three new colors so we'll have black silver and gold he hasn't said anything by the way about you know the gold being called blush gold but there is a strong possibility that this is going to be the case now I still think that a white front would look a bit weird on the iPhone 8 because of that top censor bar since now I have an oh L mini display that's actually really easy to hide with a black bezel since being an OLED display you can turn off individual pixels and you can have that really nice perfect black look let me know in the comments which iPhone model which iPhone color do you think looks the best black white or I don't know maybe even that black gold color I think it looks pretty good but yeah I'm mostly talking about the front white front or black front now speaking of the design of the iPhone 8 we actually have an image embedded into the new home platformer a week so in this one you can actually see the design of the iPhone 8 so you can see the top sensor bar on the top which is not hidden within the o LED display so this means that Apple's not really ashamed of that top censor bar oh and since this image is coming directly from Apple by the way this also means that this is the confirmed final design for gay Phone 8 and because of this chances are that we will be seeing an iPhone 8 with a white censor bar so what do you guys think about all this now speaking of the design of the iPhone 8 we finally got to see the first-ever display assembly leaks so I did show you a front display from a knife however that was just the display glass it wasn't the entire display assembly in case you haven't seen that video but I am late for that fittings in the description but this was basically the first time we actually got to see the actual display assembly so this means the digitizer all the cables and all the connectors in place now apart from this we've also had a few leaks showing parts of the logic board so parts of the logic board with the display connectors in place and and this one for example we can even see what appears to be the Lightning port now let's talk about the camera so we have some new leaks regarding the 3d front-facing camera on the iPhone 8 so the 3d front-facing camera module was actually leaked so yeah the front-facing camera on the iPhone 8 is coming with some massive improvements so first off we have 4k video at 60 frames per second yes that's on a front-facing camera obviously on the back as well that's from 1080p 30 not even to mention a resolution bump because we need at least eight point three megapixels for a you know forty minute recording camera so from seven megapixels this is going to to be increased to nine megapixels or 12 megapixels and then on the front of the iPhone 8 we have the top sensor bar which apart from the front-facing camera will also contain the iris scanner the infrared receiver the infra a transmitter for a face for face recognition and face ID now speaking of face ID we have some new leaks here as well and some pretty interesting ones so Korea hurled reports that the iPhone 8 face ID would actually be able to detect and analyze your face for Apple pay and unlocking the phone in millionths of a second which is really really surprising so this will not just be an industry-first but also a revenue of revolution when you step forward basically so when it comes to face recognition and all all this was confirmed again by Mark Hermon and also key GI who both said that face ID will be not just faster but also more secure and also more accurate than touch ID which is something that I personally find very very hard to believe I mean when you think about it touch it basically takes a high-resolution photo hi residents can basically over fingerprint now face ID will recognize your face and there's just so many points that you can detect in a person's face versus the actual points in a fingerprint scan so I don't know I don't really see how face ID would be significantly more secure than touch ID so this doesn't really make sense so yeah I don't know really curious to see how Apple will be implementing face ID on the iPhone 8 okay so what else well aside from face ID we also have a few new leaks surrounding the Apple a 11 processor so we have this image which was actually posted by slash leaks and in this one you can see the Apple 11 system on chip so ever you know that the Apple 11 has gone into production and then we also had a leak posted by Benjamin Gaskin showing a logic board from the iPhone 7s now how do you know that this is an iPhone 7s board and not I know an iPhone 7 plus 4 well we know that this is coming from nylon 7s most likely since it uses the same screw positioning as the iPhone 7 board but then it also comes with the smaller Apple 11 processor so the Apple 11 is smaller in size since it's based on a smaller process than demeter process so it's most likely coming from an iPhone someoneís board because of that okay so what else well there's so many things that I want to cover in this video I don't want to make it really long so let's talk about wireless charging we have a few new updates when it comes to wireless charging so aside from all those wireless charging pads that I've actually showed you in my previous videos those would be by the way included into the iPhone 8 and the iPhone 7s and those since they're a bit thicker they would actually be included into the charging dock so these would be basically the transmitter and the ones included in the iPhones would be the receivers so in terms of wireless charging we also have a few new reports coming from Mac o Takara and those reports confirm that Apple will only be using the Q the key standard 1.2 for all our charging so what does this mean well it means that basically the new iPhones so yeah iPhone 8 any iPhone 7s we charge slower or a low profile wireless charging then most of the competition such as I don't know some single access seat for example so that's a big disappoint to see Apple finally including wireless charging into their iPhones but what I was charging being slower on the iPhones then the Samsung Galaxy Sates that's a bit surprising and disappointing and speaking of disappointing stuff just as I expected Apple will be embedding a chip into the charging dock so that's into the iPhone actually so that you can only use it with Apple approved charging docks so the ones solved by Apple and any third party charging docks that are approved by Apple so this means that you won't be able to just go to Amazon go on Amazon's account and buy some key charging docks that would work for the iPhone eight that won't be the case and then we also have a few new updates when it comes to the storage options and the prices for iphone 8 so starting off with the storage options we knew that the iPhone it was basically coming in 64 gigabytes as the baseline option and then 256 gigabytes as you know the next model the starting price for the iPhone 8 would actually be 999 dollars or basically that would be nine hundred and seventy pounds in the UK so that would be for the 64 gigabytes baseline model for the iPhone 8 and then obviously the prices would go up by $100 to 80 pounds depending on the storage option now this is really not that bad I mean basically means that the baseline 60 or gigabytes iPhone eight would be slightly more expensive than the 256 gigabytes I phone someone plus now it kind of makes sense for the iPhone 8 to be in the pricing category for the iPhone 7 plus since it does come with a larger display among with a ton of new features but yeah $1000 even though it is expensive I don't see regular users actually surpass 64 gigabytes of storage but at the same time I don't see anyone picking up a 512 gigabytes model I mean I mean why why would you get a 512 gigabytes iPhone I mean who would ever need 512 gigabytes in a smartphone especially now since everything is in the cloud so let me know in the comments I mean Apple photos they don't really have an option to automatically store everything just in a cloud like Google photo dust like Google photos you can just press a button called empty phone storage or something that and it basically deletes all the photos and keeps all of them in the cloud so you don't have anything that occupies storage space on your phone
