go to a steakhouse and I'm looking for a steak this is it great SE great color you can tell it's been rested which is very important if anything little finishing salt can really Elevate this the steak is cooked to a proper temperature the fat was rendered and I love that there's like a proper side here the asparagus the mushrooms the potatoes all works together and I love the drippings it doesn't look very good but it tastes delicious there you go nailed it this one here was done with a smashed potato broccolini and a Wisher sauce reduction visually looks very simple and and appetizing I love the pepper confetti there is a freshness to it which I love I'm intrigued nice little pan dripping Jew but this steak it's a little bit chewy W I love the sauce I love the contrast that the sauce provides cooking is a little more medium well than medium but I like what's going on here Richard Nia two phenomenal New York strip dishes sadly for one individual It's the End of the Road Nisha which dish would you eliminate tonight is it the New York strip with the asparagus or is it the New York strip with the broccolini honestly it's difficult right these are very close you have two dishes on one hand you don't want to send your team member home but you have to choose the dish that tastes better the dish I'm going to eliminate tonight it's going to be the steak and broccolini i k Chef Richard which dish you going to eliminate I think for me it's going to come down to which one do I want to eat again right for me the dish that I'm going to eliminate is going to be please let it be heart and soul and both of these chefs truly cook with heart and soul let's start with the pan roasted pork chop and corn four ways so four ways cream suck suckatash charred corn uh baby corn salad whoever cooked this there's a great sear on that pork chop all the fats render down nicely wow the cook is beautiful it's gorgeous the seasoning on the pork delicious sadly for me this corn with the cream is under seasoned for me I see two different concepts that play on one plate suckatash and cream corn maybe choose one lane and just really execute that one Vision really well the second dish we have have a cornmeal crusted pan roasted pork chop with a brown butter corn puree and a corn and lime salad as well as some purple cauliflower great use of corn I'm not a pork chop master I don't cook pork chop a lot so I'm kind of nervous that juice some dripping nailed it Sur survey says yes amazing echoing of flavors happening Beautiful Textures coming off of fresh corn and also pureed corn the garnish itself is a little bit Overkill don't need it I love the actual cream corn underneath that purple cauliflower just needs a little bit lift it's watery so it just needs seasoning but the pork is nailed so it's a tough one two good dishes I could be seconds away from sending my own Chef home tonight which would be a disaster it's the tough part of the job now Naisha which dish would you eliminate I think one dish drove home the theme of this to elevate corn in a few ways but which dish would I eliminate the pork chop with the suck attach is the dish I'm eliminating tonight Gordon corn is in abundance across both plates but one of these dishes is just too over complicated I'm going to eliminate the pork chop with the suckatash unfortunately the pork with the suckatash was cooked by Alex oh he's going home no Alex you will not be our next level Chef ah this hurts I mean there's no two ways about it I mean don't let anybody tell you any different and as Joe V and energetic as I am I'm a competitive SOB Alex what I saw from you today you have that doctor's touch for sure it's commendable it takes a lot of guts to come on next level chef and compete he put Gordon Richard super intense cook to tonight two great dumpling dishes the first we have a Turkish dumpling this was made with ground lamb ah oh this is intense The Filling is delicious I love the seasoning it's got the heat the dough cook beautifully I love the fact that it's really comparative the textures the key here is you know it eats a little blend until you get into this tomato sauce which really really pops got a little Char a little spice to it overall it's a very good dish second dish tonight is a Italian dumpling made with brown pork wow I mean to me it's wholesome right I mean I love Italian food it looks inviting and it looks like it's going to taste delicious ah just the Moment of Truth oh God oh God oh God oh God oh God the actual cook on The Dumpling is delicious I love the fact that they've been cooked and then tossed in the sauce whoever did that was very smart and it's a very personal way of cooking dumplings which all of these flavors we know work together in the pork with the soft dough ravioli what a great use of the word dumpling I think that that's always inviting okay two good dishes but only one will save this Chef tonight Richard which dish are you going to eliminate the dish that I'm going to