X2 yall remember when I had the red one this one has the same form factor as the xiaomi which I love I just you know the OS the OS is just very cartoonish you know I don't know it wasn't my favorite OS wasn't my favorite OS Samsung allaround best performance and all yeah Samsung is the allaround beast but again I'm going to go with xiaomi and I think I'm going to go I might have to change I might go with OnePlus for my favorite foldable device because lowkey I be using this one more I do be using it more because I like having my Google page right there oh what's this let's see xiaomi 14 pro okay that's four days ago okay it is what it is all right so these are the foldable devices for 2023 again xiaomi and OnePlus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about my most Innovative phone of the year now I can only talk about phones that I actually own we already seen they got these rollable phones and all this kind of new stuff but for the phones that I actually reviewed which phone has the most Innovative feature I really only got two choices number one the nothing phone 2 okay with the customizable glyph lights on the back and number two the Asus R7 ultimate with the customizable RGB panel on the back with a popup fan I think you know where I'm going with this one I would give the award to the Asus R7 ultimate first of all being able to customize this pattern on the back not to mention it's not just for for show let me see if I can get this to work all right well right now I don't have any notifications but you actually get your notifications on the back you can have pictures on the back all right you can do whatever you want with this panel on the back this actually lifts up for the vent all right for your fan underneath this phone right here this is a lot of innovation now I'm not just talking about just because of the panel on the back okay this is right now probably the most Innovative phone that I got and this is one of my favorite phones like I said you got you actually got a real camera on this gaming phone now with the nothing phone 2 the glyph lights I nothing imagine this phone right here refreshed all with a better camera design give us a little four camera layout let these glyph lights have rgbs okay imagine if this one was red green blue or you could have different colors that would go crazy all right that would be crazy now this is basically a mid-range phone but imagine a nothing phone Flagship customizable RGB lights in the back that would be crazy all right that would be crazy I'm I'm hoping in 2024 a lot more phone companies start taking advantage of the back of the phone a lot of us leave our phones in scumbag mode like this face down on the table you got a full back right here y'all remember the xiaomi the 11 okay remember the uh mi1 Ultra with that little panel on the back y'all remember I had those uh the next phones that flipped upside down that had the full panel on the back start taking advantage of this back panel okay we need some more Innovation anyway so these are my two Innovative phones in the year I know look if you go online you can see some more Innovation like they got the roll out phone that's the Supreme Innovation right there but I haven't reviewed it these are the only the phones that I reviewed okay so I'm going with Asus Asus is getting two Awards this year all right so now let's talk about the most underrated phone of the year now for this department I got two choices number one the honor magic 5 Pro and number two the Oppo fin X6 Pro both of these phones right here completely underrated now quick side note I didn't do a full review on this one I was supposed to but I don't know why I kept pushing it back but if you notice let's open this up real quick if you notice I did full camera test on this okay I was outside I did all my photos Okay daytime night look at the camera on this see Daytime Nighttime photos look at those shots yeah did the full camera test on this I was planning on undoing this phone but I never got around to it I don't know why but this is an underrated phone it is a beast and of course the Oppo Fine X6 Pro now for some reason it seemed like when this phone dropped everybody made a big deal about it everybody reviewed it and then 2 weeks later nobody was talking about it everybody forgot about one this phone the build quality is epic the camera is ridiculous Biometrics everything through the roof okay let's see did I I did the full camera test on this one let's see it was kind of cold look look at the photos on this bro look at this look at the photos on this hold up let's see why do I got my order rotation off okay look at this hold look look at the look at that photo bro bro are you kidding me I might have to repost this right now that I'm looking at this I must have had a Fresh Car Wash and look at the wheels bro this phone right here but again the build quality this is the hassleblad lenses vegan leather on the back I'm going to go with the Oppo Fine X6 Pro as the most underrated phone of the Year this could easily be my favorite phone of the Year okay if it wasn't for you know who okay if it wasn't for the you know who with the you know what this could be one of my favorite phones in yeah but this is going to be the most underrated phone right after that the honor magic 5 Pro the build quality on this one look at that that kind of satin finish on the back this phone was epic a lot of people don't like honor I don't know why a lot of people think honor is more like a budget range device but this was a certified heavy hitter this one also has excellent Biometrics look at that face unlock I'm not looking at it face unlock was crazy fingerprint sensor was crazy on this one yeah this was a beast right I got all my apps in this one I just never got around to review it I don't know what happened I something must have came out right around that time another big heavy phone but this right here this is a win all what am I what am I what do I do all there it is I try not to laugh try not to laugh okay oh no internet no wonder okay again two underrated beasts right here definitely flagships I believe this one was a little bit cheaper the but my award is going to the Oppo okay now I'm so EXC goes on sale next week I'm definitely coping that but this is right here this this is this is one of them phones right here let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about some of the most disappointing phones of the year now there's nothing necessarily wrong with these phones I was just expecting more first up we got the Apple iPhone 15 plus now this was kind of disappointing because they did the same cash grab from last year this is another one of these banana headphones why buy this one if you could buy an iPhone 14 pro Max for the same price and get a better phone I mean this was just a little bit disappointing in my book number two we got the Google pixel fold like I said they gave us last year's tensor chip with this year's price I didn't like that okay this one wasn't fully optimized it was just a little bit disappointing I I'm not really a big fan of the pixel fold too much and I would say the award for the most disappointing phone is going to go to the OnePlus 11 Pro now of course I already sold that phone so this is my OnePlus 10 this is just to have something on the table the OnePlus 11 Pro now nothing necessarily wrong with the phone but it was just disappointing underwhelming no signature feature it was just a plain run-of-the-mill everyday boring Android phone it look like they just put something out to put something out all right so I wasn't I wasn't really feeling that too much so I would say these are the phones that disappointed me the most now I know shout out to the Apple Mafia y y think this phone is gold right here this is a banana headphone you know what I'm saying the pixel fold don't get me wrong I like this phone I had to take it to the high voice don't get me wrong I like this phone but I think it just could have been better they could have optimized the software optimized the apps a little bit better the price should have been in tune with the processor I mean it's just they they went crazy with this one really I think the price is what gets me the most upset about this one it was just a little bit too overpriced in my book and OnePlus this was just like I said the OnePlus 11 was just a boring phone the OnePlus 11 was a boring phone now we got the OnePlus 12 coming out we're going to see what that one is about even this even the OnePlus 10 this was boring like OnePlus been pretty boring with the flagships lately they've been doing it big with the budget phones and the mid-range phones I think they really need to focus on that department if they're going to come back to the flagship realm okay the realm they need to step it up okay so we got the OnePlus 12 on Deck y'all seen they have some quality control issues okay now they asked me not to buy the CH the Chinese version and um I I didn't buy it okay why buy it if they got quality control issues I might as well wait so we're going to wait till the next couple of weeks and then we'll do the global OnePlus 12 and see if that one can uh make it back to my my nice list and get off my naughty list all right so most disappointing phone of the Year OnePlus 11 Pro let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about my top 10 phones of 2023 we're going to start from number 10 I'm going with the red magic 8s Pro Plus now it comes in a bunch of different colors or you can get the Transformers Bumblebee Edition either way I love this phone has that slab build okay yall know how I feel about that flat panel headphone jack under the display camera