Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Update! -- LGH

**A Troubling Experience with My Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5600 XT Video Card**

As I sit here surrounded by my gaming setup, I'm left feeling disappointed and frustrated with my latest purchase - the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5600 XT video card. I had been eagerly anticipating this release, expecting it to be the perfect addition to my system that would take my gaming experience to the next level. However, after almost four weeks of waiting, I finally received my card, only to find out that it's revision one, not the version two I was promised.

**The Disappointment**

I waited for what felt like an eternity to get my hands on this card, and when I did, I expected a certain level of quality and performance. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The card has been out of stock for months, leading me to wonder if Gigabyte had any intention of delivering on their promises. When I finally received the revision one card, I was expecting a version two, which would have been a major upgrade. Instead, I got something that felt like an afterthought.

**The Cost**

To make matters worse, I've already sent in my RMA paperwork to return the card due to its poor performance and lack of features. The process has been tedious and frustrating, with no option to exchange it for a newer model or upgrade to a better version. The cost of shipping it back to California from Canada was not an issue that I wanted to incur, but here I am, reluctantly sending off my "toy" as they call it in the video game community.

**The Impact on Gaming Performance**

As someone who's passionate about gaming and wants to get the best possible performance out of their system, this experience has been a major letdown. The card's performance is nowhere near what I was expecting, and it's not even close to my previous GPU, the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. With the current power consumption and heat output issues, I've had to be careful not to push the card too hard, which limits its potential for smooth gameplay.

**The Role of Amazon**

As someone who bought this card directly from Amazon, I have to say that their service has left a lot to be desired. The fact that they sent me a revision one card without informing me about it and without offering any alternatives or upgrades was disappointing. When I tried to contact their customer support team, I was met with nothing but silence and no resolution to my issue.

**Looking for Alternatives**

In light of this experience, I'm now on the lookout for alternative video cards that can deliver the performance I need without breaking the bank. While I do have a soft spot for AMD GPUs, I've had positive experiences with their drivers in the past. Perhaps it's time to consider other options like Sapphire or MSI, which are known for producing high-quality graphics cards.

**The Community Response**

I'm hoping that my experience will serve as a warning to others who may be considering purchasing this card. I want to hear from you - have you had any experiences with the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5600 XT video card? Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for alternative GPUs that can deliver better performance at an affordable price?

**The Future of My Gaming Rig**

Now, as I wait for my RMA process to be completed and a new GPU to arrive, I'm left wondering what the future holds for my gaming rig. Will I get lucky and receive a newer model, like the RTX 5700 XT? Or will I have to settle for an older version of this card or something entirely different? Only time will tell.

**A Message to Gigabyte**

While it's clear that Gigabyte has made efforts to improve their products and customer support in recent years, my experience with the GeForce RTX 5600 XT video card has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that they'll take feedback from customers like me seriously and make necessary improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.

**A Message to My Fellow Gamers**

To all of you out there who are passionate about gaming, I want to say that it's experiences like mine that remind us why we need a strong community support system. Let's work together to share our knowledge, resources, and expertise to help each other get the best possible performance out of our systems.

**A Final Word**

In conclusion, my experience with the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5600 XT video card has been nothing short of disappointing. While I appreciate the warranty and customer support that comes with purchasing from a reputable manufacturer like Gigabyte, I'm left feeling frustrated with the subpar performance and lack of features in this product. As I move forward, I'll be keeping an eye out for alternative options that can deliver better performance at an affordable price.

WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: enoh you people welcome back to another episode of the last game hunter and this is probably one of the saddest episodes I've ever had to do about a month ago I did an open box on the gigabyte 5,600 XT overclocked edition six gigabyte and the reason why I had picked it was due to some bias options that were available to make it a better card now during this I've had nothing but a headache and the last straw was just recently and I've been running the card now for a while and it wasn't as bad but it started getting worse and worse and worse so what would end up happening was I'd be playing or just browsing the Internet or just about doing nothing the machine could be just sitting there go up for coffee come back in its back at the login screen and no cracked error no nothing like that it would just reboot now that didn't happen crazy up until recently and this is where it's disgusting because I've had nothing but issues with my new computer build and first the motherboard went I didn't even bother doing a video on that somehow the vrm let go and it started leaking a use out the back of the board now I couldn't just been bad luck could have been just that board was built flawed I don't know what the case was but anyway I returned that board and then you seen the open box from the ultra from gigabyte the x5 70 aurorus ultra and the reason why I bought that board was I decided that is the board I really wanted and I stepped up to it so now I'm moving on I finally get my machine built the 5600 XT gets put in and a performance is absolutely beautiful love the card the cards performance money value everything it was everything I expected to be except I couldn't rely on the computer there was no reliability to it so I couldn't live from it I couldn't do any live gaming from it I couldn't do anything from it so it got a little better and before worse and I was doing a live stream and all this computer had to do literally was allow me to read the comments that's it I wanted to check and see what the reliability was and I literally ended up with some clips here I'm gonna show you from the live stream I'll start at crash number or crash number 4 this is the worst it's ever been back I am going to take out that video card tonight now do it life I wanna know how to change video card oh shut up I think every good of the viewers that I could not see viewing right now because the screen is off what's coming back on now know how to change a video card oh they're very close don't forget I had both of those yep oh look guess what guess what guys try five crashes with the factory bias pretentious yeah I have a 1050 TI from gigabyte No okay I'm not letting to reboot so here's what we're gonna do I can't see anything I'm reading right now it's up to Jeff to do that right now I'm going to remove the card I'm doing it the cards coming out she's like we should agree to disagree in play for me and don't support Nate is awful don't say for tonight in my channel they'll hate us Vegas 56 I'm gonna be at right now okay try to go fast there's no green roofs appraised at 77 maybe a missile six runs at 66 no matter what the base clock official you guys have seen me box up my gigabyte card RMA process will be done tomorrow as you can see as a huge gigabyte fan and I mean huge and I know there's fan boys and fan boy ISM and this that whatever and I've been a fan of gigabyte for many many years in fact gigabyte has not given me any issues whatsoever I have 10 50s that are gigabyte no issues I have x5 70s that are or 5 80s that are gigabyte no issues for 80s that are you know no issues I haven't had any issues whatsoever now I did put a lot of blame on the software from the water cooler but yes that is flawed to a certain extent there's no about that but overall the 580 that's in that machine now has been running flawlessly other than the fries on some point after boot up but it doesn't crash it just freezes spring goes black and then you're back to doing everything and everything back to normal and that is something I talked about in the review for the aurorus 360 water cooler that to me is the aurorus engine software is flawed so I thought that's what was causing this video card issue it wasn't so I was hoping and I was gonna just change the water cooler or do what I had to do but no with the overclocked bias with the or what they called an overclock bias so getting a 1750 boost which was really cool trust me now you're on par with a 5700 and saving yourself a couple hundred dollars that was the goal here in the end I should have spent the money and got the 5700 XT and just been done with it and maybe gigabyte wasn't my answer maybe I shouldn't went with a sapphire card I was always a big fan of sapphire and Sapphire never let me down but over the last three four years I had no issue would give you by video cards and the performance was outstanding in fact every single other of my what six machines in this house that do anything to do a gaming video editing or whatever or help run the YouTube channel are all powered by gigabyte parks including the video cards so why all of a sudden my luck who knows but as much as I'd like to say this is a review video I've had nothing but bad luck and first like I said the motherboard went aurorus engines been nothing but a hiccup now this video card and as you seen in the clips I had five tolerated I will call it tolerated crashes during a live stream and thank goodness I was running on the 1800 ex with my rx 488 gig actually powering it and I will just call that absolute reliability that machine has been solid its Gamze perfectly fine today but now with my 35 inch ultra wide in the back which i've never talked about yet is a 2k hundred Hertz monitor I wanted to game in 2k at over a hundred frames per second and to do that with the five ATS that I have I really got to turn some stuff down so that was disappointing so I'm now running around 76 78 frames per second let's say in fortnight or anything like that so it's acceptable I can play but I'm still getting out gamed as far as frames per second go the 5600 XT was supposed to be my boy my new toy and it's let me down so guys unfortunately until it gets replaced is scheduled to go back I do have the RMA paperwork ready I just got to send it back to California from Canada so there's a cost that I didn't want to endure I just bought this card over 40 days ago and now I have to suffer suck it up and ship it out and be grateful that I have a warranty yay guys sometimes here's the downside of buying off Amazon as much as I bought a lot during the pandemic as much as I would think that a name like gigabyte is solid and it's gonna be there no matter what it's gonna back me and don't get me wrong the warranty is great the people are great unfortunately I have nobody or no store to walk into to say hey man this sucks please please let me exchange it and you take care of the RMA like any normal mom PHA or big-box store would probably do for you I have to ship it to California there we go so guys unfortunately like my aurorus video for the 360 water cooler this cannot be a fulfilled review other than I can say if you get a b2 of this card you're probably smooth sailing anybody that's how to beat you of it I haven't had any issues or heard of any issues from it now here's the piss off I waited almost 30 days to get this card because they were out of stock now when I'm buying on Amazon I'm buying straight from gigabyte Amazon store well here's the kick they sent me a revision one if you're out of inventory and you're waiting for a restock and I'm waiting a whole whopping almost four weeks to get my card I expected a version 2.0 I did not get that that is the kicker right there and that is why I have to sacrifice and suck it up send it back do I buy another video card in between and use this somewhere else later I don't know so guys what would you recommend what video card would you comment below put in my gaming rig to get me back up to the frames per second that I want to enjoy without killing the wallet I mean let's think about this I think I should have went sapphire I'm an AMD guy so it's gonna be hard to sway me to an Nvidia card I have used them I've went from them to AMD I'm one of those people that can live with the drivers I haven't really since the whole adrenalin twenty20 came out had issues actually with AMD's drivers set doesn't bother me so much in fact adrenaline 2020 has been nothing but great have no issues with that unfortunately I got a bum card life is life so definitely comment below let me know what video cards you are running have you had any experience with the v1 of the gigabyte video card let me know comment below I want to hear about it are you having great luck with it did you flash it what bias did you get to use I'm an FA fao bias so I think it was an FA one for the overclock in FA o for the stock bias so even though you have a b1 card there are f2 biases FA biases and so on there's three different biases for this video card so anyway you may have had better luck with the other bias I know I haven't it's been nothing but grief alright well I'm not going to continue and boring about this video card this video card has bought the last days with the last game hunter it is going back via RMA to wonderful world of California where it can dine in the Sun and do whatever the heck it wants but it ain't gonna be mine I hope the god you don't send it back and go oh it's fixed I don't want it fixed where I knew I want a new damn card and I'd like to get upgraded to a 5700 XT for my trouble and I'm really gonna try and push for that we'll see how that happened so gave whenever I get a card back chances are it'll be another 5,600 XT as long as it's a b2 I don't have any rebooting issues I couldn't care less thank you for watching and like always game overoh you people welcome back to another episode of the last game hunter and this is probably one of the saddest episodes I've ever had to do about a month ago I did an open box on the gigabyte 5,600 XT overclocked edition six
