Dollar Tree Throwback Thursday: A Collection of Cute Finds

As I ventured into my local Dollar Tree store, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and nostalgia wash over me. It was time for another round of their weekly throwback Thursday series, where they showcase some of the most adorable and fun items that have been hiding on their shelves. And boy, did they deliver!

I started by digging through the bottom shelf, where I usually find my hidden gems - including nail kits and other small treasures that are tucked away from view. It was here that I stumbled upon a checkered flag patterned duct tape, which I simply couldn't resist. The design reminded me of my daughter's laid-back and chill personality, and I just had to have it. Next up were some tie-dye patterns - both a ladybug and camo design caught my eye, and I knew they'd be perfect for adding a pop of color to my planner or other projects.

But the real showstopper was the collection of boxes that Dollar Tree sells. These adorable containers are designed to resemble cassette tapes, sunflowers, and even tie-dye patterns - and let me tell you, each one is just as beautiful as the last. The inside linings of these boxes are truly gorgeous, with intricate designs and vibrant colors that make them almost too pretty to use. Almost.

In addition to the boxes, I also spotted some nail stickers in a tie-dye pattern, which I thought would be perfect for adding a touch of fun to my planner or other projects. And speaking of nail care, Dollar Tree had some beautiful bath fizzers on offer - including an Argan and shea butter body oil that sounded like just what I needed to pamper myself.

The packaging on these products was truly one of the highlights for me. Each item came in its own unique packaging, with colors and designs that added to their overall appeal. It's clear that Dollar Tree has put a lot of thought into creating these little treasures, and it shows in every detail.