on the front Okay maximum RAM maximum storage maximum speed the speakers are ridiculous okay did I mention the RGB fan on the back keep your phone nice and cool this is a beast right here okay this is an absolute beast and you got the little switch right here for your game Space watch when I turn that on watch the sound on that let me got to unlock this y hear that sound this is crazy all right this is crazy all right so this is a monster right here that's number 10 on my list you go go like this either way okay let's take it over to number nine number nine I'm going with the Sony Mark 5 now quick side note I promised y'all I was going to do a full review on this and I actually went into this with an open mind I do love this phone but I never got around to doing the full review because for me this phone just has a lot of bad memories attached to it now if you'all see my unboxing I kind of had a little a little breakdown at the end of the video this is the phone that I was using as I was actually testing it that I got the phone call on that somebody you know my family called me to tell me that my brother got killed then I used this phone to search the hospitals and the morgs I'm going back and forth with the cops I mean this phone for me just has a lot of bad memories attached to it every time I look at this phone I just it just puts me like in a in in kind of a a darker mood so I never got around to reviewing it but pound-for-pound it is a beast all right arguably one of the best camera phones let's see um let's see I got some of the photos that I took bro some the photos that I took with this phone was crazy look at that cake I mean I try I tried to go into this one an open-minded look at that steak bro look at look at look at this the photos all right this is one of those camera phone camera phones all fully customizable you got the ultimate vibrations on this I mean this phone is a certified Beast okay no no no denying that I just I just it got it just has too much bad vibes for me so I didn't review it but it is what it is okay this is number nine on my list now another quick side note all of these phones that you're getting ready to see they are for sale if y'all want to buy any of these and you live in the USA just hit me up I'll make it work for you all right so let's let's let's get the um do it like that all right so that's number nine let's take it over to number eight all right so for number eight let wipe down for dramatic effect number eight on my list underrated the honor Magic 5 Pro this is number eight on the list like I said I didn't do the full review I did use it for a full week this is a beast okay if you was wondering about this phone I'm sorry I should have did a full review that's one of my New Year's resolutions I'm not going to be doing these unboxings and never getting around to the actual review I'm not doing that for 2024 okay if I say I'm going to do something I'mma do it that's one of my resolutions we'll talk more about that at the end of the video honor magic 5 Pro again easily a top 10 phone of the year underrated but still appreciated hash bars okay let's keep it moving all right let me all all right so let's go to number seven excuse me okay number seven we got the Google pixel 8 Pro now if you're going to get a Google pixel 8 Pro the best case and I might say dare I say the only case to get is this Mouse case I haven't taken this case off even though I love the build quality of this oh I forgot about the build quality of the S ice nice and cold it was matching my watch here this is this is it all right we got the pixel 8 Pro let me put it almost got almost got me hold look pixel 8 Pro now shout out to Google they did fix the biometric so the fingerprint sensor does work a little bit better look at the face unlock Face Unlock actually unlocking okay now of course soon as I say that oh there it is Face Unlock actually unlocking but the fingerprint sensor actually works oh look look we just we just said that I just said I can't wait to get this the aloine X7 Pro okay matter of let's click on that look how fast this phone is oh look at that Beast right there you know I'm going with that brown again matter of fact maybe I'll switch up and go with that blue anyway the pixel the pixel has the best speech to text on the planet okay you got the new chipset that should have been in the fold okay this chipset should have been in the fold the camera okay arguably one of the best Android cameras on the market this is my work phone okay this is the phone that I use every day for work when I'm checking my emails and doing all my work stuff I love this phone okay this is an absolute Beast okay so that's the pixel 8 Pro that's coming in at number seven okay let's take it to number six number six now this is another heavy hitter okay number six on my list we've been talking about this all day the Asus R7 ultimate now this is a gaming phone this used to be my work phone because it just handles so many big tasks like the ram the storage everything on this is crazy big giant display super smooth no lag I mean oh put it too many wrong attempts hold up let me open this up okay look at this super fast fully customizable I mean this is not just gaming the battery the battery lasts forever the speakers are incredible bro the speakers on this phone are so loud it Rivals a a mini Bluetooth speaker not to mention customizable RGB panel on the back y'all see it comes with a big fan that I use on the desktop this is a monster right here okay so this is going to be Asus rg7 ultimate that's number six let that back panel ride out for a minute look at that that's number six okay so for number five what we got on Deck number five number five I'm going with the Vivo X90 Pro Plus now this is the vi X90 Pro okay this is the Black Version but when I did my full review y'all remember I had the red X90 Pro Plus I sold that to one of my subscribers I I know I don't even think I reviewed the X90 Pro I think I matter of fact I think I got this one but I didn't do the full review because I already did the Pro Plus this the Pro Plus was better but basically the same kind of design this is another absolute Beast okay this one the camera was incredible the Pro Plus not the pro the Pro Plus the red one that I did the camera was bananas okay let's see now this one ain't on let me see do I got okay well just for demo we got the X90 Pro I mean the X100 Pro this one right here X100 Proto bro this is another one look look at this hold up look at that uh wallpaper this matter of fact we use this for the demo all right matter of fact matter of fact we save that one all right so we got the X90 Pro Plus that is another heavy hitter right there the camera on it was unbelievable unbelievable so that was number five on my list right yeah number five okay so let's go to number four number four another underrated Beast the Oppo F X6 Pro the build quality the camera Biometrics battery I mean this is just an allaround win okay this is an allaround win I wish I would have had the global version on this one but I could probably drop the ROM it if I look hard enough look at that silky smooth I mean this is official tissue right here another excellent battery life too on this one with the IR Blaster all right so that was uh Oppo Fine X6 Pro that was number four all right so now let's get to the big boys my top three let's get to the top three number three on the list I got to wipe this down for dramatic effect we got the iPhone 15 Pro Max now shout out to the Apple Mafia okay as much as I love Android phones I do have to rock an Apple phone everywhere I go now people always watch my videos and they watch my Instagram post when I travel they Oh I thought you like Android phones why you always got an iPhone I never walk around with one phone okay I'm always going to have more than one phone but one phone that I'm always going to have in my pocket no matter what Android phone I have is going to be an iPhone why because I got a family okay now my family they all use iOS devices so when I travel I got to be tracking my location they got to be they got to be tracking my location I got to track their locations okay I got to be down with the group chats and the FaceTime okay so I use Apple phones really because I'm forced to now if I wasn't really that deep into the uh the iOS ecosystem it wouldn't be that much of a big deal because we got camera phones from Android that can match up with the iPhone cameras so it's not just about the cameras for me it's really just I I don't get me wrong now I'm talking but I actually do like iPhones I ain't nothing wrong you can like both I like iPhones they just don't have as much customization as I'm used to with Android phones not to mention I'm used to IR blasters I'm used to split screen multitasking I'm used to super fast battery charging you know there's a lot of things that I'm used to with Android phones that you're not going to get with an iPhone but again if you got a family okay I need to see amay's location at all times I need the FaceTime okay I need to be in in the group chats with that all my iOS click you know what I'm saying so it is what it is iPhone 15 Pro Max but now let's talk about what I do like about it actually the camera is arguably one of the best cameras you're going to find okay ease of use okay battery life the battery life is phenomenal I'm glad that now you got USB typ-c charging so I can charge everything together and you also got reverse wired not wireless reverse wired charging okay and if you're into social media when you post your your Instagram photos and videos they're always going to come out good if using an iPhone all right so I do love iPhones