eliminate is the Italian dumpling with pork there is is some chunky onions not just the flavor but there's like large bits of onion in the filling Gordon please I think both of you technically have nailed the crimping of those dumplings there is one that has let a touch of water seat into the dumpling which then turns it slightly anemic and a little bit watery the dish I'm eliminating tonight is is the Italian dumpling unfortunately the Italian dumpling was prepared by Mark I'm good oh boy we good W honestly from someone that is a big sporting fan I know everyone standing behind you is going to miss you and I'm going to miss you personally you've been incredible thank you very much sh do not stop cooking yes chef absolutely good man I was blessed enough to have an opportunity and compete on Next Level Chef come on now I don't go home a loser I'm a winner in my heart good that's raw raw lamb and Gordon Ram right okay this is smiling back at me and most importantly the flavors my mom taught me are right there he did well he did well I think they both did it I think they both did well no I'm just overwhelmed I know I know I'm really proud of what I put forward today I'm confident that lamb is cooked perfectly and I'm hoping that's enough to bring me to the next round smells good Gordon Naisha it was an intense cook off up here good the first here is a pistachio crusted Lamb with a potato puree Lamb's actually cooked delicious we hav cook this lamb it's beautiful I got a big problem with those mashed potatoes they're so freaking lumpy the lamb is cooked beautifully I love the pronounced garlic flavor that's coming out of this condiment for me this is the type of dish I want to eat for dinner okay our next dish this is a Lebanese inspired lamb chop with a suziki sauce and some chili tossed potatoes Fally look good I have to appreciate the Beautiful caramelization on the lamb I love the spices on the Lim that first off lamb is cooked eely whoever cooked that there's a little taint of something slightly burnt um a little bit raw fat on the outside so I don't know if it ins sufficient time in the oven but it's a good dish toiki lovely vibrant uh it's fresh which is rare for lamb all right so two successful lamb dishes but only one is going to save the chef who made it which lamb dish are you going to eliminate tonight the dish that I am eliminating tonight is the Lamb of the carrots Gordon that's one vote to eliminate the pistachio crusted lamb I can't take this both Lambs are good so this is a tough one for me the lamb I'm going to eliminate is the one with the pistachio crust no no way Gordon Naisha that dish was created by Cassie Cassie young lady you know that's the second time I've got lumpy potatoes but let's get one thing clear I picked you for a reason and this is just the beginning of that journey I will not forget that noodle dish well done thank you Chef great job Cassie it's been a pleasure watching you cook I love you guys so much great today I just like was having a really off day and I think I just let it get to me I love you I love you so much I didn't get as far as done with a basil ioli sauce graish and then a little pickle dig in please guys and taste those sauces it looks like maybe the fish wasn't dipped in flour first because you can see some of the flesh exposed but I love the sauce and the fact that graish and tartar sauce are related I like this a lot graish is one of my favorite sauces and I absolutely love the brightness and the acidity that comes from the Pickled condiment here so the second one this is with curly fried potatoes um the beautiful batter uh seasoned with lots of spice grilled lemon and a hot take on a t our sauce please both dig in thank you the fish is cooked so well I love the caramelized uh lemon gives it a really unique taste there curly fries I haven't seen in with fish and chips batter's a little soft but it's a take on Fish and Chips it looks crispy but when I break into the fish it's immediately soggy okay Richard uh Naisha two phenomenal takes on Fish and Chips I need to know now which dish you're sending home for me it's the fish and chips and curly fries I enjoy the batter Less on this fish and chips Richard tough choice which one are you sending home I feel like one dish did a better job with the chips and one did a little a little bit of a better job with the fish the SAU work was excellent both please the dish that I'm eliminating is the fish with the curly fries that dish belongs to April oh dear oh man it's been a pleasure to Mentor you you started cooking out of the trunk of your car into a full-fledged catering business yes April I just have to say I'm extremely proud of you and you should be with you which dish would you eliminate tonight maybe the toughest one we've had up here I mean two really tasty dishes two different styles thinking about the totality of the dish and the one that I'd rather eat again and for me the dish that I'm eliminating is the lobster talone