The County OPC: A Tolerance Higher Risk of Getting Cancer

As I reflect on my experiences with the county OPC, I have come to realize that the tolerance for these products is higher than what many people are willing to accept. The fat shame and guilt associated with consuming these products can be overwhelming, leading some individuals to seek comfort in restrictive diets. However, this movement can be alienating, making people feel uncomfortable with their bodies and choices.

The relationship between food and disease is complex, and it's essential to acknowledge that not all meat is created equal. Factory-farmed meats are often the culprit behind a plethora of health problems, including cancer. The production methods used in these facilities prioritize efficiency and profit over animal welfare and environmental sustainability. This approach can lead to a range of negative consequences, from pollution to ecosystem disruption.

The documentary that sparked this conversation portrays factory farms as the sole cause of disease, which is not entirely accurate. While it's true that processed meats are carcinogens, the average meat sold in grocery stores is often a result of factory farming practices. The difference lies in the type of animal raised and the production methods used. Grass-fed, free-range animals are better suited for human consumption than their factory-farmed counterparts.

One of the most significant concerns with factory-farmed meats is the presence of toxic additives like shortening and natural fats. These substances can have devastating effects on human health, particularly when consumed in excess. The body can break down some of these toxins more efficiently than others, which is why it's essential to make informed choices about the food we eat.

The documentary's portrayal of factory farms as the primary cause of disease oversimplifies the issue and fails to provide a balanced perspective. By demonizing all meat and promoting restrictive diets, the documentary misses an opportunity to educate viewers on how to make better choices and support local farmers who prioritize animal welfare and environmental sustainability.

Educating ourselves about healthy food options is crucial, but it's equally important to acknowledge that not everyone can or should adopt a vegan lifestyle. Supporting local farmers who raise animals in their natural environments is a more practical and accessible approach for many people. By providing resources and education on how to find these types of farms and support them, we can promote a healthier food system without sacrificing individual freedom.

The pursuit of knowledge and understanding about healthy eating should not be limited to restrictive diets or demonizing entire food groups. Rather, it's essential to explore the nuances of the food industry and make informed choices that align with our values and goals. By embracing this approach, we can create a more inclusive and supportive community that promotes overall well-being.

My goal is to educate people on how to support local farmers who prioritize animal welfare and environmental sustainability. This approach may not be as catchy or sensational as the documentary's message, but it offers a more comprehensive solution for promoting healthy eating habits. By engaging with this topic in a constructive manner, we can foster a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in making informed food choices.

The Reality Check

As I conclude this piece, I am reminded of the importance of critical thinking and media literacy in today's society. The documentary that sparked this conversation is a prime example of how information can be presented in a way that oversimplifies complex issues and neglects nuance.

It's essential to approach topics like food and health with a balanced perspective, recognizing both the benefits and drawbacks of different choices. By doing so, we can create a more informed and empathetic community that promotes overall well-being.

In the world of health and wellness, it's not uncommon for individuals to feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information available. However, I firmly believe that education is key to making informed decisions about our food choices. By providing practical guidance and support, we can empower individuals to take control of their health without sacrificing individual freedom.

