and today I'm going to show you around this viewers car this is alesio VW Golf 7R and it is the fastest and loudest Golf R we've ever had on our Channel it is ridiculous on both counts it is absolutely insane uh so today I'm going to show you around it show you all the cool stuff on it uh show you why it is so fast and loud and then we'll take it for a little drive towards the Alan for an has been tuned and calibrated to the max so um on the outside it is completely stock I think yeah it's completely stock apart from the exhaust so we've got regular vwr Wheels regular vwr brakes but we do have these Mell and Pilot Sport 4S tires absolutely awesome nice and sticky uh we've got a blue car from 2015 and it is a three-door without the panoramic roof so it is quite a light uh version of The Golf R this which is great of course if you want to be very fast uh you can see the progressive tuning sticker and alessio's handle on Instagram right here and at the rear we've got a custom 3-in exhaust completely straight front to back Decat everything it is ridiculously loud it is insane ear bleeding loud uh you will hear that of course in a minute uh we also have this diffuser which looks kind of cool nice and racy and as I said other than that it is completely stock on the outside so let's check out the engine bay because of course we've got the ea8 2 L 4- cylinder turbocharged engine with stock 300 horsepower and 380 newm of torque but as you can see this is not talk so a few of the mods well I think it's all of them but the most important ones we've got a VW racing high performance induction system r600 it also has a goast bits diverter valve it's got a different high pressure and low pressure fuel pump a different intercooler it's got a tte 475 turbo an oil catch scan uh TVs software for the DSG gearbox and as I said that custom 3in straight exhaust so it is quite a bit but it also develops quite a bit of power so now with this calibration it's got 492 horsepower and 600 newm of torque which is the limit for this gearbox the torque uh so if you want more torque you can go for the DQ 250 gearbox which is this one with a TVs clutch or you can go DQ 381 or DQ 500 so those gearboxes can take more torque but this is already so freaking fast really really crazy so let's take a look on the inside because we've got a gorgeous carbon fiber steering wheel really nice and that's it other than that it's completely stuck oh no it's not got you there it is not stock on the inside because look at that everything is gone that is freaking dedication uh this saves around 50 kilos uh alesio thinks so it is completely gone everything in here as well it's got no wiper I mean that is freaking dedication and other than saving weight um it doesn't save your ears because without all that stuff it is even louder in here so we'll start it up but I'm not going to rev it because it's actually too loud to rev uh near these houses here so get the key start it up and we'll go to race mode Let's Go Blue seat belts also very cool yeah we'll go for sport 492 horsepower and 600 NTM that is a lot in a VW Golf oh my God it is so loud so we'll go for manual mode and you honestly have to plan your Full Throttle moment because those bikers and other people around they really don't like you that's how loud it is okay so second gear that is crazy Jesus oh I'm so sorry everyone who lives near here I am so sorry that's turn off traction control oh my God it is absolutely insane but the drivability of the car is really good it actually feels it feels houses W and it is really really fast man oh man you can really feel that DSG software upgrade the shift is crazy fast and gives you a nice little texture on the upshift like like a little bit of a hit through the drivetrain oh woo but the power delivery is really good it is very it is very smooth actually actually so uh Progressive tuning actually have like 27 files on this car so that's how much they calibrated the software for this car it it is absolutely crazy but what I really like is that alesio kept the car stock so it's got a stock suspension stock brakes everything is stock and it's absolutely fine it's nice and comfy I mean you could drive this car every day if you uh would want blood coming from your ears every day but you could drive it every day because it's still quite comfy oh my Lord that is crazy so at the beginning I said that this is the fastest VW Golf R we've ever tested it um that is from 0 to 100 and from 100 to 200 but I'll show you guys the 0 to 100 right now there's no one behind me stopping here foot on the brake Full Throttle Bo control and that's 0 to 100 now the fastest we've been able to measure is 3.39 seconds which is crazy 3.39 so I'm going to install the speedo cam so sport for the gearbox and I feel like now I have to be less careful about my surroundings with all the people on the ultan it's just a little bit better okay here we go Full Throttle oh that's loud holy moly that's loud as I said it's fast and it's loud that's 280 no problem Jesus that's insane so the sound is insane but the speed as well because it just keeps going and for a 4 cylinder turbo charged engine that is really aggressive it just keeps accelerating man oh that was really loud I think that was a flame as well because that was really like beefy and the fastest 100 to 200 time U measured with this car is 7.35 seconds which is absolutely insane that's faster than a Ferrari 458 for example that's absolutely insane it is it is so quick and I mean I have to say that I really appreciate alessio's dedication and his absolute Want For Speed because this is a freaking fast golf this is one crazy car and oh and the leio just brings it here and says yeah here here's my car have fun so cool and he is planning on uh going for a tte 535 turbo I think it was so again with more power uh you know if he does if you do alesio please bring it back to us here
