to set up the editing mode to another activator gesture mine is set to a triple click of the home button when you enable it that window will go great now you can go ahead and resize it you know switch it position it however you like so I think that right here is adequate I'm going to move that right here so now if I go back here go back to the messaging one same thing I'm going to edit the size triple click and I'm going to position it right here so as as you guys can see you can set up as many windows as your device can handle I wouldn't recommend more than three or four cuz it is very processor intensive however once I exit editing mode these applications are fully functional it's a miniature window for every single application however they're just as functional as they have been before now with editing mode you can move them around resize them to your like and you could still use your iPhone in the background this is true multitasking guys unbelievable this brings fully functional multitasking to the iPhone and I got to say it works so well and a really cool feature I like about it is if you need the keyboard it pops it up to you the whole window and once you're done using the keyboard once you search it shrinks it back to where it was really cool guys this is one of the best city tweaks there is period now on a related note here is a one-hand wizard also a legendary tweak in the making so when you enable reachability this is probably behind reach app the best reachability tweak so far it truly allows you to use your device with one hand so you enable The Tweak of course by triggering reachability and now you have this little window this is just like the feature found on Android you can actually shrink the window by dragging it from the corner like that if you're left-handed no problem you can actually enable it by clicking on this little icon right here go ahead and select left-handed mode and now you can use the device with your left hand and there's a lot of functions in here with this secret little menu it's kind of hard to see with my wallpaper but if you click down here it brings up this menu you can take a screenshot you can lock the screen go to Notifications you can alter the audio so much you can do from here even add shortcuts down here I really like the fact you can resize it and this is a true one-handed wizard for iOS 8 now next up here's Cask it's a really cool animation for iOS 8 now it's not limited to settings however this is one of the best areas where I can show you this tweak in action let me go ahead and remove oneand wizard when you're scrolling for example in settings it adds an animation to the scrolling effect and this is grow so all of these Tabs are growing really cool effect it's unlike anything I've ever seen an iOS 8 super cool that this exists and let me go ahead and show you some of the different animations that they're are you can actually change the duration so the animations happen faster or slower if they do bother you stretch is actually super cool slide I'm sure you get this guy right here so they slide in from the side animations for your settings application and I've seen this in notes I mean there's a lot of areas where you will see this really cool Android has had the ability to pause video for a while it's kind of interesting how Apple hasn't added such a simple functionality well with this latest tweak called record pause you can now record video without stopping the video so if you want to do a time lapse or you just don't want to have to deal with editing the videos later all you have to do is press on that recording meter right there it will pause the video in yellow and when you're ready to resume go ahead and click it again boom there you go you can now pause video thanks to record to pause for iOS 8 so guys there you go that's the next top 10 tweaks part 17 video as you guys can see so many awesome tweaks and I have a new one coming up real soon there's already a whole bunch of tweaks that I'm excited to share with you guys in my next video so I do hope you enjoyed this tweaks guys latest and greatest from Cydia of course I will be keeping you guys updated on the status of the iOS 8.2 jailbreak at the moment no new information has surfaced however as soon as something does I will make a video I just don't want to make a whole bunch of empty videos that don't actually have any new news in them so thanks for watching guys enjoy all of these tweaks on your jailbroken device have a great day guys peace
NEW Top 10 Cydia Tweaks Part 17 - iOS 8.2 & 8.1.2 Taig Jailbreak Compatible
"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enwhat's up guys everything Apple Pro here and welcome to my top 10 tweaks part 17 video it's been a little while since I've made one of these and there have been so many cyia tweaks released in the meantime I've actually had to pick and choose for this video which is a first so there's a lot of awesome ones I'll will be sharing with you in this video of course you guys will need to be jailbroken at the moment if you're on iOS 8.2 there is no current jailbreak however of course 11 one is available I will post the video and it shouldn't be too long now if you're on iOS 8.1.2 or on one of the 8.2 beta jailbreaks you can install these they do work and they do work flawlessly on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus so this is probably my favorite top 10 tweaks video I've made so far I mean there's a lot of awesome tweaks in here I want to show you guys now to get the full list of tweaks just click right here it'll take you to my article where I list them all and put all the custom sources yes you will need a couple custom sources in this video so make sure to go there to get all the information that you do need also in there I'll throw in the