Gordon which dish are you eliminating tonight there's no bad dishes here I think that's the hard thing for me these are both Next Level Lobster dishes the dish I'm eliminating is the Linguini Lobster oh boy Naisha that means it's one all and you're going to break the tie so difficult being up here watching these two gentlemen cook the dish that I am eliminating tonight is the lobster with Ling this dish was cooked by Matt Matt oh no it really came down to the technical execution right torini in 30 minutes unbelievable Matt you saved your Best For Last your family is going to be so incredibly proud of you that's the great thing they're going to watch this with the the same amount of pride that I feel right now you threw down during this competition that was delicious I appreciate that great job this has been a wild ride man I've never gave up I hope my kids saw that and I'm proud of Preston man did the best I could do I'm just praying that I did it enough made the best chef win that's what it's going to be Gordon Richard super intense cook to tonight two great dumpling dishes the first we have a Turkish dumpling this was made with ground lamb ah oh this is intense The Filling is delicious I love the seasoning it's got the heat the dough cook beautifully I love the fact that it's really comparative the textures the key here is you know it eats a little blend until you get into this tomato sauce which really really pops got a little Char a little spice to it overall it's a very good dish second dish tonight is a Italian dumpling made with brown pork wow I mean to me it's wholesome right I mean I love Italian food it looks inviting and it looks like it's going to taste delicious ah just the Moment of Truth oh God oh God oh God oh God oh God the actual cook on The Dumpling is delicious I love the fact that they've been cooked and then tossed in the sauce whoever did that was very smart and it's a very personal way of cooking dumplings which all of these flavors we know work together in the pork with the soft dough ravioli what a great use of the word dumpling I think that that's always inviting okay two good dishes but only one will save this Chef tonight Richard which dish are you going to eliminate the dish that I'm going to eliminate is the Italian dumpling with pork there is is some chunky onions not just the flavor but there's like large bits of onion in the filling Gordon please I think both of you technically have nailed the crimping of those dumplings there is one that has let a touch of water seat into the dumpling which then turns it slightly anemic and a little bit watery the dish I'm eliminating tonight is is the Italian dumpling unfortunately the Italian dumpling was prepared by Mark I'm good oh boy we good W honestly from someone that is a big sporting fan I know everyone standing behind you is going to miss you and I'm going to miss you personally you've been incredible thank you very much sh do not stop cooking yes chef absolutely good man I was blessed enough to have an opportunity and compete on Next Level Chef come on now I don't feeling pretty good about my dish thank God the lamb is cooked through it's looking pretty it's smiling back at me and most importantly the flavors my mom taught me are right there he did well he did well I think they both did it I think they both did well no I'm just overwhelmed I know I know I'm really proud of what I put forward today I'm confident that lamb is cooked perfectly and I'm hoping that's enough to bring me to the next round smells good Gordon Naisha it was an intense cook off up here good the first here is a pistachio crusted Lamb with a potato puree Lamb's actually cooked delicious we hav cook this lamb it's beautiful I got a big problem with those mashed potatoes they're so freaking lumpy the lamb is cooked beautifully I love the pronounced garlic flavor that's coming out of this condiment for me this is the type of dish I want to eat for dinner okay our next dish this is a Lebanese inspired lamb chop with a suziki sauce and some chili tossed potatoes Fally look good I have to appreciate the Beautiful caramelization on the lamb I love the spices on the Lim that first off lamb is cooked eely whoever cooked that there's a little taint of something slightly burnt um a little bit raw fat on the outside so I don't know if it ins sufficient time in the oven but it's a good dish toiki lovely vibrant uh it's fresh which is rare for lamb all right so two successful lamb dishes but only one is going to save the chef who made it which lamb dish are you going to eliminate tonight the dish that I am eliminating tonight is the Lamb of the carrots Gordon that's one vote to eliminate the pistachio crusted lamb I can't take this both Lambs are good so this is a tough one for me the lamb I'm going to eliminate is the one with the pistachio crust no no way Gordon Naisha that dish was created by Cassie Cassie young lady you know that's the second time I've got lumpy potatoes but let's