Maneet Chauhan Cooks Tailgating Favorites at Guy Fieri's Ranch _ Guy's Ranch Kitchen _ Food Network

**Tailgating with Superstar Chef Buddies**

When superstar chefs come to the ranch, you know it's going to be a culinary experience like no other. In this episode, our chef buddies are taking tailgating to a whole new level by competing for the title of TOC Season 2 Champion. The competition is fierce, but with their exceptional cooking skills and creative ideas, they're sure to win over the judges.

**Football-Shaped Whoopie Pies**

The first dish that catches our attention is Shohan's football-shaped whoopie pies. We take a closer look at his creations and are surprised to see that they're not actually shaped like footballs, but rather soccer balls. "I didn't know we were having sandwiches," Monique says, adding to the confusion. However, when we taste the cookies, we realize that Shohan's whoopie pies are truly a work of art. The combination of cream cheese and vanilla paste with confectioners sugar creates a delicious sandwich filling that complements the sweet cookie perfectly.

**Vindaloo Walking Taco Pie**

Monique takes center stage with her walking taco pie, which consists of corn chips as the base, topped with a spicy vindaloo pork mixture, mango pico de gallo, and queso fresco. We learn that Monique starts by making a vindaloo base, blending together red chilies, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, cumin, cardamom powder, yellow onions, ginger, and garlic to create a fine paste. She then cooks the ground pork in oil with salt and pepper before adding the spice mixture and simmering it until the flavors meld together.

**Mango Pico de Gallo**

Monique also makes a delicious mango pico de gallo to complement her vindaloo walking taco pie. The combination of sweet and tart flavors is perfect for balancing out the spiciness of the vindaloo. We learn that Monique starts by using mango, which has a beautiful sweet and tangy flavor, and then adds cucumber, jicama, peppers, jalapeno, ginger, and a hefty dash of lime to create a fresh and crispy salsa.

**The Great Crunch**

When we take our first bite of the vindaloo walking taco pie, the crunch of the corn chip at the base is a game-changer. The spicy vindaloo pork mixture is balanced by the sweet and tangy mango pico de gallo, while the queso fresco adds a creamy element to the dish. Monique's attention to detail has paid off, and her walking taco pie is truly a masterpiece.

**Creative Presentation**

Shohan's football-shaped whoopie pies may not be exactly what we expected, but their creative presentation wins us over. The decorations on the cookies are adorable, and they're clearly a labor of love for Shohan. We appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating each dish, and it's clear that our chef buddies have put their hearts and souls into every component.
