AirPods Pro 2! 7 months later.. how do they hold up

A Seven Months Update with My Apple AirPod Pro 2s

I have been wearing my Apple AirPod Pro 2s for seven months now, and I am still thoroughly enjoying them. When these were first announced, I was incredibly excited to try them out at Apple, as they come with the extra small ear tips that have completely redesigned the way they fit in some people's ears. Mine included, which means I can wear them without any issues that previously prevented me from doing so.

I must say, I was not disappointed when I first put them on. In fact, I was blown away by how great they sound and how fast the Bluetooth connectivity is. It's a game-changer for someone like me who is always on the go. I've been loving them so much that I even asked for two pairs, which one of them has my little emoji on it - a cool feature that allows you to customize your AirPods with your Memoji.

One of the coolest things about these AirPods Pro 2s is the animation that shows your Memoji. It's such a cute and fun addition that adds an extra layer of personalization to the device. Another feature I've grown to love is the ability to use my Apple Watch charger to charge them. This has been super convenient for me, especially when traveling, as I don't have to bring any extra chargers with me.

I also wanted to mention the little loop that was added to the lanyard of one of mine - it's a functional feature that allows you to attach your AirPods to your keys or bag. I'll admit, I wasn't too impressed with the design of this loop, but it gets the job done.

In terms of durability, these AirPods Pro 2s have held up extremely well for me. I put them through a full cycle in my laundry, which was definitely traumatic - I felt like I had almost lost them forever! However, after covering them in silica gel packets and letting them air out, they're still functioning perfectly.

As someone who is also a runner, I can confidently say that these AirPods Pro 2s have been amazing. Sure, there have been a few times when they've fallen out of my ears while running, but it's still rare for me to experience this issue. What's changed, though, is that I no longer feel like I'm being held back by my AirPods. I can now move around freely and enjoy the music without any issues.

In conclusion, I feel like a lot of people in the tech world don't actually go back and review how they're liking their devices after the initial review video. For me, however, the Apple AirPod Pro 2s have definitely passed the long-term test. I use them pretty much every single day, and while there is a slight Bluetooth lag when editing with them, it's something I've learned to adjust to over time.

"WEBVTTKind: captionsLanguage: en- Seven months with theApple AirPod Pro 2s.Two, wait, oh my god.Is it the third?(beep)Second gen, yes it is, okay.I can't even tell you how excited I waswhen these were first announcedand I tested them out at Applebecause they now come withthe extra small ear tipsand that has completely redesignedthe way that these are ableto fit in some people's ears.Mine included.Previously I had not been able to wearany of these with the soft ear tips.So I had been using the old, basically like the firstgeneration AirPods, which clearly don't haveas good of sound qualityand the Bluetoothconnectivity isn't as fast.I could not believe my earswhen I first got my ears on these.Put these in my ears. (laughs)I've been loving them.I have two pairs.Gimme two per.I need two per.Edit that out, that's dumb.So I got two of them, whichI'm gonna show you whybecause one of them hasmy little emoji on it.And I think that was oneof the coolest thingsis being able to customizeyour AirPods with your Memoji. The coolest thing though is it actuallywill show you the Memoji on the animation.I'm sure some of you have seen thisif you do have one, but if you haven't,like this is such a cooland cute little addition.Ugh, it's so great!Another thing that I liked about theseis you can use your AppleWatch charger to charge them. And that has been so crucialfor me with travelingbecause I don't have tobring any extra chargers.I use the MagSafe Duo Charger. So with that, I can actually chargeboth of these at the same time. You're probably like Justine, why do you have two of them?Well, because I lost one,so then I got another one,but then I found the otherone, so now I have two.And I tend to usually travel with both, because at times one of themdoes end up getting misplacedbut usually, it comes back. They added this little loop for a lanyard. So one of mine has this nicelittle BELKIN lanyard on it,which is I was gonna say it's super cute, but like it's super basic. It's just a little string.Yeah, I don't, that's not cute. (laughs)It's functional. These have also held up pretty well. You may have seen the tragic almost deathof the Memoji ones.I put them through a fullfreaking cycle in my laundry. It was the saddest thing ever.I went and started puttingmy clothes in the dryerand then I saw them.So what I did is Iimmediately took them outlike it felt waterlogged, like I could feel it.I covered them in thoselittle silica gel packetsand I was like, okay, this isdefinitely gonna air it out.So I put that on top oflike this air purifier. So it was just like thisconsistent stream of air.And I came back like a week laterfrom traveling and guess what? That little light turned on.I still use them all the timeand have had no loss inaudio, no loss in battery.Basically they are like brandnew, just very, very clean. As a runner, these have been amazing. There have been a few timeswhere they've fallen out.I still have strange ears.I just can't help it.But very, very rarely dothey ever actually fall outbecause before theywere unwearable for me.I would wear them but likeif I wouldn't be able to moveor I couldn't smile, I couldn't talk.I could just like not moveand I would use them on conference calls'cause they sounded so good. But now, like I don'thave to worry about that.Like I could just go and existand live my life withmy AirPods in my ear, which are usually a signthat says, don't talk to me.But yet some people, theydon't really get the memo.Look at 'em, look at this, look at me.I am an AirPods Pro user now.Well, I just wanted togive you guys an updateabout how I've been likingsome of my tech recently.I feel like a lot of timeswhen we make review videoswe never actually go backand talk about how we'reliking it afterwards. So for me, the AirPods Pro 2have definitely passed the long-term test. These are something that I usepretty much every single day.I do even edit with themeven though there is aslight Bluetooth lag.But I feel like I've kind of been able toadjust my editing to knowprecisely how much lag there isand I'll end up making it work.Leave me some comments belowand let me know whatheadphones you guys use. Thanks for watching.I'll see you guys in the next video.(energetic music)\n"