wallpaper I'm using which which I really like it's like a summer day type of wallpaper as well as a few bonus tweaks as well anyway so make sure to check that out for all the information it's available here or down below in the description okay let's go ahead and get started and check out all these awesome tweaks okay so let's begin with secret lock it's a brand new tweak that actually allows you to hide the lock screen I mean it seems like it's there right well when I try and unlock my device I don't get any response there is no camera Grabber you can't open the control center can't open the notification center it seems as if your device is Frozen well that's the point because it actually hides your lock screen from Intruders so you can set an activator gesture to actually unlock your lock screen even if you don't have a password this is kind of like a really simple passcode or a double layer of security if you do have a passcode anyway so I have my activator gesture set to hold the status bar so as soon as I hold it up here I have mine set right here I'll get that animation and suddenly my lock screen is now active I can use the camera Grabber I can use the notification center I can use the control center can use all the functions and go to my passcode screen if it's there otherwise it goes right into my device now there's a few settings in here first off you can enable disable it show the animation if you want that green thing to pop up you can disable that and right here is the Activator Method so of course you will need activator installed but I have mine on the status bar just to press and hold I like it personally so really cool way hide your lock screen from Intruders whether or not you do have a passcode or add a double layer of security now here's transition add transitions to your lock screen opening effect so when you unlock your device you will get up to 25 transitions if you have it on r so here's the first one for me I'll actually go through a few of them with you guys so there's this really cool twist you could go either way it adds a nice touch when unlocking your device certainly a unique thing I've never seen anything like it before I've seen the reverse where you lock your device and it adds that TV tube effect or something like that but this is the first time I've seen it while unlocking your device so there's this Cool Swirl right there there's a lot to choose from I could sit here and I wouldn't be able to show you all of them about 25 total but you can set it to random or if there's one in particular you like this one's really cool you can actually set that as well and it does work with a passcode as well so there are many of them and I personally do like it I would set it on one but having it at random is really cool as well so some of them you get really weird effects like this that blur pixel blur really cool so definitely recommend it try transition in the City app store now here is a lollipop UI it's still in beta but I found that it works great and it's probably one of the best well-made little tweaks I've ever seen actually so uh what it does is it basically replaces your power down slider with this Android themed power down menu really cool and how it balances the animation I could totally tell this is a very well-made tweak so you do have the option to reboot and respring as well as power off of course it's taken straight from Android uh let me just show you guys on this guy right here what the Android one looks like so it's actually very similar as you guys can see however this one has a nice bounce to it and you guys will need a custom source for this rway but a feature just added is if you actually use the volume up Buton button it adds the very similar pop-up menu just like the power down menu but I find that this one is actually more obtrusive than the standard volume then the than the standard volume popup it still gets in your face and I couldn't really find a way to move it so you know you can disable it if you don't want it anyways a lollipop UI requires a custom source do you guys ever get nostalgic well if you do classic folders is for you it brings back that look from iOS 6 I know a lot of people are getting iPhones just recently they don't remember what it was like but it's it's such a cool theme I mean it's really unique it's a less flat design it looks like the theme actually has depth so as you guys know the way the Iowa 6 folders work they just slide out like that and you get a nice overlay on the back really simple but there are a few theming methods and this is actually really cool how it works I absolutely love it very fluid very well made from the people that brought you the classic switcher or the classic lock screen really cool and actually in here you can choose the theme that you do want so I have it set on classic however you can choose Mavericks or a modern looking theme or even iOS 4 beta I want to check this one out real quick and I do believe you do need a respring so if I actually open it up I've never actually seen this in a beta before but apparently it was from an iOS 4 beta really cool and the modern one looks just like this so it's a very subtle blur effect definitely a nice shout out to the olden iOS 6 days and here's a couple more iOS 6 themed Cydia tweaks now this is Vex recently released you can theme your Control Center and notification center now this isn't the first tweak that does this but it's very unique because it's a shout out to iOS 6 as you guys can see right here it has the same theme if you have the classic look on the uh classic folders it replaces your notification center while keeping the same functions as the one from iOS 8 it replaces the look with the one from iOS 6 and4 really cool and same thing with the control center all of those knobs they