11 Epic Changes Coming To The Revamped 2024 iPad Pro

The Future of the iPad Pro: Wireless Charging and Design Changes?

As we approach the release of the 2024 iPad Pro, rumors have been circulating about potential changes to Apple's flagship tablet. One of the most exciting possibilities is wireless charging. There have been whispers that Apple may ditch the traditional metal aluminum plate on the rear of the iPad in favor of a glass back with a matte finish, similar to those found on current iPhones. This could bring several benefits, including improved durability and the ability to wirelessly charge other devices.

If Apple does decide to adopt this design, it's likely that the iPad Pro will become an even more versatile device. Wireless charging would allow users to top up their devices without having to physically touch them, making it ideal for situations where cleanliness is a concern or where hands are not available. Additionally, reverse wireless charging could enable devices to be powered wirelessly from one another, creating new possibilities for productivity and convenience.

The prospect of wireless charging is particularly appealing given the growing trend towards wireless technology in other areas of our lives. AirPods, for example, have become ubiquitous, and it's likely that future models will include advanced wireless charging capabilities. The iPad Pro could serve as a hub for these devices, providing a seamless way to charge and manage your audio accessories.

Another change that has been rumored is the potential removal of the notch from the iPad Pro. While some users have expressed concern about the aesthetic impact of this feature, others see it as a net positive in terms of functionality. By incorporating wireless charging and other advanced features into the design, Apple may be able to mitigate any drawbacks associated with the notch.

Of course, one of the most significant changes that has been reported is the price point for the 2024 iPad Pro. As of now, Apple is planning to release the device at a starting price of $1,500, which is a staggering increase from the current base storage model. This move could be justified by several factors, including the adoption of OLED technology and potentially new features such as data connectivity built-in.

The question on everyone's mind is: what exactly will Apple include in this new device to justify the price hike? Will it be an M3 processor, improved cameras, or something entirely new? Only time will tell. For now, the prospect of a wireless charging-enabled iPad Pro with a sleek glass design is certainly exciting.

As we wait for more information about the 2024 iPad Pro, one thing is clear: Apple is pushing the boundaries of what we expect from its devices. With advancements in technology and design, it's likely that future models will continue to evolve and improve upon the current offerings. Whether or not this means a significant price increase remains to be seen.

The rumored changes to the 2024 iPad Pro have generated significant interest among fans and critics alike. Some are thrilled at the prospect of wireless charging, while others are more skeptical about the design changes and potential price hikes. One thing is certain: Apple's decision to incorporate these features will likely have a significant impact on how we use our iPads in the future.

Ultimately, the success of the 2024 iPad Pro will depend on how well Apple balances form and function. If the device can deliver on its promises while also maintaining the high level of quality that has come to be expected from Apple products, then it's likely to be a major hit with consumers. However, if the price point proves too steep or the design changes are seen as overly radical, it may alienate some of Apple's loyal customer base.

As we approach the release date for the 2024 iPad Pro, one thing is clear: this device has the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with our iPads. With wireless charging, a sleek glass design, and potentially new features like data connectivity built-in, it's likely that Apple has something truly special up its sleeve. Whether or not it lives up to expectations remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: the iPad Pro will continue to be at the forefront of the tablet market in 2024.

The final piece of the puzzle is the price point itself. As of now, Apple is planning to release the device at a starting price of $1,500 for the 11-inch model and $1,800 for the 13-inch model. This is a significant increase from the current base storage models, which start at around $600-$700. While it's difficult to say with certainty what will justify this price hike, there are several possibilities.

One possibility is that Apple is simply adopting OLED technology across its entire product line, including the iPad Pro. This could be seen as a necessary investment in order to stay competitive and maintain the high level of quality that has come to be expected from Apple products. Another possibility is that Apple is including some new features or technologies that will justify the price increase.

Whatever the reason behind the price hike, one thing is certain: it's likely to have a significant impact on how consumers approach their purchasing decisions in 2024. As we wait for more information about the 2024 iPad Pro, it's essential to consider the rumors and speculation surrounding this device. Will it live up to expectations, or will it fall short? Only time will tell.

In conclusion, the future of the iPad Pro is looking brighter than ever. With wireless charging, a sleek glass design, and potentially new features like data connectivity built-in, Apple has something truly special on its hands. Whether or not it justifies the price hike remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: this device will continue to push the boundaries of what we expect from our tablets in 2024.

