What's Up with iPhone Tweak: Eternum
Hey guys, it's Apple Pro here and I have a great new tweak to share with you all. Remember when I showed you that Apple watch concept on my iPhone? It was really cool, right? Those little icons were looking pretty sweet. Well, check this out, guys! The developer has finally brought the interface from the Apple watch onto my iPhone, and it's called Eternum. The name is actually based on the Latin word eternity, so you can expect to scroll through all these icons for eternity, depending on how much you have on your device.
The interface is really simple to use, and it just has this cool little effect when you move it around. It's loosely based on the Apple watch but of course, in the iPhone format. So, it's not just an interface; there are actual transitions into opening up applications. If I open up any application, it'll actually have this really cool transition onto it. And let me tell you, guys, it looks great!
Now, I know what you're thinking - "Is this tweak ready to go?" Well, it's not the final version yet, but it is available in the beta stage for about $3 in the Cydia app store. To find it, just check out my video where I show you how to do that. As you can see, there are a few applications installed on my device, and the interface looks really cool. The more applications you have on a larger display, the better it is.
Another cool thing about this tweak is the dock. It's really sleek and fits in well with the rest of the theme. I understand that the Apple watch is designed for smaller devices, but it's still interesting to see that interface on a larger display with a dock. The developer has made sure that it works seamlessly on the iPhone. Now, if you're interested in modifying the size and many aspects of your device, this tweak is compatible with Springboard 3, which I showed you in my previous video.
Rearranging applications is also a great feature of this tweak. If you just hold one application, you get a really cool twisting animation that makes it easy to move around. And, the developer is hard at work adding new features and options, like adding more icons down here from what I've seen. The developer actually cares about their work, which is awesome.
Overall, this is a fully working tweak that's not just a theme but a functional springboard Apple watch theme. It's fun to see an interface being brought to life on an iPhone or iPad touchscreen. And, even though it looks great with just a few applications installed, it does look better when you have more apps and your display isn't too cluttered. So, if you're interested in trying this out, definitely check it out guys!
