Chicken Wings 3 Ways with Guy Fieri _ Food Network

The Joy of Tailgating: Easy and Delicious Chicken Wings

One of the things I love to eat during tailgating is chicken wings, and I like all kinds of flavors. Today, we're gonna make it quick and easy, with three different sauces that are sure to be a hit at any game-day party. We'll start by making some tequila lime sauce, followed by an Asian-inspired sauce, and finishing off with a classic Carolina barbecue sauce.

To make our wings quickly and easily, you can start by buying frozen chicken wings from the store. Simply pop them in the oven and cook them at home until they're crispy and ready to go. You can also add some glue to keep the wings in place while they cook, just like I do. Once your wings are done, it's time to heat them up on the grill and drop them into your chosen sauce.

For our first sauce, we'll be making a delicious tequila lime sauce that's perfect for those who love a little spice. To start, we need some resealable bags, which work perfectly for marinating our wings. I like to use freezer versions because they're more sturdier and easier to handle. We'll mix together some soy sauce, honey, lime juice, orange juice, grated ginger, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, oregano, cumin, granulated garlic, and a little bit of oyster sauce to create our marinade. Once we have our marinade ready, we can add the wings to the bag and mix everything together.

Now that our marinade is ready, it's time to make our tequila lime sauce. We'll start by mixing together some fresh lime juice, tequila, agave nectar, lime zest, cumin, chipotle peppers, smoked jalapeno peppers, and a little bit of black pepper and salt. This sauce is called adobo, which is kind of a spicy tomato sauce that adds a lot of flavor to our wings.

Another one of my favorite sauces is Carolina barbecue sauce, which has a perfect balance of sweetness and vinegar. To make this sauce, we'll start by mixing together some ketchup, red wine vinegar, red chili flakes, chipotle sauce, dried mustard, granulated garlic, and a little bit of sugar. This sauce is easy to make ahead of time and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.

Now that our sauces are ready, let's talk about how to reheat them when we need them. Simply heat up your grill and drop your wings into the sauce of your choice. If you're using one of our sauces that was made ahead of time, like our tequila lime or Carolina barbecue sauce, you can simply reheat it in the microwave or on the stovetop until it's hot and bubbly.

For those who are looking for more flavor in their wings, we have a special dip that's perfect for tailgating parties. This dip is made with our Asian-inspired sauce and is sure to be a hit at any game-day gathering. Simply mix together some of our tequila lime sauce and drop it into the wings for an added layer of flavor.