As I continued my tour of the store, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over me. These items reminded me of my childhood love of 70s fashion and music - and they just felt like they belonged in my collection. one of those weeks where just seemed really long but I'm really excited to do another Dollar Tree throwback Thursday so this is a series I created just last week so this is the second video if you these things are still around at Dollar Tree because then you do bring back some of the same items over again but there are some things I haven't seen again and actually there's a almost all of this I haven't seen a Dollar Tree again so but again comment down below and let me know what you've seen from this display that's still at the Dollar Tree today because most of the stuff I haven't seen all so stay tuned because my first fall DIY is about to happen so I'm really excited about that and okay let's go ahead and dive in the first thing are these folders so these may still actually be around these very specific folders they are transparent and I think that they came to - a pack so and I actually have a couple of other ones in my office that I've used but here are the designs for the folder flap and one is like a hot pink and one's a red I really love these I think these are great I actually started off by stashing my first like pocket letters in here when I started doing pocket letters I don't do pocket letters anymore but I love file folders at Dollar Tree especially the ones that come like to to a pack because I feel like that's worth its value but buying one single folder for a dollar sometimes is like that's kind of a Ripoff but it's also sometimes just worth it because if you love Dollar Tree then it may not matter to you so I don't know who remembers when I hold this entire set here so I think this was last year and I actually had a DIY in mind that I just never got around to never executed but I did pick up this one inch binder from Dollar Tree it has nothing in it but just the binder rings there's like no folders or anything and then these jot zipper pouches I love these because you can put them in the binder and and I love things that are transparent I really do so I love these and I think these were just one for a dollar next folder is this one right here it's got the cameras with the green background and it does have big binder holes for the binder once it's been a long week okay so really cute I haven't seen this design come back let me know if you guys have seen this but I remember this being like the it thing to get a Dollar Tree last year they made other items with this similar print I know I remember them making a bag but I don't remember what else they did with this print I did originally get this to actually make a like home like chores list command center I guess if you will and that was what the DIY I had in mind again I just never got to execute it and maybe I will end up doing this sometime I'm just not sure where I would want to put this maybe I'll actually do this for this craft room because I don't I don't have any spot for this in my kitchen because originally I was gonna put that like command center in my kitchen I actually think it would be really cool to do this for my craft room now that I think about it because I can display this like on the wall which was my original idea was to put it up on the wall and make like a calendar and stuff and then I can put like all of my to do's and all the crafts I want to do and things like that so if you guys want to see that video then just comment down below and let me know the next item are these pens I actually think I have more of these in my pen box I'd like a whole container of pens but these I think are still around at Dollar Tree and I love these because they take me back to my childhood because you would just like pop the you know the color down that you wanted to use if you want to use like this blue you would just punch this down and then it would be like blue ink and some of these actually even smell this one is scented so these are scented colors and and you get cherry orange apple watermelon peach banana strawberry grape mango and pineapple that actually sounds really good but I think these are still around at Dollar Tree if my memory serves me correctly here's another pen this is sort of recent this may or may not still be around at the Dollar Tree but obviously it is a tie-dye fuzzy fun pen it really reminds me of like something Lisa Frank would put out and I've never seen Lisa Frank put something out like this but I feel like this is so her style and this is the job brand line and it's super soft really soft so if you're into collecting pens or you know like you're decorating for your daughter's room you could like get a really cute little face and like put fun like wacky pens in it and it would be really cute for decor the next thing is a magnet with clear pockets it is from the teacher Lending Tree section and this is going to end up in my teaching giveaway so as soon as I've done this video I'm going to go drop that with that pile so if you don't know I have a giveaway going on right now it's for teachers only I didn't mention this in my video but I was mentioning it in my comment section home school teachers do count so I just want to like put that out there but the giveaway is still open and it ends August 25th so this is really cute because it is a magnet and it has a clear pocket and you can take this image out and then put whatever image you want in it I don't know if I've seen these still in the teaching section or not it may still be around at some dollar trees I just haven't seen them lately but these are really cool and not even just her teachers but these would be really cute to put on your fridge or in your locker because those little Polaroids are super fun for teenagers and even younger kids and if you have that like Fuji film Polaroid I think this would fit the Polaroid exactly and you could slip your Polaroid in it and then attach it to your locker like how cute would that be so that's an idea for your kid who's going to school and has a locker or for anyone doesn't really matter then this guy I haven't seen this coupon holder in a while and I don't know if they're gonna bring this back or not or if they're gonna bring back the file holder but a different print which I hope they do so they actually came out with maybe two other prints and one had hearts on it but I don't have it because I think I did a giveaway and it went with that but I hauled a couple of these pineapples and most of them ended up in a giveaway but I kept one for myself and it is just a coupon holder and it is really cute like it's like a hologram kind of thing it's really cute I love this thing yeah but I haven't seen it since have you guys seen any new ones because I haven't who remembers this oh my gosh this was one of the cutest sticky notes and dollars we ever put out if not the cutest and they did a three pack so this looks