As we wait for more information about the 2024 iPad Pro, it's essential to consider the rumors and speculation surrounding this device. Will it live up to expectations, or will it fall short? Only time will tell. One thing is certain: Apple has something big planned, and it's going to be worth watching closely.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enso it's been about a year and a half since Apple has given us any type of new iPad and that was the M2 iPad Pro being released alongside the 10 gen iPad and after the next few weeks that we talk about the Vision Pro and we get that out of the way I strongly believe that 2024 is going to be the year of the iPad Apple set to make a bunch of new changes and I want to walk you guys through 11 changes that you should expect to see with the 2024 iPad and I'm extremely excited because we're going to get some new hardware differences some software changes and some awesome new accessories for the 2024 iPad Pro but let's get right into this video so I'm going to list these things in terms of most likely to at the very end being the least likely or kind of almost a wish list type of kind of change that's going to be coming to the iPad Pro but all these are still going to be relatively realistic and I can see all 11 things coming to the new iPad Pro lineup but the first thing that's changing is that Apple's going to go full in on an OLED display on both the 13-in and the 11-in iPad Pro currently the way that lineup is kind of constructed is that the 12.9 in has a mini LED display and then the 11-in iPad Pro still has that same promotion LCD display that we've had for since the 2018 iPad Pro so Apple's going to be changing that for both of them going OLED because it is probably still the best type of actual screen Tech that we can get on the iPad Pro mini LED has been absolutely amazing and that blooming issue that we got very early on came and went and nobody even talks about that anymore and I've been very happy with all the dimming zones that we got with the mini LED but oled's just going to be that much better giving us even deeper blacks and getting even crispier and the resolution is just going to pop out because again the iPad screen itself is probably one of the biggest are the best sellers of the iPad Pro lineup in general in my personal opinion but I do believe that OLED is definitely coming to iPad Pros because Apple seems to have ramped up production of the oleds and they're set to be released in kind of that middle of q1 and Q2 kind of section in terms of timeline wise and then additionally Apple will be putting the M3 chip in both of these iPad Pros now depending on who you are you might think M3 is going to be too overpowered for the software limitations that iPad OS 17 presents but again more power at the end of the day is still a net positive for me so an M3 Chip is going to be inserted into the iPad Pro lineup giving us about a 22 to 25% boost on both CPU and GPU power which is already amazing such a slim and slender device like iPad Pro you guys already know how much I love the iPad Pro and what I do with it so getting even more power and me personally going from the M1 to the M3 is going to be a nice little bonus in terms of get seeing that actual gain in performance overall and if we stay inside of the hardware internally we should be getting an increase in the base storage so for years Apple's iPad Pro has first come in the 64 gig which is absolutely crazy back in 2018 then we did update to 128 gigs for the iPad Pro but I do think that we're going to be getting a new base storage of 256 gigs because that'll allow both of the iPad Pros to actually record in that prores footage which because as of right now only devices with 256s of storage or higher will be able to actually record that prores footage so having that base storage B 256 will allow for that to happen moving forward so we should be getting 256 gigs of Base storage and then also on the upper tier we should be getting a new Max storage capacity of 4 tbytes and not just 2 tabt so again for those people that like to just buy internal storage directly from Apple you could go up to 4 terab on the iPad Pro and then change number four is going to be with the ram inside of these iPads so as of right now the only way to get a different amount of RAM is dependent on how much storage you get so anything from 128 gigs to the 512 gigs will give you eight gigs of RAM on the current iPad models and then the one Tab and two terab options come with 16 gigs of RAM now I think two things are going to happen here first off that one tby and two terab versions are not going to be 18 gigs of RAM because of the way that the M3 is structured based on the 3 nmet process like right now if you're trying to get an m MacBook or MacBook Air you actually cannot get 16 gigs it's either 8 or 18 and that's to do because of how the actual chip is built and now secondly for the 4 tab option I think we're going to be getting up to 24 gigs of RAM for that 4 terab option because it just makes complete sense to just give it a little bit more so you should be looking at 8 gigs of RAM 18 gigs of RAM and then 24 gigs of RAM as your different options and then and maybe even Apple will let us decide on how much RAM we want and not just a storage like I would love to get a 512 GB internal storage iPad Pro with 16 gigs of RAM and not need to actually spend you know an extra $300 to get the one tab version to get the 18 gigs of RAM okay changes five and six are going to come together because Apple's going to be doing the same thing that they did with the iPhone pro this year or the iPhone Pro lineup which is they were actually able to increase the screen size ever so slightly but actually keeping the same footprint because they were able to slim the bezels so Apple's going to do that same exact thing on the iPad Pro lineup they're going to slim the bezels now that they have an OLED display and they're going to be able to go with 11.1 in and then a full 13 in for the iPad Pro honestly for most people you going to be able to tell the difference even when