that's number three on my list let's take it over to number two now I think we already know the top two phones been the top two the last couple of years they've been going back and forth number two on my list I'm going with the xiaomi 13 Ultra now y'all see my side by side camera test and all of that the camera on this phone I don't care what y'all say the camera on this phone is better than an iPhone camera I don't care what nobody says this phone has the IR Blaster you can charge a battery 20 minutes 25 minutes it's fully charged 0 to 100 okay Apple you can't do that split screen multitasking this is just a beast now if you notice I do got the camera case on the back because this is actually a camera that has a has a phone built in let me let me let me turn off my flash R hold up all right watch this let me take let me take this case off look now this was the the camera case with the vegan leather but the actual color was that green that green is so sick but I like the white though I I do like the white look at oh look at that me drop this back on real quick I do like the white okay we got some updates on that got the super wallpapers the Supreme Biometrics okay you're not going to get better Biometrics than the xiaomi phones look at that face unlock every single time okay I got to update this one in a minute to 14 even though I haven't really been using look I can't even I can't even get to the fingerprint sensor because the face I like it so fast this is one of the fastest smoothest phones in the market but it's all about camera the camera on this phone wo watch my side by side camera test if you don't believe me see for yourself okay so these are the nine now number one I think we all know I can't even breathe shout out to co all right number one the number one phone on my list and the number one phone for 2023 and 2022 is going to be the Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra five Gangsta Alpha Omega Supreme AKA galactic 2. .0 pound-for-pound best phone on the planet this phone does basically everything all of these other phones could do except for the IR Blaster okay but this phone does something that none of these other phones can do and that's this Bluetooth Spen now a lot of people let me open this phone up real quick CU a lot of people say I don't even use the Spen you who who uses the Spen that much bro of course you're not going to use something if you don't use it if you don't play with it enough you're not going to use it but every look at that you see I just took a photo you set this up you go out on your date you set this up on the table you and the person y'all want to take a photo together I flip it around to face me use this as a remote control so now look I'm I don't have to be like this pointing at the phone I got the the Spen behind my back right now you see that you see I'm taking photos right now Spen is literally behind my back so if I'm taking a photo you won't know how dope is that now not look I'm not going to turn this into a full review we're not just talking about um with the S Pen writing notes on the outer display and all of that there's a lot of things you see got the little reminder do do you got your SP pen there's a lot of things that I use this for okay let's of course now if I if I connect my Spen let's watch a video if I'm watching the video let me not connect to the TV all right if I'm watching the video Hold Up um oh okay oh oh matter of fact let me not watch that I'm like why I got to keep it I say I'm watching the video what's up make this video I'm thinking to myself what's my top 10 phones I pulled out my Spen and as I'm thinking to myself I'm writing down phones that I like this year the camera now you see my side by-side camera I did like the nighttime photos better on the xiaomi but the daytime photos bro the daytime photos unbelievable okay this is my favorite phone okay now I don't care if y'all watch my Instagram and y'all watch my Twitter my my Tik Tok on any social media you see me at dinner somewhere and you see me and I'm posting a picture with an iPhone on the table what phone do you think took that photo okay this phone is always in my pocket now if I'm doing anything that has to do with work this phone is going to be in my pocket but I'm never traveling I'm never doing nothing without having my Galaxy s23 Ultra in my pocket best phone of the year now let's uh talk about something else real quick Galaxy s24 now we're going to get that phone in a couple of weeks maybe what two weeks from now I've seen all of the leaks it looks exactly like this one so you know I was thinking about new names because this is galatis I'm thinking about all of the new names that we're going to call the Galaxy s24 but we can't really give it a new name if it's still going to have this same exact look on the back it's going to have to be galatis 3.0 now we can't we can't call it Unicron until they actually change this up now I know some of y'all don't like this on the back personally I love it okay personally I love this I like this better than this all right these big giant Circle cameras all this crazy stuff I like this minimalistic look okay it's not as minimalistic as the nothing foam with just two dots but this has this has an iconic look now like they and you know even though you can you you can kind of hate on Samsung like Samsung is turning into the new Apple because they all following a lot of Apple's Trends but if it ain't broke don't fix it I get it I do get it but I would say okay one more year I I could stomach one more year of this build quality because I actually love this and I heard that they making it completely flat I actually love this look not to mention one of the good things and apple apple does have that right with making all of the phones look exactly the same just coming out maybe with a new color on the back because this this reason this let me say that again this way if you got an s23 and the s24 comes out and it looks pretty much the same just a different color now your s23 doesn't look prehistoric nobody wants to get a new phone okay and in a couple of months the next version comes out and now your phone looks mad old school and outdated nobody likes that you know I I don't mind like even with the pixel change up the back a little bit okay you know minor changes here and there but in some ways I do like having the phone look exactly like last year's version I do kind of like that in some ways now the only thing that kind of gets on my nerves with that is how long are they going to do that now this phone let me see do I got one yeah look I got one right here I got this is my off camera phone this is my s22 ultra okay look at the s23 and the s22 you can see the cameras are a little bit bigger all right the shape but basically they look the same if you put a case on both of these you ain't going to know which one is which and then we get to s24 you're not going to know which one is which okay so you know that's kind of good because this way you don't look like last year's peasant when new when the new phone comes out I'm not going to really complain about that too much okay that's one thing I'm not going to harp on I do love the build quality in this look at no fingerprints now it doesn't have that satin feel like the pixel let me check two fingers let me stop let me stop but this is dope this is dope all right so this is my number one phone now we do got some honorable mentions hold on B pull these out honorable mentions honorable mentions of course the shiai 13 uh Pro with the ceramic build easily ceramic is my favorite material to put on the cell phone I do like the pixel again but ceramic is my favorite this is a heavy hitter and the same thing with the Galaxy s23 plus these are two Heavy Hitters but they were just a little bit overpriced all right they're a little bit out of the well if you want the ceramic version this one was basically 900 bucks I believe or even 1,000 when I paid for it and this one was 900 bucks so that's a little above the $700 mid-range category so why buy this for $ 900 just spend an extra couple of bucks and get the big board okay so these are two honorable mentions right here s23 plus and the 13 Pro ceramic 13 Pro not the regular 13 the 13 Pro ceramic and uh one more category Ed phones if I had to buy a used phone right now I would say this right here you could get the Oppo Fine X5 Pro okay for 400 bucks used the ceramic version this phone right here I'm selling this one also 400 bucks this is the global ROM this is the steel all this is this if you're going to buy a used phone I would get something like this X5 Pro okay this was the flagship Flagship build quality through the roof but there's so many other used phones you could get I don't even want to get into all that that it is what it is anyway these are my let's get them into range so y can see these are my top 10 phones of 2023 now until until xiaomi all right with the 14 now I already seen some leaks of the xiaomi 14 M fact do I got that one matter of fact here we go okay the xiaomi 14 pro right now is killing the game but the xiaomi 14 Ultra I don't think it could be the best phone in the here until they find some way to beat this Bluetooth spin okay I think Samsung got the game on whatever you celebrate happy holidays and happy New Year now I know you haven't seen me for the last two weeks I went on vacation and then I caught covid not just covid-19 I think I had covid 20 I was really bad I was in an emergency room yesterday was my first day actually breathing and feeling good so I went out to dinner to celebrate and now I'm back on YouTube hit me up in the comments and let me know if y'all miss me if not it is what