Getting SCHOOLED by some of South East Asia's BEST Tech Youtubers 🤓

As a University Lecturer at Chiang Mai, Thailand, I'm often asked about my accent, which is from the Philippines, specifically from the Visayas region. In the early 2000s, K-12 was not adopted yet, so I took advantage of that and completed my high school education in just four years instead of the usual six. This experience taught me a valuable lesson about being mindful of the original purpose of technology.

This concept is often referred to as "Opus," which means having an understanding of the original purpose of your computer or device. It's a term that's popular in Thailand, and it encourages people to think critically about how they're using their technology. I like this term because it promotes awareness and responsibility when it comes to our digital lives.

As someone who has worked with technology for many years, including as an IT consultant and later in Africa, I've seen firsthand the importance of considering the original purpose of your device. When you first get a new computer or phone, you often use it for something specific, like school or communication. However, over time, that purpose can shift, and suddenly you're using it for gaming or other activities that may not be as compatible with the original design.

I met a fellow gamer from Malaysia at an event for Honor in France, where we discussed our passion for gaming and technology. He's extremely knowledgeable about his gear, including his PC parts, which he sourced from CyberZone Plaza in the UAE. I was impressed by his expertise and enthusiastic approach to discussing tech with me. It reminded me that there are many talented tech enthusiasts out there who can provide valuable insights and recommendations.

As someone who has worked in the IT industry for several years, I've had the opportunity to meet and interact with people from various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, and the UAE. One of my favorite aspects of these interactions is the enthusiasm and passion that many Asian tech enthusiasts bring to discussions about technology. They often have a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the industry, which can be invaluable for those looking to stay up-to-date.

I want to encourage all my readers to support local tech content creators and Asian tech YouTubers, who are producing high-quality content that's worth watching. By doing so, we can help promote a more inclusive and diverse tech community that showcases the talents of people from different parts of the world.

In conclusion, I'd like to thank everyone who participated in this video, including Katima Gaming from Thailand, Mob House from Malaysia, Julian Tech from Singapore, Adam Lobo from Malaysia, and Alex PC Tech from the UAE. Your contributions are greatly appreciated, and I hope you enjoy the content that we've shared with you today. If there's anyone else out there who would like to contribute or be featured in a future video, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know.

Finally, I'd like to thank our top fans for their ongoing support of the channel. Your enthusiasm and engagement are what drive me to keep creating content that's informative, entertaining, and relevant to your interests. Thank you for being part of this community, and I look forward to sharing more tech-related content with you in the future.

Foreign viewers, if you're interested in learning more about Asian tech creators or want to support their work, please check out the links provided in the video description. There are many talented individuals and channels out there who are producing high-quality content that's worth watching. By supporting them, we can help promote a more diverse and inclusive tech community that showcases the best of what Asia has to offer.

Overall, I'm excited about the opportunity to share my passion for technology with you all, and I look forward to continuing this conversation in the comments section below.
