The Art of Liquid Lipstick Swatches: A Personal Experience with G'way

I wanted to swatch some G'way liquid lipsticks today and I've been collecting these for the past a year and a half. Over time, I've accumulated twelve different shades from various events that I've attended. Now, I've had them for a while, and it's made me wonder why I haven't been sharing my experiences with them sooner. This is going to be swatches video only, so I won't be doing a long review on each shade, but I want to share my thoughts on how much I enjoy these liquid lipsticks.

I really love enjoying liquid lipstick, and since I think they're very good quality, I thought it would be nice to share some of the colors with you. If you're looking to get them for the holidays or try them out, this video is perfect for you. Some of the shades are matte, while others are metallic, and there are two lip toppers that can be applied on top of different lipsticks to create various looks. I find that the matte lipsticks are long-lasting, while the lip stoppers are more creamy.

There are also a couple of metallic shades, but they're actually matte metallic, which means they completely dry out after application. However, they do have a beautiful metallic finish. For example, I took off one of the metallic shades and was surprised to see that the pink color remained underneath. To enhance this look, I applied a gold lip topper on top, and it transformed into something entirely new – it's bleeding a bit due to my previous experience with liquid matte lipsticks, which are very good and long-lasting.

My lips are a bit raw right now, but I'm excited to start the swatches. I'll be sharing some of these shades with you today, so please stick around. Before we begin, I want to acknowledge that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to lipsticks and makeup in general. As I was getting ready for this video, I couldn't help but think of a song that's been on repeat lately – "What I Wake Up To" by Babyface. The lyrics resonated with me, especially the part where it says "you come baby and you get me cuz that's you makes me." It's these little moments with loved ones that make life so beautiful.

Now, let's move on to the swatches. Please keep in mind that I'm not going to be sharing a detailed review of each shade, but rather just showcasing some of the colors and sharing my experiences with them.