it is now before we get started with the top phones let's talk about the phones that we not going to talk about the xiaomi 14 pro the iq2 pro okay and the iq2 the realy and of course the Vivo X100 now these are all basically Next Generation phones these are Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 this the new mediate Tech platform so these are really phones for 2024 all right so we're not going to talk about these these will be in next year's video and one quick side note I'm dropping a full review for the X100 this week and we got the red magic 9 Pro and we got some other surprise phones coming up for the next couple of days okay ladies and gentlemen late but still great white shoes is back in the building I love my white shoes I love my white I love calm down okay here we go now planed on doing my usual New Year stream but if y' can tell by my voice I'm not 100% but I'm really trying to get back to my regular lifestyle making videos and having fun so I'm trying not to make myself laugh cuz I don't want to start coughing but you know how you know how we do okay so let's start off with matter of fact before we even talk about phones let's talk about smart watches now which was my favorite Smartwatch of 2023 you really only got two choices for me you got the Galaxy watch 6 classic okay rotate and bezel and you got the Apple watch Ultra too personally I like the shape and the style of the Apple watch better but overall I like the Galaxy watch way better and let me show you exactly why watch this all right so I turned off all of the lights so you can see exactly what I'm talking about here's my Apple watch Ultra here's the Galaxy watch 6 look at the difference now at night time when you're using your Apple watch look at the difference in the brightness let say I want to see my messages let's go read a message let's see what we got see what amay is talking about look at the messages compared to on the Galaxy watch look at the difference in the brightness and the thing that I hate about the Apple watch you can't get maximum brightness okay you can't make the watch stay on maximum brightness now if I'm blind like me and I can't see at night I got to take a flashlight go like this then I can get brightness okay then I can get maximum brightness but it's only going to stay for a minute then it's going to disappear okay so this is one of the things that I hate about this Apple watch Ultra 2 no Max brightness forever settings like you can get on your Galaxy watch all right so now let's get into the phones first we're going to talk about budget phones now for me a budget phone is anything between 100 and 300 bucks here's my favorite budget phone of the year I'm going to go with the OnePlus Nord N35 G now this phone was originally 300 bucks Best Buy was selling it for 250 bucks and you also had the Samsung Galaxy A14 now this was 200 bucks this is going to be the runner up this is my second favorite budget phone of the year then after that we got the blue phone uh yall remember the blue b old that was pretty cool too but for Budget phones you can't go wrong with the n30 all right now shout out to OnePlus you know they kind of fell off with the flagship phones but when it comes to the budget phones they know exactly what they doing 250 bucks for this okay basically unlocked it's going to work on all your carriers basically all of these phones that you're getting ready to see I did full reviews for okay so can just search for them on YouTube this is a great phone for 250 bucks you cannot go okay so this is going to be my award for the best budget phone of the year we're going with the OnePlus n30 now this was a fingerprint magnet let me go ahead and get one little wipe down on this bang here it is nice big budget phone okay now with the Galaxy this phone was actually pretty good too okay but you know had that the Dante Peak Notch at the top I can't I can't laugh I'm going to start coughing I can't laugh this was a good a good phone too but it just had a little a little bit of lag you see the difference now this one just started up so we got to give it a a little starting Grace look at the the bezels on this is ridiculous this was a great phone for 200 bucks but in terms of smoothness and performance and the software I'm going to go with the OnePlus all right the OnePlus seems like a lot smoother like a lot a lot better though no wonder it's on airplane mode okay two great budget phones right here but my award goes to the OnePlus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about mid-range phones now when I say mid-range phones I mean phones that go between 300 and 700 bucks now we got low-end mid-range and high-end mid-range here's my contenders number one we got the OnePlus h2v now this is toward the lower end this one was 400 bucks beautiful mid-range phone next we got the honor 90 now this was a dope phone the only thing is it doesn't have wireless charge that kind of hurt it in my book and we got some big boys okay we got the nothing phone 2 now this one starts at 600 bucks this could be mid-range phone of the year next up we got the Samsung Galaxy a54 again going toward the lower end of the mid-range spectrum that was a pretty dope phone we do got some Heavy Hitters we got the Google pixel 8 okay now this is a beast right here 700 bucks this is where the higher end of the mid-range Spectrum after that we got the Galaxy s23 Fe okay now this one was 600 bucks pretty beastly and of course we got two Classics we got the xiaomi 13t and 13t pro now the 13t was 500 bucks this one was 700 bucks so this is toward the higher end all right so these are my favorite mid-range phones if I had to pick one to give the award to out of all of these phones personally my personal choice would be the Galaxy s23 Fe now this one arguably does have bigger bezels okay than some of these other phones on here all this one is just starting up too bigger bezels but I actually use this phone on vacation for a full week in Hawaii and this was like using my Galaxy s23 Ultra 5 gangster Alpha remake a galactic 2.0 without the Spen I had the same experience the camera on this phone is amazing build quality Wireless charge everything is there okay for 600 bucks this is my choice for the best mid-range phone of the year now after that I would go with the Google pixel 8 okay you can't go wrong with the pixel 8 let me put my code in real quick pixel 8 arguably the best camera out of all of these mid-range phones you're guaranteed security patches and security updates for 4 years you can't beat that and this is just a stock Google Beast okay pixel 8 so it would be number one number two number three after that I would go with the xiaomi 13t pro okay this one has the Super wallpapers classic xiaomi phone okay you know you already know what to expect the problem with these kind of phones like the xiaomi and the real me and the red me a lot of these phones are not going to work on all of your carriers so it depends on where you live that which phone you want to get but if you live in the USA and you want a phone that's guaranteed to work the Galaxy or the pixel guaranteed to work then after that I would go with the nothing phone okay so my top four mid-range phones would be in this order Fan Edition s23 Fe okay pixel 8 the xiaomi 13t pro and then we're going to go with the nothing phone 2 nothing phone 2 okay the lights on the back I love this phone I just hate this I mean even though you might like this simplistic look it just kind of looks like an old school iPhone 10 you know with the two cameras and this orientation like this I don't know it just looks a little old school I wish nothing would refresh this phone and make it look a little bit more modern because you got the glyph lights on the back it's already going to be a hot seller uh but it is what it is okay now honorable mentions like I said the lower end this is more like H this is more like budget mid-range the uh a54 why I get the a 54 if you could just spend a couple of extra dollars go with the fan Edition or Fe honor 90 like I said no Wireless charges so still a beast and with the 13t this is one of the again why buy this one if you could just drop an extra couple of bucks and get the 13t pro okay so these are my best mid-range phones of the year with the winner going to the Galaxy s23 Fe let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about gaming phones now for me I had two hardcore gaming phones this year we had the red magic the 8S Pro Plus now we got the Bumblebee version and the regular version RGB fan on the back yall seen the full review and of course the Asus rg7 ultimate with the second display on the back customizable notifications okay RGB lights everywhere in my opinion okay this year's award I'm going with the Asus R7 ultimate not only is this the most hardcore gaming phone on the market this is actually a great allaround Beast okay so for gaming phones I'm going with the Asus R7 ultimate second place of course red magic let's see um pop this one open you got the gameing space the speakers same thing with this one the speakers on this phone let's go to let's see um do we got that button set up no I didn't okay I didn't set it up but yall see um M of fact I'm not going to turn this into a full review I forgot this was the Chinese version I'm wondering why I can't read anything RGB fan on the back decent cameras completely flat display okay one of my best built phones of the year I love this one headphone jack also two hardcore gaming phones but again if I had to choose one I would go with Asus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about flip phones now this year I had two flip phones that I really liked number one the