11 Clever _TIME-SAVING_ Hacks To Save 3 HOURS A DAY!

Time-Saving Hacks for Busy People

One of my favorite time-saving hacks is using a multi-purpose makeup product that has multiple uses, such as bronzer, blush, and highlighter. This saves me so much time because I don't have to grab a million different products to put on and then put away. With this one product, I can achieve a natural everyday look or create a more dramatic eye look for special occasions. Not only does it save me time, but it also helps reduce clutter in my makeup bag.

Another way I save time is by using pre-made smoothies. If you haven't tried this yet, you should! You simply prepare your ingredients, such as frozen banana, blueberries, spinach, flaxseed powder, and protein powder, and then add a liquid to create a quick and nutritious drink. It's ready in just 2 minutes, making it the perfect breakfast solution. I alternate between two recipes that are both delicious and have minimal prep time involved.

I've also been doing some multitasking while on calls or meetings by walking. My ring alerted me to my critically low activity levels, so I'm trying to get at least 6,000 steps a day. To fit this into my busy schedule, I walk while on the phone and even have a little at-home walking pad for when the weather doesn't permit. This not only gets me moving but also allows me to stay productive during calls.

To further save time, I use the "Eat the Frog" method. This involves tackling your most important and difficult task first thing in the morning, when you have the most brain power and energy. I use a planner that helps me structure my day and prioritize tasks, making it easier to focus on what's truly important.

One of the biggest time-sucking habits for me is checking my phone constantly. To combat this, I've put my phone away upstairs and downloaded an app called Screens End that limits my screen time. I also set a timer for 10-minute intervals during which I focus on work, making it easier to stay on task.

Another way I save time is by outsourcing tasks that take up too much of my energy and attention. One such task was laundry, which was constantly piling up with young kids in the household. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, I've started outsourcing my laundry to a service that picks it up and returns clean clothes. This has saved me hours each week, and while it may not be worth it for everyone, it's definitely been a game-changer for me.

Finally, I've discovered the power of speed cleaning with my family. We set a timer for 10 minutes after dinner, and during that time, we quickly tidy up the house together. Not only does this get our home clean in no time, but it also teaches my kids important life skills like responsibility and teamwork. It's not always easy to find time to clean, but with this simple hack, I've been able to make a bigger impact on our household's tidiness.

In conclusion, these are just a few of the time-saving hacks that have made a significant difference in my daily routine. By implementing these strategies, you can also start saving more time and energy for the things that matter most to you.
