Simple Easy October Bullet Journal
**Tomi's October Bullet Journal: A Full Article Based on the Video Transcription**
---
Hello everyone, how are you doing? This is Tomi, and today I will be going over what my October bullet journal will look like. Last month was my first bullet journal ever made for students, so this time I kept it pretty general. I also read all your comments and tried to incorporate all the notes and requests. So if you want to see your ideas incorporated in November's bullet journal, comment below in the first week, and I'll try to do my best. Okay, let's get started.

### October Bullet Journal: An Eerie Vibe
It is October after all, so I wanted to give this bullet journal an eerie vibe for the month. At a glance, I used the skeleton text and also added the "best of" list again. I'm in traffic every day in Los Angeles, so I go through a lot of books and podcasts. So I definitely wanted to add my favorites to the list. What are you guys currently reading or listening to?

### A Flexible Plan for October
I don't have much planned as of now, but I'm sure my calendar will start filling up. Don't you guys think that this calendar looks like candy corn this month? My habit tracker will cover things that are both easy and hard for me to do. I want to see the satisfaction of seeing these boxes fill up.

### Tools and Supplies Used
For this video, I used three types of markers and pens. All the black lines are done with the Sukkah Dot Pigma Micron, and for the colored parts, I'm using the Copic Sketch markers, which is great for blending. The Crayola signature markers are great because it doesn't bleed through the papers, and both markers have dual tip options, which is great for bullet journals.

### Mood Tracker: A Color-by-Number Approach
The mood tracker was something that you guys recommended me trying. I love this idea; it's important to understand your feelings and own them. I sketched my own waves, but you can always print out a premade mood tracker template from online. I especially like this idea because it's like a color-by-number at the end of the month. Hopefully, these waves are going to be a pretty cool-looking... oh boy, here we go.

### Finance Page: Tracking Expenses
The finance page for me is something I need to work on. I swear every month I'm like, "Where did my money go?" Do you guys have a way to keep your finances in check? I would love some recommendations. Also, logging my bills may be helpful.
I also thought, why not? I'm gonna add a goals page, and each time I have a little... little put aside, I'm just gonna fill this up. And hopefully, this bottle could fill up at least halfway. Who knows?
---
### Gratitude Page: A Stress-Relief Tool
Since the finance page is stressful, I added a gratitude page next to it. I didn't know what a gratitude page was meant for until you guys mentioned it. What a brilliant idea! I'm assuming I could write anything that I feel thankful for. It should counteract my stress from looking at the finance page.

### Weekly Schedule: Minimalist and Fun
This month, I went for a super minimalist weekly schedule. I used my phone's calendar app for the most part to give me a heads-up on meetings, but I'm hoping I will use this for my non-work things like running errands, meeting with friends, going on hot dates—all those fun stuff. Don't want my phone listening in on me.

### Dream Log: Halloween Special
And last but not least, the dream log because it's Halloween time! I just had a dream about the zombie apocalypse—pretty crazy but actually pretty entertaining. I think this is something that I'll keep on doing. If you guys have other ideas of what I could do, I would much appreciate that.

### Closing Thoughts
I hope you guys enjoyed this month's bullet journal. Next month, I'll do a little flip-through of this October journal and hopefully, you guys will leave me some comments and requests for November. And also, again, I'm still learning, so if you guys have any recommendations, any tips for me, I would love all that info. So keep it coming, and I'll see you guys next month! Bye!