you look at the iPad's headon but if somebody who uses an iPad every single day that extra .1 in of screen real estate will be noticeable and then with that will come an actual Notch so in 2022 Apple did introduce the correctly oriented camera on the actual 10 gen iPad showing that it is possible to actually have an iPad inside of the bezel in that landscape orientation so I think what Apple's going to do is they're actually going to include a kind of MacBook like notch on the iPad Pro to be able to include that landscape oriented camera on the iPad Pro because that is how most people use it at least for me personally I have my iPad in landscape mode 24/7 it is very very rare that I use my iPad in portrait mode especially when I'm wielding that 13-in iPad Pro maybe the 11in iPad Pro I like to use in vertical mode every now and then but for the most part I do have it in landscape mode and I do believe the reason we have not just twofold firstly it's so it can match up with the design aesthetic of the MacBook laptop so Apple can kind of categorize this in that computer aspect and secondly Apple's going to want to leave a little bit of room for the actual magnets as well as a wireless charger for the apple pencil the reason I believe they were able to fit the camera in the bezel of the 10 gen iPad is because a it was a little bit of a thicker bezel to begin with and B there isn't any wireless charging Hardware that needs to be implemented to the 10 gen iPad to charge any apple pencil versus iPad Pro still needs to keep that and I do not want Apple to move the orientation of the apple pencil at all so hopefully they able to give us a landscape version of the camera and also keep the magnetic wireless charging of the iPad Pro so the next few changes have to do with the accessory and the experience of those accessories so firstly it looks like we're finally going to get a new version of the magic keyboard now the magic keyboard board is already one of my favorite accessories of all time yes it's expensive but the way that it transforms your iPad Pro from an actual tablet to a full-on computer in my opinion with the trackpad experience that is second to none because Apple has really perfected the trackpad experience on both Mac OS as well as now iPad OS the magic keyboard to me is usually a must accessory there are some cheaper alternatives out there but there's nothing like the first party apple one but Apple set to release a new magic keyboard that is probably going to be even more expensive and it's going to be made out of aluminum now the one thing that I don't want is for this thing to get heavier because if you have an iPad Pro with an apple pencil and a screen protector and then also the magic keyboard the package is getting relatively heavy it is definitely heavier than a MacBook Air even I think heavier than the 15-inch MacBook Air so then adding even more Hardware to the magic keyboard and making it heavier for me is I'm not going to say it's a deal breaker but it's something that I don't personally want I want it to be lighter I want it to be Slimmer I want it to be even more portable but Apple set to make this magic keyboard look a lot more MacBook like and make the iPad look even more of a Macbook by making it look more aluminum by making the trackpad a little bit bigger by giving that two tone look of the keyboard with the rest of the chassis so I do believe Apple's going to be doing something like that and I do believe Apple's going to give us ports that are going to be usable for not only charging but also data transfer on this new magic keyboard and that brings us to the next change which is Apple is going to be implementing a new pin connector process now so supposedly going to be bringing two sets of four pins that are going to allow for that data pass because right now with the current magic keyboard setup the only thing you can do is actually charge with that additional USBC port and you can't even charge it at that max speed of 33 Watts I believe it's limited to about 20 or 22 watts of speed which is more than fine but if you're doing some intensive work it doesn't charge fast enough to actually give you a positive charge it kind of keeps you at that normal charge level so now implementing this new function will not only give us faster charging speeds but also the ability to have hubs and docks and ssds and things like that and not just be limited to the one port on the iPad so from a function standpoint I definitely want all of that but from a form standpoint please keep it light and please keep it Sleek because I love the form factor I love the design and I love what it currently looks like just give me a little bit more functionality and then also alongside that magic keyboard apple is set to release that third gen apple pencil Apple still sells the Gen one apple pencil they just released a USBC apple pencil and the Gen 2 apple pencil has been around since 2018 so what type of functionality they'll add to it we're not really 100% sure yet but apple is set to finally announce that third generation of an apple pencil and leave some comments down below about what you would want out of an apple pencil do you guys like what how it currently is structured is there something missing from the current apple pencil that you would want to see let me know in the comment down below and I'm always curious to find out exactly what you guys want and then probably what I would consider the most outlandish one but could still be possible in terms of a change that we see in the new iPad Pro is wireless charging and reverse wireless charging there have been rumors that Apple's looking to replace the metal aluminum plate on the rear of the iPad with some sort of glass back that is matte finish very similar to what you see on the iPhones currently and if Apple does that yes it's going to be a detriment to probably stur and reliability in terms of if you do drop the iPad it'll probably shatter pretty quickly especially an iPad Pro 13in but if you keep it protected it does add that functionality of wireless charging and reverse wireless