Galaxy Z flip 5 look at the size of this outer display okay this is a beast right here and of course the Moto Razer 40 Ultra look at the size of this outer display even bigger if I had to give an award this year I would go with the motor razor okay now of course if you got the Chinese version you're going to get that flip sound we got the Galaxy okay you get the animations look at that you know it's standard Galaxy phone versus standard Moto phone but they do flip so for the flips I got to go with the motor razor look at this outer display they took full advantage okay the screen goes around the cameras as opposed to with the Galaxy phone you got the cutout okay this is the maximum outer display that you're going to find on the flip phone the maximum size outer display you really can't fit any more outer display on this maybe if you made fully I mean I don't even think you can get it even higher Niger that sound I I love this one I just love this phone that flip haven't used it in a while forgot got how it feels how good that feels this is pretty dope now the Galaxy phone again this is going to work on all your carriers okay so if you're wored about you know connectivity and all of that you could go with the Galaxy but look at that outer display the camera is amazing on this one this is a beast now I do have the span case let me drop this back on here and this is the case that I've been rocking yeah this is one of my favorite phones but if I had to pick one I would go with the motor Razer maximum outer display not to mention that sound now if you got the uh this phone in the USA you're not going to get that sound this is only on the Chinese versions The flip sound too bad you can't customize it but I love it all right so these are my two favorite flip phones let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about foldable phones what's my favorite foldable device for 2023 now one quick side note some of the phones that I'm going to talk about in this video I already sold to some of my peoples so I can't show you the actual phone but I did a full review on them I'll show you a phone that looks similar to it just as um a placeholder okay first up we got the Vivo xfold 2 now this is the xfold I did the xfold 2 yall remember I had the red version full size foldable device inner outer display this one looks exactly the same as the xfold 2 Beast okay that's number one number two we got the Galaxy zold 5 okay the narrow fold okay y know how I feel about this one already okay with this uh narrow display then now as far as everything else S Pen activities okay full animations this phone is definitely a beast okay that's the zold five next up we got the xiaomi mix fold 3 okay this is an absolute Beast right here no super wallpapers on this one okay but it is what it is a Chinese version this is another full size fold outer display and inner display full size okay let's get an exit out of that that let's see matter of fact let's let's let's turn these on and we'll leave them on okay let's see there it is okay so that's a mix fold three of course we got the Google pixel fold okay I'm trying not to laugh I'm sorry I can't laugh pixel fold okay let's go and pop that open and we got the OnePlus open okay OnePlus open now I did have the Oppo okay y remember the other Oppo I got rid of that one everybody been asking me to do the Oppo and threefold but there's really no sense it's exactly the same as the OnePlus just comes in different colors okay no reason to buy two of the same phones just for a different color all right so these are my foldable devices for 2023 that's still in my rotation if I had to pick I would say number one on my list I'm going with shiai okay I love the build quality on this one this one has the biggest outer display even though the xfold is pretty much the same but I like the xiaomi OS better than the uh the uh Vivo OS personally okay not to mention you got the IR Blaster this is just an allaround Beast this is my number one favorite foldable device but lowkey all right I mean lowkey I would say the OnePlus open the OnePlus open could be my actual favorite now I've been really traveling with the um the xiaomi even though the OnePlus does have an ey blast as well it's just that I like the xiaomi because it's you see it's a little bit taller I actually like the taller feature in it and I like the camera a little bit better on the shiai but the OnePlus open this is an absolute Beast right here okay any day of the week this could be my favorite foldable device especially since it has the global ROM on it with the xiaomi I got to deal with the Chinese software this one is fully American ored you know what I'm saying I'm American what y'all want for me this is a monster right here this could low-key be my favorite and it it probably is my favorite even even though I be swinging on shiai nuts a lot this one probably is my favorite but I'm still going to go with the shiai because I like the the form factor a little bit better okay now what do I want to see for a Galaxy for the zold 6 I would like to see a Galaxy zold 6 with this format okay look at the difference in the outer displays I'm just tired of these narrow displays okay Samsung please now I told y'all I said if the Z4 when I had the z44 I said if the z45 doesn't come out with a bigger out of display I'm not buying it and I kept it R with you I didn't buy this one this is the one that Samsung gave me I forgot to send it back but it is what is I didn't spend any money on this phone this year and I'm not buying the six if it has the same form factor I'm not spending any money on that because you got too many different form factors I would say the most disappointing phone of the Year this is a separate category right now the most most disappointing phone of the Year for me would be the Google pixel fold this phone was such a disappointment first of all they should have waited why did we get last year's chipset they should have waited for the next tensor chipset that they dropped with the 8 Pro instead of dropping last year's chipset with this one this one was way overpriced and you know they didn't optimize this one enough they didn't optimize this one enough like when you go to your Instagram like you know like the bars on the side and all of that like I don't know not to mention when you unfold it you see it it doesn't unfold completely flat like you got to force fold it you got to unfold this with Force I don't like that to get it flat this is probably my most disappointing fold even though this probably has the best camera all right the camera on this one I got some legendary folders with this and I know a lot of you going to like this one because it kind of has that e-reader format but if you want the e-reader format even though you the OnePlus is a little bit bigger I would go with the OnePlus over the pixel any day of the week any day of the week and like I said the the Vivo the X2 yall remember when I had the red one this one has the same form factor as the xiaomi which I love I just you know the OS the OS is just very cartoonish you know I don't know it wasn't my favorite OS wasn't my favorite OS Samsung allaround best performance and all yeah Samsung is the allaround beast but again I'm going to go with xiaomi and I think I'm going to go I might have to change I might go with OnePlus for my favorite foldable device because lowkey I be using this one more I do be using it more because I like having my Google page right there oh what's this let's see xiaomi 14 pro okay that's four days ago okay it is what it is all right so these are the foldable devices for 2023 again xiaomi and OnePlus let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about my most Innovative phone of the year now I can only talk about phones that I actually own we already seen they got these rollable phones and all this kind of new stuff but for the phones that I actually reviewed which phone has the most Innovative feature I really only got two choices number one the nothing phone 2 okay with the customizable glyph lights on the back and number two the Asus R7 ultimate with the customizable RGB panel on the back with a popup fan I think you know where I'm going with this one I would give the award to the Asus R7 ultimate first of all being able to customize this pattern on the back not to mention it's not just for for show let me see if I can get this to work all right well right now I don't have any notifications but you actually get your notifications on the back you can have pictures on the back all right you can do whatever you want with this panel on the back this actually lifts up for the vent all right for your fan underneath this phone right here this is a lot of innovation now I'm not just talking about just because of the panel on the back okay this is right now probably the most Innovative phone that I got and this is one of my favorite phones like I said you got you actually got a real camera on this gaming phone now with the nothing phone 2 the glyph lights I nothing imagine this phone right here refreshed all with a better camera design give us a little four camera layout let these glyph lights have rgbs okay imagine if this one was red green blue or you could have different colors that would go crazy all right that would be crazy now this is basically a mid-range phone but imagine a nothing phone Flagship customizable RGB lights in the back that would be crazy all right that would be crazy I'm I'm hoping in 2024 a lot more phone companies start taking advantage of the back of the phone a lot of us leave our phones in scumbag mode like this face down on the table you got a full back right here y'all remember the xiaomi the 