have the look from iosa 6 and I think this is super cool and I'm going to show you one more Iowa 6 cityia tweak that ties this in all together but overall if you remember those good old days very nice to install all of these and just you have a little bit of a throwback and another one is called six bar it's a very small tweak however if you'll notice on my status bar it now has the theme from Iowa 6 up here as you can see it's now black it does not take the color of the app it's opened in it's just a black and white status bar which is a throwback as well to the iOS 6 theming really simple very subtle however I like it fits in well with classic folders and that Vex theming for the control center and notification center now here's multii and this is a game changer just like reach app revolutionize that multi- Paine multitasking on all iPhones multii actually brings side by side multitasking just like on Android to iOS now you have to set an activator gesture to go ahead and enable it M's a double tap of the status bar you're going to get this kind of like chat heads or app heads this guy will pop up and in here you choose an application you would like to open say I want to be texting someone so I'm going to open up messages up here go ahead and open up another application so uh let's just say I want to be browsing the internet while I'm messaging someone so first off you will have to set up the editing mode to another activator gesture mine is set to a triple click of the home button when you enable it that window will go great now you can go ahead and resize it you know switch it position it however you like so I think that right here is adequate I'm going to move that right here so now if I go back here go back to the messaging one same thing I'm going to edit the size triple click and I'm going to position it right here so as as you guys can see you can set up as many windows as your device can handle I wouldn't recommend more than three or four cuz it is very processor intensive however once I exit editing mode these applications are fully functional it's a miniature window for every single application however they're just as functional as they have been before now with editing mode you can move them around resize them to your like and you could still use your iPhone in the background this is true multitasking guys unbelievable this brings fully functional multitasking to the iPhone and I got to say it works so well and a really cool feature I like about it is if you need the keyboard it pops it up to you the whole window and once you're done using the keyboard once you search it shrinks it back to where it was really cool guys this is one of the best city tweaks there is period now on a related note here is a one-hand wizard also a legendary tweak in the making so when you enable reachability this is probably behind reach app the best reachability tweak so far it truly allows you to use your device with one hand so you enable The Tweak of course by triggering reachability and now you have this little window this is just like the feature found on Android you can actually shrink the window by dragging it from the corner like that if you're left-handed no problem you can actually enable it by clicking on this little icon right here go ahead and select left-handed mode and now you can use the device with your left hand and there's a lot of functions in here with this secret little menu it's kind of hard to see with my wallpaper but if you click down here it brings up this menu you can take a screenshot you can lock the screen go to Notifications you can alter the audio so much you can do from here even add shortcuts down here I really like the fact you can resize it and this is a true one-handed wizard for iOS 8 now next up here's Cask it's a really cool animation for iOS 8 now it's not limited to settings however this is one of the best areas where I can show you this tweak in action let me go ahead and remove oneand wizard when you're scrolling for example in settings it adds an animation to the scrolling effect and this is grow so all of these Tabs are growing really cool effect it's unlike anything I've ever seen an iOS 8 super cool that this exists and let me go ahead and show you some of the different animations that they're are you can actually change the duration so the animations happen faster or slower if they do bother you stretch is actually super cool slide I'm sure you get this guy right here so they slide in from the side animations for your settings application and I've seen this in notes I mean there's a lot of areas where you will see this really cool Android has had the ability to pause video for a while it's kind of interesting how Apple hasn't added such a simple functionality well with this latest tweet called record pause you can now record video without stopping the video so if you want to do a time lapse or you just don't want to have to deal with editing the videos later all you have to do is press on that recording meter right there it will pause the video in yellow and when you're ready to resume go ahead and click it again boom there you go you can now pause video thanks to record to pause for iOS 8 so guys there you go that's the next top 10 tweaks part 17 video as you guys can see so many awesome tweaks and I have a new one coming up real soon there's already a whole bunch of tweaks that I'm excited to share with you guys in my next video so I do hope you enjoyed this tweaks guys latest and greatest from Cydia of course I will be keeping you guys updated on the status of the iOS 8.2 jailbreak at the moment no new information has surfaced however as soon as something does I will make a video I just don't want to make a whole bunch of empty videos that don't actually have any new news in them so thanks for