to come up with content for my YouTube channel that I feel like everyone is gonna like and be happy with instead I just want to talk about some of the things that are important to me there are a lot of topics that I've taken time to educate myself on and things that I feel really passionate about but I don't say anything about them because maybe they're not gonna make everybody happy or maybe I might lose subscribers maybe they're controversial topics but their topics that mean a lot to me and so I want to talk about them and really I don't give a if people are gonna unfollow me unlike me unsubscribe or be upset or say nasty things because that's what people do in social media and so I'm going to do it the other thing and the thing that I really want to talk about today is something that's been bothering me what the health yes the documentary what the health if one more person writes me on social media and it mentions what the hell my head is gonna explode that's how I feel one of my friends told me about what the hell I watched it and in the beginning I was like right on this is awesome this is cool and then at around 8 minutes in what what are they talking about but unfortunately your average person that is watching this documentary they don't know their head from their ass they don't have any about how the body functions about how it breaks down your macronutrients and so to them they are just sitting there gullible taking it all in agreeing with it and then everyone is running out and starting to become vegan but they last for about a week because then they realize they can't maintain this lifestyle and it sucks and they give up on it and they just go back to what they were doing they start the documentary off like I said they're on point they're talking about disease in America and how you know diabetes and childhood diabetes type 2 diabetes and all of those things I very much agree with and those are things that I even talked about and then like I said at about eight minutes 45 seconds they get dr.neil barnard on who's an expert in diabetes and he basically misconstrues and sort of you know leans in the way he's explaining how the body absorbs sugar to fit with their whole hypothesis for this documentary and he talks about how you know as the sugar is traveling through your blood because of eating fat the fat is blocked blocking the sugars ability to get into the cells what but what he doesn't explain is that a fat and sugar just don't float around freely through your blood cells they need carrier proteins to get them through or these little like jackets that go around them that get them through the blood and into the cell and when we eat a diet that is high in sugar especially artificial sweeteners which they didn't mention one thing about and a diet that is high in vegetable oils not a diet that's just high in fat and that's what pisses me off is because they didn't differentiate all they did was just say fat there are huge differences between you know animal fats and proteins and and your fats coming from processed foods and fats like canola oil all these vegetable oil safflower oils they are highly processed highly toxic fats and when they are introduced into your bloodstream they often destroy the carrier proteins that are trying to transport them and they get lodged in the walls of the cell of your blood vessel and that's where you get that plaque buildup that arterial sclerosis that causes heart disease heart attack all of those types of things but they don't mention that all they do is they go and they say fat and so they're leaving the average person with well meat has a lot of fat let's not eat me now I totally agree with them when they say and they started the documentary off saying you know lunch meats salami hot dogs all of those things are are carcinogens duh we've known that for how long absolutely they're wrong and they're not good for you and they're highly toxic but then they don't go and differentiate they just throw meat into the whole basket and there's basically just saying don't eat meat and it's like a plug for their vegan documentary and I'm actually gonna play this huge study in that epic study 500,000 people carbs consumption was inversely related diabetes in other words the more have someone ate the less time easy watch the more cop someone ate the less time easy let's get that aha moment the start is the clouds are busy they're not this idea that right there sends me through the roof the starches the carbs are good for you what so what kind of mixed message are we sending to people because he's not explaining himself and saying carbohydrates made up a fruit and vegetable and you know sweet potato and squash he's just saying carbs so people are like oh so I can go eat the bread and I can go eat you know the chips and the crackers they don't differentiate and they don't explain themselves so now people are given this mixed message that carbs are good meat is bad and that to me is just total like how can you sit there and say that and not talk about the toxins that are in processed carbohydrates carbs we either store it or we burn now I can't believe that this is coming from a doctor so when we eat carbs we either store it we burn it and he's talking about how much we store it as glycogen in our muscles and do you know about how much you can actually store it's about give or take 300 calories which people over consume on a meal per meal basis I mean 300 calories you can get like that from a processed shitty meal and so I Got News for you it's when it's when we've surpassed what we can store which we can do in a matter of minutes it turns to fat and it gets stored in our body as fat end of story we all know that that it doesn't take a scientist to figure that out that can straight you that your body can't those arms into fabulous really over the county OPC it's a tolerance higher risk of getting cancer you're almost certainly no one wants the fat shame and we all want ready be comfortable to our bodies with this movement to be comfortable their bodies as made as comfortable being sick he's 20 that's a huge problem I go in the hospital I look around me people want dialysis all these sick people they just about every disease occurs because of what people are eating here's that if I need a sugar a cook the sugar lures you in like the Trojan horse but waiting inside that cookie is a huge load of butter or shortening and natural fats you up and that's the part that leads to the diabetes it's the family and he says it's either butter or shortening like putting butter and shortening in the same family shortening is process toxic rancid it's like plastic butter comes from an animal two totally different things your body can break down one and it cannot break down the other so what really gets me with this whole documentary is processed meats are terrible for you processed meats are carcinogens your average meat that you get at the grocery store is a factory farm to me it is not good for you your body does not break it down the same way it does from a grass-fed animal an animal that's free-range allowed to be in their natural environment that is a known fact but that doesn't mean that we go and we all become vegans and there are people that are doing it and feeling great and more power to them but for most people it is not a healthy diet and especially for children you are going to be lacking vitamins and nutrients that you can only get from animal protein and I know people are going to go crazy over that statement but I stand by it because I have done the research and it is something that I believe strongly why these people go around throwing the baby out with the bathwater makes me furious okay factory-farmed meats are bad for you so then let's just all become vegans there's so many other options out there why not educate people on how to support your local farmer how to find a place to get healthy meats meats raised in their natural environment friendly you know large farms grass-fed free-range all of that the more we do to educate people on how to find those resources and how to support their local farmer the more we raise each other up to get back to the land you don't believe in factory farms and you don't believe in processed meats then stop supporting those companies stop buying from those companies those foods are toxic those foods are bad for you but not all meat is bad for you and I don't know why nobody can say that instead they just immediately say all meat is bad and all meat causes disease and that is not true so there's a lot that can be done in the way of making better choices and supporting these these farmers who are caring for the land these factory farms they are all about money and they in order to make money they need bigger faster more production and they are what is causing you know problems with our ecosystem and pollution and then also providing us with the product that is low quality and can lead to disease plain and simple it doesn't mean we throw the baby out with the bathwater and we all become vegans that's not the answer and that to me is what this documentary is portraying and it's playing on people's fears and trying to gross them out about animals and make you feel bad because it's terrible what the factory farms are doing but it's not giving people solid real information so that's my take on what I think it's basically a crock of and I know people are gonna be all up in arms and they're gonna be pissed at me because this documentary supported them in what they had made up in their mind and who knows for what reasons but it's not accurate information it's not sound science it's being taken out of context and more it needs to be done in the way of educating people if if the grocery story or average grocery store is not the place that you can find animal products dairy all of that then where else can we go because there are plenty of other resources and that's what I want to do I want to educate people in that way and I want to start to talk about more topics like this whether you all like it or not because these are the things that I'm passionate about so that covers it for me today I will talk to you all soon and don't worry I mean I'm still gonna bring my usual how to work out stuff as well because that's you know also something that I started with and I will continue with but um there are the topics that I feel need to be addressed here so anywho baby is crying I gotta go talk to you all soon do me a favor subscribe to my channel share this video I appreciate all the support see yaI don't give a if people are gonna unfollow me unlike me