11 okay remember the uh mi1 Ultra with that little panel on the back y'all remember I had those uh the next phones that flipped upside down that had the full panel on the back start taking advantage of this back panel okay we need some more Innovation anyway so these are my two Innovative phones in the year I know look if you go online you can see some more Innovation like they got the roll out phone that's the Supreme Innovation right there but I haven't reviewed it these are the only the phones that I reviewed okay so I'm going with Asus Asus is getting two Awards this year all right so now let's talk about the most underrated phone of the year now for this department I got two choices number one the honor magic 5 Pro and number two the Oppo fin X6 Pro both of these phones right here completely underrated now quick side note I didn't do a full review on this one I was supposed to but I don't know why I kept pushing it back but if you notice let's open this up real quick if you notice I did full camera test on this okay I was outside I did all my photos Okay daytime night look at the camera on this see Daytime Nighttime photos look at those shots yeah did the full camera test on this I was planning on undoing this phone but I never got around to it I don't know why but this is an underrated phone it is a beast and of course the Oppo Fine X6 Pro now for some reason it seemed like when this phone dropped everybody made a big deal about it everybody reviewed it and then 2 weeks later nobody was talking about it everybody forgot about one this phone the build quality is epic the camera is ridiculous Biometrics everything through the roof okay let's see did I I did the full camera test on this one let's see it was kind of cold look look at the photos on this bro look at this look at the photos on this hold up let's see why do I got my order rotation off okay look at this hold look look at the look at that photo bro bro are you kidding me I might have to repost this right now that I'm looking at this I must have had a Fresh Car Wash and look at the wheels bro this phone right here but again the build quality this is the hassleblad lenses vegan leather on the back I'm going to go with the Oppo Fine X6 Pro as the most underrated phone of the Year this could easily be my favorite phone of the Year okay if it wasn't for you know who okay if it wasn't for the you know who with the you know what this could be one of my favorite phones in yeah but this is going to be the most underrated phone right after that the honor magic 5 Pro the build quality on this one look at that that kind of satin finish on the back this phone was epic a lot of people don't like honor I don't know why a lot of people think honor is more like a budget range device but this was a certified heavy hitter this one also has excellent Biometrics look at that face unlock I'm not looking at it face unlock was crazy fingerprint sensor was crazy on this one yeah this was a beast right I got all my apps in this one I just never got around to review it I don't know what happened I something must have came out right around that time another big heavy phone but this right here this is a win all what am I what am I what do I do all there it is I try not to laugh try not to laugh okay oh no internet no wonder okay again two underrated beasts right here definitely flagships I believe this one was a little bit cheaper the but my award is going to the Oppo okay now I'm so EXC goes on sale next week I'm definitely coping that but this is right here this this is this is one of them phones right here let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about some of the most disappointing phones of the year now there's nothing necessarily wrong with these phones I was just expecting more first up we got the Apple iPhone 15 plus now this was kind of disappointing because they did the same cash grab from last year this is another one of these banana headphones why buy this one if you could buy an iPhone 14 pro Max for the same price and get a better phone I mean this was just a little bit disappointing in my book number two we got the Google pixel fold like I said they gave us last year's tensor chip with this year's price I didn't like that okay this one wasn't fully optimized it was just a little bit disappointing I I'm not really a big fan of the pixel fold too much and I would say the award for the most disappointing phone is going to go to the OnePlus 11 Pro now of course I already sold that phone so this is my OnePlus 10 this is just to have something on the table the OnePlus 11 Pro now nothing necessarily wrong with the phone but it was just disappointing underwhelming no signature feature it was just a plain run-of-the-mill everyday boring Android phone it look like they just put something out to put something out all right so I wasn't I wasn't really feeling that too much so I would say these are the phones that disappointed me the most now I know shout out to the Apple Mafia y y think this phone is gold right here this is a banana headphone you know what I'm saying the pixel fold don't get me wrong I like this phone I had to take it to the high voice don't get me wrong I like this phone but I think it just could have been better they could have optimized the software optimized the apps a little bit better the price should have been in tune with the processor I mean it's just they they went crazy with this one really I think the price is what gets me the most upset about this one it was just a little bit too overpriced in my book and OnePlus this was just like I said the OnePlus 11 was just a boring phone the OnePlus 11 was a boring phone now we got the OnePlus 12 coming out we're going to see what that one is about even this even the OnePlus 10 this was boring like OnePlus been pretty boring with the flagships lately they've been doing it big with the budget phones and the mid-range phones I think they really need to focus on that department if they're going to come back to the flagship realm okay the realm they need to step it up okay so we got the OnePlus 12 on Deck y'all seen they have some quality control issues okay now they asked me not to buy the CH the Chinese version and um I I didn't buy it okay why buy it if they got quality control issues I might as well wait so we're going to wait till the next couple of weeks and then we'll do the global OnePlus 12 and see if that one can uh make it back to my my nice list and get off my naughty list all right so most disappointing phone of the Year OnePlus 11 Pro let's keep it moving all right so now let's talk about my top 10 phones of 2023 we're going to start from number 10 I'm going with the red magic 8s Pro Plus now it comes in a bunch of different colors or you can get the Transformers Bumblebee Edition either way I love this phone has that slab build okay yall know how I feel about that flat panel headphone jack under the display camera on the front Okay maximum RAM maximum storage maximum speed the speakers are ridiculous okay did I mention the RGB fan on the back keep your phone nice and cool this is a beast right here okay this is an absolute beast and you got the little switch right here for your game Space watch when I turn that on watch the sound on that let me got to unlock this y hear that sound this is crazy all right this is crazy all right so this is a monster right here that's number 10 on my list you go go like this either way okay let's take it over to number nine number nine I'm going with the Sony Mark 5 now quick side note I promised y'all I was going to do a full review on this and I actually went into this with an open mind I do love this phone but I never got around to doing the full review because for me this phone just has a lot of bad memories attached to it now if you'all see my unboxing I kind of had a little a little breakdown at the end of the video this is the phone that I was using as I was actually testing it that I got the phone call on that somebody you know my family called me to tell me that my brother got killed then I used this phone to search the hospitals and the morgs I'm going back and forth with the cops I mean this phone for me just has a lot of bad memories attached to it every time I look at this phone I just it just puts me like in a in in kind of a a darker mood so I never got around to reviewing it but pound-for-pound it is a beast all right arguably one of the best camera phones let's see um let's see I got some of the photos that I took bro some the photos that I took with this phone was crazy look at that cake I mean I try I tried to go into this one an open-minded look at that steak bro look at look at look at this the photos all right this is one of those camera phone camera phones all fully customizable you got the ultimate vibrations on this I mean this phone is a certified Beast okay no no no denying that I just I just it got it just has too much bad vibes for me so I didn't review it but it is what it is okay this is number nine on my list now another quick side note all of these phones that you're getting ready to see they are for sale if y'all want to buy any of these and you live in the USA just hit me up I'll make it work for you all right so let's let's let's get the um do it like that all right so that's number nine let's take it over to number eight all right so for number eight let wipe down for dramatic effect number eight on my list underrated the honor Magic 5 Pro this is number eight on the list like I said I didn't do the full review I did use it for a full week this is a beast okay if you was wondering about this phone I'm sorry I should have did a full review that's one of my New Year's resolutions I'm not