get one thing clear I picked you for a reason and this is just the beginning of that journey I will not forget that noodle dish well done thank you Chef great job Cassie it's been a pleasure watching you cook I love you guys so much great today I just like was having a really off day and I think I just let it get to me I love you I love you so much I didn't get as far as maybe I wanted to but Chef Ramsey chose me to be on his team and that in itself is a huge accomplishment and something that I will be proud of myself for forever there you go 10 6 5 4 3 2 1 good job honestly I expected more out of him really Chris you could have done better wow NAA Richards two great modern takes on Fish and Chips here we have a bey battered fish with potato chips this one is done with a basil ioli sauce graish and then a little pickle dig in please guys and taste those sauces it looks like maybe the fish wasn't dipped in flour first because you can see some of the flesh exposed but I love the sauce and the fact that graish and tartar sauce are related I like this a lot graish is one of my favorite sauces and I absolutely love the brightness and the acidity that comes from the Pickled condiment here so the second one this is with curly fried potatoes um the beautiful batter uh seasoned with lots of spice grilled lemon and a hot take on a t our sauce please both dig in thank you the fish is cooked so well I love the caramelized uh lemon gives it a really unique taste there curly fries I haven't seen in with fish and chips batter's a little soft but it's a take on Fish and Chips it looks crispy but when I break into the fish it's immediately soggy okay Richard uh Naisha two phenomenal takes on Fish and Chips I need to know now which dish you're sending home for me it's the fish and chips and curly fries I enjoy the batter Less on this fish and chips Richard tough choice which one are you sending home I feel like one dish did a better job with the chips and one did a little a little bit of a better job with the fish the SAU work was excellent both please the dish that I'm eliminating is the fish with the curly fries that dish belongs to April oh dear oh man it's been a pleasure to Mentor you you started cooking out of the trunk of your car into a full-fledged catering business yes April I just have to say I'm extremely proud of you and you should be proud of yourself at how far you came into this competition thank you sh for me personally you're going out on a high thank you so much this has been way more than I ever expected and I have learned so so so much you three are incredible but they're what I was really here for I found out so everybody's crying that's our Southern bell right there you know what I mean this is an incredible bunch I feel exhilarated because I just went up against one badass professional chef but I gave him a run for his money so I will take that do you like the way it looks I do 9 8 6 5 4 3 2 1 Richard Gordon we have two dishes featuring Lobster only one of these dishes is going to go forward and save the chef who made it oh man they both look good I got to say first we have a grilled lobster tail of caviar and pasta um Lobster's nailed uh pass this good beautifully really beautifully the only bit I wouldn't agree with is that lump of cavar on top cuz it doesn't really need it tomatoes basil white wine caviar Lobster this is a good restaurant quity dish next dish we have here is a lobster tortillini delicious pasta absolutely transparent cook beautifully super Brave to make talone in 30 minutes also I love the Dual use of lobster here to make that beautiful shellfish broth okay obviously only one of these dishes is going to go forward and save the chef who made it so Richard I'm going to start with you which dish would you eliminate tonight maybe the toughest one we've had up here I mean two really tasty dishes two different styles thinking about the totality of the dish and the one that I'd rather eat again and for me the dish that I'm eliminating is the lobster talone Gordon which dish are you eliminating tonight there's no bad dishes here I think that's the hard thing for me these are both Next Level Lobster dishes the dish I'm eliminating is the Linguini Lobster oh boy Naisha that means it's one all and you're going to break the tie so difficult being up here watching these two gentlemen cook the dish that I am eliminating tonight is the lobster with Ling this dish was cooked by Matt Matt oh no it really came down to the technical execution right torini in 30 minutes unbelievable Matt you saved your Best For Last your family is going to be so incredibly proud of you that's the great thing they're going to watch this with the the same amount of pride that I feel right now you threw down during this competition that was delicious I appreciate that great job this has been a wild ride man I've never gave up I hope my kids saw that and I'm proud of Preston man you know he's 19 years old he's chasing a dream I'm