charging capabilities so let's see if Apple does implement that in any way or any capacity curious to know if Apple will give us that because I can see the iPad Pro being a great wireless charging pad for airpods or even an iPhone because even right now I wire my iPhone into my iPad if my iPhone is low on battery and even vice versa now since we have USBC all things and the final thing that I want to bring up is the price as of right now as it how it stands Apple's set to release the 11-in iPad Pro and 256 gigs of aarian in terms of Base storage at $1,500 which is kind of absurd that's a $500 increase that way you can currently buy a 128 gig 11-in iPad Pro and then for the 13in iPad Pro it's going to go up to $1,800 which is a $700 increase from the 128 gig 13in iPad Pro that you can currently buy from Apple brand new so I don't know if that increase in price is just because of the OLED or because maybe Apple's including some more stuff in there that we didn't have in the past maybe that includes data connectivity built into it maybe that includes an apple pencil built into the packaging because most people want to use an apple pencil I don't know what going to justify that $700 increase and I hope that I'm wrong about that but as of right now that's what we're seeing in the news new that apple is targeting those two price points of $14.99 and $ 17.99 for the 11 and the 13in iPad Pro respectively which is uh kind of upsetting to say the least so those are the 11 changes that we're seeing that are probably going to happen to the 2024 iPad Pro I'm honestly excited for a lot of them because they are all Hardware changes hopefully we get some sort of design change enough to actually be able to differentiate different iPads Because unless you look at the actual camera bump on the iPad Pro you don't know which iPad Pro you have and even more so if you have the 2021 versus the 2022 iPad Pro the changes are just so minute and so minuscule you can't really tell the difference hence the reason why I didn't upgrade from the M1 to the M2 there just wasn't a need for it so Apple giving us an M3 iPad Pro with an OLED screen at an $1,800 price point there better be some Hardware differences and some visual differences that we can really take advantage of um I'm all for the notch if it means a net positive from a functionality standpoint I'm all for wireless charging because it will bring more good than bad in terms of being able to be rigid and sturdy I'm okay with losing a little bit of that if that means I can wirelessly charge some other devices but let me know in the comment down below what you you think are you excited for the 2024 iPad Pro what are your thoughts on it being $1,800 as a starting point for the iPad Pro is that something that you can see kind of in your rotation or does that just mean you're going to go out and buy a cheaper iPad Pro that's secondhand or a refurbished one or maybe Apple will still sell their 2022 iPad Pro but just at a different price point who knows what Apple's going to do but I'm very curious to find out and see exactly what happens in March and April but that's going to do it for this video Everybody if you made it to the end leave a little dolphin in the comments down below so I know you made it to the end I know my Dolphins lost this past weekend in the playoffs but your support leaving dolphin emojis is always welcome and we're off to a new season come fall but that's going to do it everybody if you guys want to watch some more iPad OS Mac OS Vision Os or iOS videos click on one of these videos right here and until next time I'm Fernando and I'm out everybody peaceso it's been about a year and a half since Apple has given us any type of new iPad and that was the M2 iPad Pro being released alongside the 10 gen iPad and after the next few weeks that we talk about the Vision Pro and we get that out of the way I strongly believe that 2024 is going to that's what we're seeing in the news new that apple is targeting those two price points of $14.99 and $ 17.99 for the 11 and the 13in iPad Pro respectively which is uh kind of upsetting to say the least so those are the 11 changes that we're seeing that are probably going to happen to the 2024 iPad Pro I'm honestly excited for a lot of them because they are all Hardware changes hopefully we get some sort of design change enough to actually be able to differentiate different iPads Because unless you look at the actual camera bump on the iPad Pro you don't know which iPad Pro you have and even more so if you have the 2021 versus the 2022 iPad Pro the changes are just so minute and so minuscule you can't really tell the difference hence the reason why I didn't upgrade from the M1 to the M2 there just wasn't a need for it so Apple giving us an M3 iPad Pro with an OLED screen at an $1,800 price point there better be some Hardware differences and some visual differences that we can really take advantage of um I'm all for the notch if it means a net positive from a functionality standpoint I'm all for wireless charging because it will bring more good than bad in terms of being able to be rigid and sturdy I'm okay with losing a little bit of that if that means I can wirelessly charge some other devices but let me know in the comment down below what you you think are you excited for the 2024 iPad Pro what are your thoughts on it being $1,800 as a starting point for the iPad Pro is that something that you can see kind of in your rotation or does that just mean you're going to go out and buy a cheaper iPad Pro that's secondhand or a refurbished one or maybe Apple will still sell their 2022 iPad Pro but just at a different price point who knows what Apple's going to do but I'm very curious to find out and see exactly what happens in March and April but that's going to do it for this video Everybody if you made it to the end leave a little dolphin in the comments down below so I know you made it to the end I know my Dolphins lost this past weekend in the playoffs but your support leaving dolphin emojis is always welcome and we're off to a new season come fall but that's