going to be doing these unboxings and never getting around to the actual review I'm not doing that for 2024 okay if I say I'm going to do something I'mma do it that's one of my resolutions we'll talk more about that at the end of the video honor magic 5 Pro again easily a top 10 phone of the year underrated but still appreciated hash bars okay let's keep it moving all right let me all all right so let's go to number seven excuse me okay number seven we got the Google pixel 8 Pro now if you're going to get a Google pixel 8 Pro the best case and I might say dare I say the only case to get is this Mouse case I haven't taken this case off even though I love the build quality of this oh I forgot about the build quality of the S ice nice and cold it was matching my watch here this is this is it all right we got the pixel 8 Pro let me put it almost got almost got me hold look pixel 8 Pro now shout out to Google they did fix the biometric so the fingerprint sensor does work a little bit better look at the face unlock Face Unlock actually unlocking okay now of course soon as I say that oh there it is Face Unlock actually unlocking but the fingerprint sensor actually works oh look look we just we just said that I just said I can't wait to get this the aloine X7 Pro okay matter of let's click on that look how fast this phone is oh look at that Beast right there you know I'm going with that brown again matter of fact maybe I'll switch up and go with that blue anyway the pixel the pixel has the best speech to text on the planet okay you got the new chipset that should have been in the fold okay this chipset should have been in the fold the camera okay arguably one of the best Android cameras on the market this is my work phone okay this is the phone that I use every day for work when I'm checking my emails and doing all my work stuff I love this phone okay this is an absolute Beast okay so that's the pixel 8 Pro that's coming in at number seven okay let's take it to number six number six now this is another heavy hitter okay number six on my list we've been talking about this all day the Asus R7 ultimate now this is a gaming phone this used to be my work phone because it just handles so many big tasks like the ram the storage everything on this is crazy big giant display super smooth no lag I mean oh put it too many wrong attempts hold up let me open this up okay look at this super fast fully customizable I mean this is not just gaming the battery the battery lasts forever the speakers are incredible bro the speakers on this phone are so loud it Rivals a a mini Bluetooth speaker not to mention customizable RGB panel on the back y'all see it comes with a big fan that I use on the desktop this is a monster right here okay so this is going to be Asus rg7 ultimate that's number six let that back panel ride out for a minute look at that that's number six okay so for number five what we got on Deck number five number five I'm going with the Vivo X90 Pro Plus now this is the vi X90 Pro okay this is the Black Version but when I did my full review y'all remember I had the red X90 Pro Plus I sold that to one of my subscribers I I know I don't even think I reviewed the X90 Pro I think I matter of fact I think I got this one but I didn't do the full review because I already did the Pro Plus this the Pro Plus was better but basically the same kind of design this is another absolute Beast okay this one the camera was incredible the Pro Plus not the pro the Pro Plus the red one that I did the camera was bananas okay let's see now this one ain't on let me see do I got okay well just for demo we got the X90 Pro I mean the X100 Pro this one right here X100 Proto bro this is another one look look at this hold up look at that uh wallpaper this matter of fact we use this for the demo all right matter of fact matter of fact we save that one all right so we got the X90 Pro Plus that is another heavy hitter right there the camera on it was unbelievable unbelievable so that was number five on my list right yeah number five okay so let's go to number four number four another underrated Beast the Oppo F X6 Pro the build quality the camera Biometrics battery I mean this is just an allaround win okay this is an allaround win I wish I would have had the global version on this one but I could probably drop the ROM it if I look hard enough look at that silky smooth I mean this is official tissue right here another excellent battery life too on this one with the IR Blaster all right so that was uh Oppo Fine X6 Pro that was number four all right so now let's get to the big boys my top three let's get to the top three number three on the list I got to wipe this down for dramatic effect we got the iPhone 15 Pro Max now shout out to the Apple Mafia okay as much as I love Android phones I do have to rock an Apple phone everywhere I go now people always watch my videos and they watch my Instagram post when I travel they Oh I thought you like Android phones why you always got an iPhone I never walk around with one phone okay I'm always going to have more than one phone but one phone that I'm always going to have in my pocket no matter what Android phone I have is going to be an iPhone why because I got a family okay now my family they all use iOS devices so when I travel I got to be tracking my location they got to be they got to be tracking my location I got to track their locations okay I got to be down with the group chats and the FaceTime okay so I use Apple phones really because I'm forced to now if I wasn't really that deep into the uh the iOS ecosystem it wouldn't be that much of a big deal because we got camera phones from Android that can match up with the iPhone cameras so it's not just about the cameras for me it's really just I I don't get me wrong now I'm talking but I actually do like iPhones I ain't nothing wrong you can like both I like iPhones they just don't have as much customization as I'm used to with Android phones not to mention I'm used to IR blasters I'm used to split screen multitasking I'm used to super fast battery charging you know there's a lot of things that I'm used to with Android phones that you're not going to get with an iPhone but again if you got a family okay I need to see amay's location at all times I need the FaceTime okay I need to be in in the group chats with that all my iOS click you know what I'm saying so it is what it is iPhone 15 Pro Max but now let's talk about what I do like about it actually the camera is arguably one of the best cameras you're going to find okay ease of use okay battery life the battery life is phenomenal I'm glad that now you got USB typ-c charging so I can charge everything together and you also got reverse wired not wireless reverse wired charging okay and if you're into social media when you post your your Instagram photos and videos they're always going to come out good if using an iPhone all right so I do love iPhones that's number three on my list let's take it over to number two now I think we already know the top two phones been the top two the last couple of years they've been going back and forth number two on my list I'm going with the xiaomi 13 Ultra now y'all see my side by side camera test and all of that the camera on this phone I don't care what y'all say the camera on this phone is better than an iPhone camera I don't care what nobody says this phone has the IR Blaster you can charge a battery 20 minutes 25 minutes it's fully charged 0 to 100 okay Apple you can't do that split screen multitasking this is just a beast now if you notice I do got the camera case on the back because this is actually a camera that has a has a phone built in let me let me let me turn off my flash R hold up all right watch this let me take let me take this case off look now this was the the camera case with the vegan leather but the actual color was that green that green is so sick but I like the white though I I do like the white look at oh look at that me drop this back on real quick I do like the white okay we got some updates on that got the super wallpapers the Supreme Biometrics okay you're not going to get better Biometrics than the xiaomi phones look at that face unlock every single time okay I got to update this one in a minute to 14 even though I haven't really been using look I can't even I can't even get to the fingerprint sensor because the face I like it so fast this is one of the fastest smoothest phones in the market but it's all about camera the camera on this phone wo watch my side by side camera test if you don't believe me see for yourself okay so these are the nine now number one I think we all know I can't even breathe shout out to co all right number one the number one phone on my list and the number one phone for 2023 and 2022 is going to be the Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra five Gangsta Alpha Omega Supreme AKA galactic 2. .0 pound-for-pound best phone on the planet this phone does basically everything all of these other phones could do except for the IR Blaster okay but this phone does something that none of these other phones can do and that's this Bluetooth Spen now a lot of people let me open this phone up real quick CU a lot of people say I don't even use the Spen you who who uses the Spen that much bro of course you're not going to use something if you don't use it if you don't play with it enough you're not going to use it but every look at that you see I just took a photo you set this up you go out on your date you set this up on the table you and the person y'all want to take a photo together I flip it around to face me use this as a remote control so now look I'm I don't have to be like this pointing at the phone