like a little doughnut holes cinnamon roll and then like a frappe of some sort the cutest thing ever I haven't seen this at the Dollar Tree since I did haul quite a few of these I have one and I opened up for myself that I've used and I've done I think I put some in giveaways as well so this is just one I've hung on to this is why I have a problem I go to Dollar Tree and I buy things in quantity and then that's how this video is born okay that's how it happens because I've got problems alright the next thing are these Crayola markers now I had a bunch more I think I actually got my hands on almost the entire sex that shows you the setback here but those ended up in my last back-to-school giveaway last year I did like three sets of giveaways and I think I included three in there and these were some of the ones that were left over but I've got the Red Rock kid and this kinda like fell off but he's like a cowboy really cute and so you pop this top off and it's a marker it's by the brand Crayola it's so cute and this one is dr. Crimson chaos and I guess he's the Crimson color so he looks like a mad scientist very cute and then you get the video vents of vertigo so he likes to play the video games very very cute yeah I wish I had the other ones I so I don't think I ever got my hands on dr. Sonney silly bones who was a yellow color I think I got turquoise shimmer which was a Blue Mermaid and I think that went with the blue giveaway I'm not sure I'd have to look at that video again then there's mulberry match which I thought I had I thought I had that one and then shocking pink she looks like a little superhero and then sandy Samurai it's hard because the camera isn't focusing but these are really cute and I've never seen them since and I'm not surprised because it's not a Dollar Tree brand it's a Crayola brand so they probably just absorbed whatever Crayola didn't sell I'm assuming that's how that works maybe Crayola just is like we're not selling this anymore we have these let's get rid of them and maybe Dollar Tree probably comes in and maybe makes a bit of some sort I don't know I'm just guessing here that's like how my mind works but I'm not surprised that we haven't really seen these again although it would be really fun if they came out with some new ones the next things are these lip balms who remembers these now bees are were a while back and this one's an apple scent this one's a lemon scent and I just never got to it never open these now I know I bought doubles and I think I believe I tried the Apple but I think there was another scent too I think there was like a third maybe even a fourth I just don't remember what they works it's been a while but I think at this point it may not be a good idea to use these so I'm probably going to have to dispose of these I don't know if there's an expiration date right there I don't know if that's what that it is but okay alright next are the fabric washes I haven't seen fabric washy at the Dollar Tree since these now sometimes I've seen these specific designs pop up here and there but I've never seen them put out anything new so here is this like black and white floral it is fabric I don't know if you can tell but it is fabric and then here is a purple polka dot couldn't figure out the color purple polka dot and then this was like a blue floral which is really really pretty I hold a bunch of these and some of these ended up in giveaways too alright next are these now I know I had more of these I don't know where they are but I think some of these are still around every now and then I'm not quite sure I know I haven't seen them put out any new prints but sometimes in my dollar trees I have to dig at the bottom shelf where they have the nailing kits I think that's why they put these there because it looks like mailing stuff right the way that they've packaged the tape indicates like your mailing something but that's where I typically find these and they don't really display them that prominently so if you're trying to look for stuff don't forget to go to the bottom shelf and dig because you never know what you're gonna find but this is a checkered flag pattern and it is it like a duct tape quality by the way so it's like a really cute thin mini duct tape this is like a tie-dye which I love reminds me of my daughter because she's very like laid-back and chill and I think of her like a 70s kind of girl then this is like a ladybug very cute and then you got camo which hello goes with my outfit today so really cute I know that had more I just can't remember again with those patterns or because it was a long time ago alright the next thing are the boxes so if you've been watching me you know I haul these boxes all the time and every design they have and then I'm like but why cuz I don't use them but I can't help myself they're cute and I love it so imma buy it with my money and this one looks like an 80s cassette tape which I'm totally diggin very cute this says my awesome mix the inside is really beautiful they make the inside linings of these boxes gorgeous so this box adorable and then this one there's a sunflower you've got little bees and I know that I had like other matching boxes to this but that may have ended up in a giveaway too just because they were smaller so I think that's what I did with them but really beautiful sunflower I mean the inside isn't that nice and this one particularly oh and I found these nail stickers and it kind of looks like tie-dye is really beautiful it is tie-dye right yeah I think that's what they're trying to go for this I was actually going to put this with my planner stuff because I don't actually like to do my nails I just like to heat my nails plain and I just thought these would be great for like planner stickers I don't know so really cute I don't know why I say really cute at the end of everything I show you guys sorry the last thing are these these were so amazing when I saw them at Dollar Tree I hauled a bunch of them and I'd actually used a couple of the Baths fizzers I think I used too and I think I did some giveaways as well but I don't yeah I don't think I ever ended up using any of the rollers but I feel like I hauled more rollers but these are the only two I found so I don't know if I put some in giveaways but this one is Argan and shea butter it has a body oil and then this one is a lament lavender and chamomile so really really pretty I love the packaging too it's so pretty and it's by a company called bolero it doesn't have the Dollar Tree address or anything on it so that's probably why this hasn't come back either because it's like the Crayola thing right it's not maybe a brand of Dollar Tree it's just something that they bought that another company had extras of and then the bath fizzers I don't know if you're like me but I love the sound of packaging and I just love this packaging it's really cute to me in my opinion and I love how they did like different colors and this one is the Argan and shea butter and then this one's a
