here I was doing some emails on the computer I've been charging all the cameras and while I live out of a suitcase and I'm always in hotel rooms one thing that I've been making an effort to do recently is also up my game with my fitness so I always make sure I stay in a hotel room with a good fitness facility and some work clothes that I can get some healthy food because diets number one like hands-down if you guys want to be healthy protip I've been working out for 20 plus years 90% diet 10% gym but a hundred percent determination and focus to make sure that you are doing what you want to do and more importantly it's like anything in life if you want success you better know what you want so you got to set goals you guys need to make sure you track little incremental bits of your success which add up to the big bits and here's how I kind of do that if anyone's kind of interested I get asked all the time for like financial success tips and I get that that's great I can give you some of those but you know what the same principles I use for my business I use for everything in my life so set a goal track your progress and put in the work here's what I've been doing to kind of do that while I'm on the road I actually have been bringing my form-fit scale so this isn't just any old scale you guys it's actually a very important tool I use kind of like a camera for vlogging so essentially I want to show you you can set this up and you can go to your exact height and then you can put in your exact age oh you guys want to know how old I am I'm not gonna show you damn down 11 pounds you guys yes I've got a goal to drop 20 pounds and pick up some lean muscle mass and it's really hard to calculate how you do that but that thing definitely helps because it uses a
