NEW How To Bypass iOS 8.1 LockScreen & Access Photos - iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch

iOS 8.1 Lockscreen Bypass: A Step-by-Step Guide

For those who have been following the latest developments in iOS security, it's no surprise that Apple has been working tirelessly to patch vulnerabilities in their operating system. However, for now, a bypass has been discovered that allows users to access photos on a passcode-locked iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad running iOS 8.1.

To begin with, navigate to the Camera app and make sure it's not recording. If you're still recording, this means you've successfully activated Siri on your device. Now, tap on "FaceTime" to initiate a call with someone you know - it doesn't matter who it is; it could be a family member or even a friend. As FaceTime starts dialing, immediately switch to the Command Center and toggle Airplane Mode on. This will prevent the phone from connecting to your carrier's network, allowing the bypass to work its magic.

For the next three minutes, you'll be subjected to an endless ringtone, which can get annoyingly loud. Be patient, as this is just a temporary measure to keep you occupied while the bypass works its way through the system. Eventually, FaceTime will become unavailable, and you'll see the message "FaceTime is going to be unavailable." Don't worry; it's still working in the background.

The magic button lies at the top of your screen, where the camera roll is displayed on a passcode-locked device. To access this, tap on the "Magic Button" and voilĂ ! You'll be taken into all the personal photos stored on your device - including iCloud library - without having to use FaceTime or Siri.

To confirm that this bypass works across different devices, we tested it on an iPad running iOS 8.1. Since our iPad comes with a passcode lock already set up, we had to enter the passcode manually. However, once we accessed the camera app, videos section, and recorded something, we found that FaceTime was still active. We disconnected from Wi-Fi and tried again, and the bypass worked seamlessly.

The most surprising aspect of this bypass is its ability to work on iPads, iPod Touches, and iPhones running iOS 8.1. As long as you're signed in to iMessage, you'll be able to access all your photos, data, and content without having to reboot your device. However, it's essential to note that Apple will likely patch this vulnerability soon.

To protect yourself against this bypass, we recommend disabling Siri on the lock screen. To do so, navigate to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, toggle off "Allow Access When Locked," and then toggle off "Siri" from the lock screen. This simple step can prevent you from becoming a victim of this bypass.

In conclusion, while this iOS 8.1 lockscreen bypass is not ideal for security reasons, it does provide an alternative way to access content on passcode-locked devices. By removing Siri from the lock screen and waiting for Apple's official patch, users can ensure their device remains secure until then.

help people steal data you know thieves get access to photos no I mean it's good to have Apple patch these as soon as possible and if only a few people know about it then the word never gets out and Apple will never patch them so videos like these are useful for increasing the iPhone security and everlasting lockscreen bypasses alright so I'm going to be doing this lockscreen bypass on my personal iPhone 6 plus and I just want to show you guys that I am running the latest iOS 8.1 firmware now I do have both a touch ID and a regular passcode enabled either one works that really doesn't matter and I'm just going to go ahead and trigger it five times incorrectly so doesn't work any oran I don't accidentally interfere with the process alright select cancel open up your camera and in here you know as you guys know pressing either the volume up or volume down buttons will take a picture so knowing this information we're going to select the volume up or volume down button and click on this guy at the same time to go into the photos in the process is exactly the same for the iPads iPods and the iPhones and make sure it is on video on photo doesn't work okay so one two three and if you did it correctly this should pop up select done and it'll still be recording so if I go and press the power button and then go back into camera it'll still be recording so that means you did it correctly now in here we're going to hold the home button to activate Siri and we're going to FaceTime call someone it doesn't matter who it is could be dad mom grandma grandpa doesn't matter so FaceTime yaro t adding a FaceTime call to your ot and in a moment here once it starts dialing slide up go to the command center and put the device into airplane mode so for the next three minutes it's going to keep calling and it really depends on which carrier you have if it keeps calling or if it goes to the screen automatically so in a second here I mean I'm going to keep this up so you guys can see that I'm not doing anything funny but it's going to keep ringing annoyingly in for about three minutes you're gonna have to listen to this but in the end you guys should see the following screen okay and finally face time is going to be unavailable this is what you guys want the funny thing is depending on which carrier you have this may or may not take forever I mean three minutes maximum or it could be instant so select ok and select leave a message alright so now that you're in here this is the magic button right here just click on that and boom you're into all the personal photos on that device including the iCloud library so here's camera roll here's my photo stream I mean it'll show you everything every photo within a device on a passcode locked iPhone iPod Touch or iPad you knows when you select cancel it'll take you back now camera will be unresponsive you can't click on anything or do anything and if you go back my device is still locked so I'm going to go ahead and show you this process on my iPad to ensure that it does work and I mean that's crazy guys you can get into the photos on a lock device on iOS 8.1 alright so here's my iPad it is the new iPad air 2 and this is on iOS 8.1 of course they don't come with any other firmware and it does have a passcode lock already set so touch ID hasn't been enabled I'm not using it right now so it's just the passcode and this works the exact same way so go into camera now go into your videos and go on to select the record button up here on the volume and this guy down here at the same time so this is going to come up you know exactly as it should it's still recording so in here I'm actually not connected to the Internet let me get my Wi-Fi running real quick and uh I can try that again Siri FaceTime yaro t so exactly the same and I'm sorry it's gonna be loud just disconnect I mean either select the airplane mode or disconnect from Wi-Fi or if you are on a cellular one disconnect from that and then it's going to keep calling for about three minutes so just set it down and you know in three minutes I'll be right back and there you go exactly the same as long as you're signed in to iMessage you'll get this guy right here so anyways click on it it'll open up a message you can select this guy right here and here exact same thing and get into all the photos all the data it's crazy guys that this does work on not only the iPhones but the iPads as well and this does become unresponsive so you will need to reboot the device but there you guys go that's the bypass that works on the iPads iPod Touches and iPhones on I was 8.1 to two photos I do expect this will be patched very soon so like I said I was eight point one point one is on the horizon I mean it'll be here any day but for now the one thing you guys can do to protect yourselves against this is to disable Siri on the lockscreen so go into settings touch ID and passcode and center real quick and just disable Siri from the lock screen right there and you guys will be protected until this is patched so Siri has been the main source for all the lock screen bypasses I mean most of them so it does make sense to remove that from the lock screen for now anyways so that's the iOS 8.1 lockscreen bypass I don't make videos like these to help people steal information like I said it's to help Apple become more aware and patch this sooner so you hope you enjoyed this video protect yourselves remove Siri from the lock screen you guys should be good a great day guys peacehey guys everything awful Pro here and oh my gosh how many
