The Guy Who Introduced You to This Thing You're Welcome It Feels So Good to Be That Guy Praise Be to Adjourn You're Welcome
It's always a pleasure to meet someone who has introduced you to something new and exciting. Whether it's a hobby, a product, or a concept, having someone show you the ropes can be incredibly rewarding. And let's be honest, there's nothing quite like feeling like you've been given a special gift. That's what it must have felt like for the person who introduced me to the world of biometric authentication on my device. I mean, who wouldn't want to unlock their phone with just a glance or fingerprint? It's like having a superpower at your fingertips.
But as we all know, not everything is as smooth and seamless as it seems. In this case, the company Apple has a CEO named Tim Cook, and he's been making headlines lately for his... let's say, interesting interactions with the President of the United States. It's become quite the spectacle, with Donald Trump trying to recall the CEO's name multiple times during a meeting with the workforce policy advisory board. The President called out Tim Cook as "Tim Apple," which was met with crickets from the CEO himself. One can't help but wonder what went through his mind during that exchange.
Samsung, on the other hand, has been working hard to give us various options when it comes to biometrically unlocking our devices. In their latest Galaxy S 10 line, we have a face unlock feature that's... well, let's just say it's not as powerful or secure as some of its competitors. But hey, who needs security when you can have ease of use, right? The problem is, Samsung has also opted out of including an iris scanner in these newer models, which makes the face unlock feature even more vulnerable to hacking.
This brings us to a very important question: why include this flawed feature at all? I mean, if most people who use face unlock won't know about this vulnerability, what's the point of having it as an option? It's like including a "features we don't really need" category in our phones. And let's be real, when you have features like these, they can water down the overall experience. I wonder where the line is drawn between what's necessary and what's just a nicety.
The world of biometrics is a complex one, full of trade-offs and compromises. But as consumers, it's our job to hold companies accountable for the features they include in their devices. So, Samsung, if you're listening, maybe consider revamping your face unlock feature or at least providing more transparency about its limitations.
In other news, I recently came across a clever tweet that highlighted the importance of using a VPN when browsing the internet. For those who may not know, a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a tool that helps encrypt and secure our online activity. It's like having an extra layer of protection against prying eyes and malicious actors. The author of the tweet mentioned how easy it is to use a VPN, with features like unlimited traffic and bandwidth, 10 simultaneous connections, and bank-level encryption.
Now, I'm not one to shout from the rooftops, but I do think it's high time we all started using VPNs when browsing the internet. It's literally just a click away to protect ourselves online. And if you're new here, consider subscribing to our show for more informative content and witty banter.
That's all for today, folks! If you liked this article, please hit that like button and share it with your friends. If you hated it, well... I won't hold it against you. See you in the next episode of "Ask [Your Name]".

Apple oh man I really miss Steve Apple rest in peace all right so as you know Samsung for a while has been giving us many different options in terms of ways to biometrically unlock your device in the Galaxy S 10 line of devices is no different but one of those is real easy to unlock so we already knew that the face unlock in these devices has been this way for a while we already knew that it's not as powerful not as secure not as reliable as something like face ID but sort of excuse it because it's not the only option we have for instance the fingerprint scanner in these new devices is frakking crazy but just a heads up if you're one of the people that chooses to use face unlock with these devices how about you just don't Italian blog names smart world was able to trick or hack the galaxy as 10 face unlock feature see with these newer model Samsung no longer has the iris scanner and now just takes a 2d image of your face so in turn you can fool the device with a 2d image of your face and that's exactly what smart world was able to show they were able to unlock the phone was simply a photo so if you've got a photo or a video of the owner of the device if they have face unlock enabled well that sucks so my question is Samsung why the frak even bother it's cool to have all these options but what's the point and even having this option now the majority of people who will use face unlock on your device will never know about this they're not watching this show the average consumer not watching this show and those people are getting a very very flawed way to unlock their device and they don't even know it and your other biometrics are great too like why why even include this then it doesn't even matter how great the other features are because this one very flawed ridiculously flawed feature sort of waters the rest down I wonder where the line is because if I set up face unlock on my Galaxy S 10 how easy can I pull it like can I pull it with the drawing that looks like this oh sure I don't have any drawings of my face quick I need someone to draw a picture a poorly drawn picture of my face reply to this tweet with it base bTW can I pull my Galaxy S 10