I got the the Spen behind my back right now you see that you see I'm taking photos right now Spen is literally behind my back so if I'm taking a photo you won't know how dope is that now not look I'm not going to turn this into a full review we're not just talking about um with the S Pen writing notes on the outer display and all of that there's a lot of things you see got the little reminder do do you got your SP pen there's a lot of things that I use this for okay let's of course now if I if I connect my Spen let's watch a video if I'm watching the video let me not connect to the TV all right if I'm watching the video Hold Up um oh okay oh oh matter of fact let me not watch that I'm like why I got to keep it I say I'm watching the video what's up YouTube this is let's turn this down I'm this is this is what I be doing watching my videos hold up let me do I got why do I have all my auto rotates off on all of these phones oh look at this I forgot I did the update I matter of fact all right let's let's all right here we go okay say I'm watching the video right I got my play and pause so if I got this connected to my TV go to the next video raise a lower the volume be a bit of unfamiliar territory for a lot of players I hit pause come on the Bluetooth S Pen you you can't argue you can't argue with me on this one let's hit pause real quick bro you can't argue with me on this one this is and even though I said the most Innovative feature I can't really call it in ative cuz this been out for so long so that's why I didn't mention this with the most Innovative features but bro come on I mean I H how can you deny this y look at that and hit save bang you know taking my notes even when I was making when I was prepping to make this video I'm thinking to myself what's my top 10 phones I pulled out my Spen and as I'm thinking to myself I'm writing down phones that I like this year the camera now you see my side by-side camera I did like the nighttime photos better on the xiaomi but the daytime photos bro the daytime photos unbelievable okay this is my favorite phone okay now I don't care if y'all watch my Instagram and y'all watch my Twitter my my Tik Tok on any social media you see me at dinner somewhere and you see me and I'm posting a picture with an iPhone on the table what phone do you think took that photo okay this phone is always in my pocket now if I'm doing anything that has to do with work this phone is going to be in my pocket but I'm never traveling I'm never doing nothing without having my Galaxy s23 Ultra in my pocket best phone of the year now let's uh talk about something else real quick Galaxy s24 now we're going to get that phone in a couple of weeks maybe what two weeks from now I've seen all of the leaks it looks exactly like this one so you know I was thinking about new names because this is galatis I'm thinking about all of the new names that we're going to call the Galaxy s24 but we can't really give it a new name if it's still going to have this same exact look on the back it's going to have to be galatis 3.0 now we can't we can't call it Unicron until they actually change this up now I know some of y'all don't like this on the back personally I love it okay personally I love this I like this better than this all right these big giant Circle cameras all this crazy stuff I like this minimalistic look okay it's not as minimalistic as the nothing foam with just two dots but this has this has an iconic look now like they and you know even though you can you you can kind of hate on Samsung like Samsung is turning into the new Apple because they all following a lot of Apple's Trends but if it ain't broke don't fix it I get it I do get it but I would say okay one more year I I could stomach one more year of this build quality because I actually love this and I heard that they making it completely flat I actually love this look not to mention one of the good things and apple apple does have that right with making all of the phones look exactly the same just coming out maybe with a new color on the back because this this reason this let me say that again this way if you got an s23 and the s24 comes out and it looks pretty much the same just a different color now your s23 doesn't look prehistoric nobody wants to get a new phone okay and in a couple of months the next version comes out and now your phone looks mad old school and outdated nobody likes that you know I I don't mind like even with the pixel change up the back a little bit okay you know minor changes here and there but in some ways I do like having the phone look exactly like last year's version I do kind of like that in some ways now the only thing that kind of gets on my nerves with that is how long are they going to do that now this phone let me see do I got one yeah look I got one right here I got this is my off camera phone this is my s22 ultra okay look at the s23 and the s22 you can see the cameras are a little bit bigger all right the shape but basically they look the same if you put a case on both of these you ain't going to know which one is which and then we get to s24 you're not going to know which one is which okay so you know that's kind of good because this way you don't look like last year's peasant when new when the new phone comes out I'm not going to really complain about that too much okay that's one thing I'm not going to harp on I do love the build quality in this look at no fingerprints now it doesn't have that satin feel like the pixel let me check two fingers let me stop let me stop but this is dope this is dope all right so this is my number one phone now we do got some honorable mentions hold on B pull these out honorable mentions honorable mentions of course the shiai 13 uh Pro with the ceramic build easily ceramic is my favorite material to put on the cell phone I do like the pixel again but ceramic is my favorite this is a heavy hitter and the same thing with the Galaxy s23 plus these are two Heavy Hitters but they were just a little bit overpriced all right they're a little bit out of the well if you want the ceramic version this one was basically 900 bucks I believe or even 1,000 when I paid for it and this one was 900 bucks so that's a little above the $700 mid-range category so why buy this for $ 900 just spend an extra couple of bucks and get the big board okay so these are two honorable mentions right here s23 plus and the 13 Pro ceramic 13 Pro not the regular 13 the 13 Pro ceramic and uh one more category Ed phones if I had to buy a used phone right now I would say this right here you could get the Oppo Fine X5 Pro okay for 400 bucks used the ceramic version this phone right here I'm selling this one also 400 bucks this is the global ROM this is the steel all this is this if you're going to buy a used phone I would get something like this X5 Pro okay this was the flagship Flagship build quality through the roof but there's so many other used phones you could get I don't even want to get into all that that it is what it is anyway these are my let's get them into range so y can see these are my top 10 phones of 2023 now until until xiaomi all right with the 14 now I already seen some leaks of the xiaomi 14 M fact do I got that one matter of fact here we go okay the xiaomi 14 pro right now is killing the game but the xiaomi 14 Ultra I don't think it could be the best phone in the here until they find some way to beat this Bluetooth spin okay I think Samsung got the game on lock with that but we we will see the cameras on the 14 Ultra look let's see work when I go to sleep at night I'm thinking about what I'm doing tomorrow I'm not doing that all right this year I'm going to start spending time with the people that I love and the people that I care about I'm making more time for them and especially like with people like Amaya my girl my family a lot of times I'll be like I want to do something but I can't because I got to work I got to do this and that I'm not doing that for 2024 this is going to be the year of friends and family yo because take it from me man all right when you lose somebody one of your best friends one of your family members and and you you lose that person you're going to be thinking about all of the times that you could have H you could have hung out with that person or you were supposed to do something but you know what uh I got to go I got to go to the shop and get my car fixed so I can't go oh you know I got to work tomorrow so no I can't make it I can't make it tonight I got to wake up early tomorrow you're going to think about that all of those days and it's going to haunt you and I'm tired of getting haunted right now so what I'm going to do is all of my friends family you see like I went out last night with Amaya I don't even feel that good I feel like I still got the co is still kind of you know I could breathe again but I I don't feel 100% but I said you know what Amaya's only in town for two weeks I'm forcing myself to get up and go out and I did and I had a great time and and mentally I feel a lot better so I'm not trying to to y'all y'all do whatever y'all want but like I said make some time for your friends and your family because all of this work ain't going nowhere whatever job you're doing you could be replaced and you will be replaced trust me it ain't you can be replaced you will be replaced okay that time that you can spend with your friends and your family that can't be replaced anyway happy holidays I know I'm sorry I'm sorry trying to get a little Pro Plus all yall remember with the X90 they did the X90 Pro and then the X90 Pro Plus because this one doesn't have the Quad HD display okay so I'm a little bit a little bit concerned with that but
