upload an unboxing on the same exact monitor like a week or two ago yes you are 100% correct I don't usually upload duplicate unboxings actually I think this is my first duplicate unboxing ever but to last weekend Vlog I just saying as by the time you see this it should be Tuesday I briefly mentioned that I would get a second isus display for my new 2013 Mac Pro which is right there you can actually bar actually let me get it there you go look at this beauty so awesome actually yeah let's put that over there okay so I said that I don't have enough funds in my PayPal account for a second monitor he emailed me asking how much I need I said well I actually have zero doar towards it cuz my Mac Pro is literally going to clear out my PayPal account like to 0 cuz I use all the other money on the first monitor then an Apple keyboard and mouse and my oh and cables obviously my mouse pad which is right here as well as some other little things here and there so he asked me for my address I gave it to him because he said he wanted to send me something from Amazon and in the back of my head I was like he's not actually sending me a monitor is he and what do you know this shows up today the same exact day my late 2013 Mac Pro showed up I have the most incredible and generous and amazing viewers in the world the Mac proos is just the beginning but the fact that a single person went out of their way to buy me a monitor it's just incredible I am overwhelmed with how many nice people there are out there so Chris thank thank you thank you thank you it's because of you my Mac Pro setup is basically Complete because as I made very clear in past videos I can't imagine using one display dual displays just increases my productivity like crazy with having things on the left monitor then my work on the right you know referencing emails social media news articles it just goes a long long way so okay since I already unbox this once I will go through this very quickly so let's open this and plus my T4i batter is a little low since I recorded my Mac Pro unboxing let me take this whoops the box is flying open let's put this on the floor it's a little safer then I'll just put it on the shelf or the desk rather for you guys to say not sure why I just called it a shelf okay so just like last time power cable throwing stuff my excitement is just getting in the way Cable Management adapter this is VGA DVI HDMI and mini display or display port rather sorry but I do have a display port to mini display port adapter which is the same exact thing as Thunderbolt in case you're wondering so mini display port works just fine in Thunderbolt too and yeah so this time you can see I actually found the cable because last time it was buried at the bottom of the box so I actually thought Asus forgot to include it but all was good it just happened to Fallen shipping I guess okay let's take this out first up the stand let's put all the cables over here and again I'm sorry to rush through this but I don't want my battery to die mid video that would not be good oh of course you get a cables um adapters menu uh menus R David menus um documentation stuff you really don't need to reference it's a monitor you plug it in you turn it on and you mess around with calibration okay so how did I do this last time yeah take the top one off first and then this is insane and boom it is out I apologize for not being completely in the frame but as you can imagine it's a very large Monitor and just think to have two of these displays 2560 X 1440 resolution it's going to greatly greatly benefit my workflow between video editing graphic design as well as other things so taking this out of the protective wrapper twisting this down I feel like I just did this putting this on the stand okay put it up down twisting it in okay looks like we are secured and that's exactly why I have this protective mat on my desk I don't want to scratch my brand new Ikea desk and there you go that is it sorry the messy cutting here in there but as you can imagine it's not exactly easy to do this yourself it's a very large monitor very heavy especially when you're trying not to scratch things around you um something I did not mention in my unboxing is the fact that you can rotate this into portrait if that's something you're into me personally it's not really my kind of style I prefer just two uh landscape orientations side by side but this is a huge deal I've never had matching displays before uh with my last Mac Pro setup I had a 23in apple Cinema display and a 24 in Asus display different resolutions different style Al together so they didn't look that great next to each other I mean it was obviously doable I lasted that long for years but it's just really nice having matching monitors so there you have it my unboxing of the Aus pb278q 2560x1440 resolution Monitor and again I will be using mini display port in case you're curious so that will technically take up two of six Thunderbolt to P Port P did I almost say porn I almost said porn that would not be good ports on my late 2013 Mac Pro and now I can finally boot the freaking thing I've been dying to do that because as you can imagine one of the drawbacks of being a YouTuber and this isn't a complaint this is just a funny thing to think about is when you unbox a product on YouTube you really can't use it right away cuz you have to take all the time to edit the video export previewed that that it actually looks okay upload to Youtube then make sure all that looks okay and then finally use the
